It had been a while since I'd had a pedicure and Emmy was my pedicurist. She was very professional, friendly and polite, explained the different types of pedicures they offered and even offered me some water. The salon is usually busy and that tells you they're doing something right and have competent and expert staff. I was very pleased with the results and plan on returning soon. I came back to update my review...I was devastated when, after I paid and left a tip, I discovered that I was charged a $5 fee and they told me that it was because my natural nails were "too long" !!! they are about 3/8" or less - WTH? It started out with the technician trying to push the more expensive pedicure on me and I told her that I could not afford that pedicure today. She didn't seem pleasant after that... then when she was in the process of cutting and shaping my nails, she never made any comment, nor disclosed the fact that she was planning on charging me a fee because my nails were 'too long' - This really disturbs me. I feel insulted and violated after this experience. I do not support this establishment - this was my first time there and I will never return. read more

Cindy was so patient and helpful while I picked out my Christmas nail design--she gave great suggestions when choosing a color that suit my skin tone and made sure I was happy every step of the way. The colors was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. I ended up breaking out terribly after the waxing. Then when it came to the pedicure, where I go, they do so much more for the largest package, when I leave the place I always go, it's like I have brand new feet. very bad experience with shop owner (lady first chair to right). . she literally sped through the job and I expressed to her I wasn't pleased with the length or shape of nail before acrylic was applied, she literally kept disagreeing with me and proceeded. After the acrylic was applied I expressed the fact I didn't like my nails and just wanted a reg clear coat. . She applied gel anyway . At checkout I asked if I was charged for gel and she said yes. I asked fir charge to be removed due to fact I requested reg clear coat. she responded by saying she needed to remove gel and I that was fine With me. . This place was disgustingly dirty. There were spider and cobwebs in corners of the windows. Dirt all over the floor and if this wasn't enough they were very rude. I brought in 4 out of town guest to get a Pedi/mani. The polish didn't last at all. Probably because the polish was all dried up and they had to add polish remover to thin it out. I use to have Danny do my nails year's ago. Now I remember why I stopped going. They need to take some of that money they make and polish the place up if that's even possible... They're way too many salons around to have to put up with this kind of Shit and filth. read more

I went in for a simple manicure no polish and told them I did not want my length taken off of my nails. I physically had to pull my hands away because he could not understand to leave the length. I walked out with my nails half the length they were when I walked in. Like the other reviews they taken the people spending the most first and tried to make me spend more money. One of the employees cut my finger. She apologized. However, she also overcharged me without taking any consideration to offer a discount in the fact that she cut my finger by filing it too deep to the edge of fingernail causing it to bleed. She provided minimum effort working my regular gel manicure and regular pedicure. Even when I asked her why haven't she offer to discount for what she done because I wasn't pleased with how she did her work and the fact she cut my finger. She just stared at me after submitting my payments that I had asked to do a split payments for myself and daughter and that wasn't handled well either. And walked to the back room ignoring what had happened and what I asked. So I asked another employees and was informed to speak to the manager about the problem, however, the manager was too occupied with another customer. I felt distraught and disappointed with the very poor customer service that was given on my behalf, so I will not be returning to this nail salon. This WAS a great nail salon. Not anymore!!! It has definitely changed. The man who did my nail had the personality of a Rock. He didn't talk to me. He talked At Me. I felt like I was bothering him by being there. This same man who did my nails told me that he doesn't do pedicures. I had to wait for another nail tech. It took about 15 minutes for someone to start on my feet.Then the same man takes is doing someone else's feet. The atmosphere was awful. One of the Male nail tech moved my phone off a table so he could work on another customer's nail while a female tech was working on her feet. He sat my phone on a full table. I had to tell him if my phone calls you are paying for it. He didn't ask to move it. He didn't offer an apology. He said something under his breath and put my phone in the chair with me. Remember I am getting my feet done. So I guess it was better if my phone fell in the water then on the floor. I asked two other ladies what were their thoughts. Both said they were not coming back. I got a pedicure and got gel polish. The woman checked if the polish was set after one coat and after she stuck her finger in it, she smudged it. She had to remove the polish and then start over; however, she never put the base coats on before starting with the polish. She then proceeded to smash my toes down before placing the UV lamp over top each time, as if it had been my fault for messing up the polish. By the next day my polish was peeling off of the one toe. Then the nail on my big toe on my other foot split halfway down and halfway across and the polish started peeling up. Now I'm missing half a toenail. That was a waste of $50-60 and now I'm missing most of my toenail. Don't ever go to this salon. read more

Pros: Great prices. You can't beat $25 shellac manicure, $20 without the manicure. Love the coupon idea! After 4 visits, you receive $5 off your next service. Great location, 5 minutes away from my home. Cons: Drill, drill, drill!! They use a drill on your natural nails! They use the drill to remove shellac, then use it again to smooth your nail before applying the shellac. This process has truly damaged my nail. All of my nails broke in half. One breakage was down to my skin. They REUSE acetone. I sat soaking my nails in acetone while receiving a manicure. At the end of my service, I saw the nail technician use the acetone bottle to sock up the acetone from the bowl I had been soaking my nails in. I was sick to my stomach. I even question there sterilizing. I have even seen a technician take a cotton ball, dip in in some type of solution, wipe the ends of her equipment and place the items that she had used on me back into her box. read more

I got a full set gel nail manicure and within one day a nail broke off I went back and got it repaired and the next day the gel started chipping off I will not be back and I tried to tell them that it was the man's fault the reason why it had broke and they start laughing and talking immediately in Japanese.
