What a breath of fresh air. I am a local and have been getting my nails done for years, this place is so clean, and relaxing, I received the highest quality of care... the best experience I have ever had in a nail salon.. they have figured out how to make you comfortable paying attention to detail ... I just got the dipping powder and Tai did fantastic , He was personable, the music was great, I was sweetly greeted as I walked in , and was so happy to see some familiar fantastic nail techs from past experiences at other places. They over charged me and also they did my friends nails and she wanted a R for her boyfriends initial and started giving her rude looks and tell her that they didn't like her idea and refused to do it. I really would recommend not going here but going to tailored tips they do exactly what you want and they don't over charge you. read more

Went here as an out of town visitor. They took me right in. Had gel nails applied...they didn't even make it 1 week. At home my nails last me a minimum of 2 weeks. Maybe it's the brand of nail polish? Really didn't love the way it was applied nor the fact that they made a squeaky noise upon completion. I know not to return. read more

Just wrapped up my 3rd time here. It is very clean and modern. They only use gel and dips so it doesn't smell like a normal nail salon. I normally get the deluxe pedicure but today I tried out the jelly pedi. Both are great. I really like that you can choose your scent for the leg scrub and lotion--keeps me on my toes--ha! read more

I visited Victoria's nail salon twice. The place looks bright and clean. The first time I met my friend there and decided to have a manicure to kill time (it was her treat). My technician put one coat of gel nail polish on and never really cleaned my nails. I thought it was a rip off, but again I didn't pay for my service. The same friend took me there the second time for my birthday. We made an appointment and when arrived no one was available to do our services. We waited for 40 minutes and afterwards were shuffled around the salon. The idea was to get our services next to each other and catch up, but we ended up having our services away from each other and at different times. So obviously, your time means nothing to them. My technician was chatting me up and constantly tried to upsell me services. She was quite pushy and it was a huge turn off. When I politely refused she switched to my friend and was trying to upsell her through me: tell your friend she needs this... Unbelievable!!!! The service itself was way below even what you might call mediocre: never cleaned my cuticles (I did powder dip), my nails were shaped unevenly and not the way I requested. I tried to correct my technician, but she just kept saying "yes" to everything I said and eventually I gave up. I could have done better with cheap plastic stick-on nails from Walmart... I swear! Hand massage (part of my manicure) was a joke. I honestly wonder if she is even licensed, not just because of the quality of her work, but also the photo on the framed license wasn't her. My pedicure was much better and with different technician and this is the only reason I added the second star to my review. So I guess you might have different experience at this place if you know and trust your technician, but my friend and I both agreed to not go back to Victoria's nail salon. It was a pricy mistake (more then $200 with tip!) that we learned from. read more

New nail salon, I had a gel pedi and powder nails done. Lots of options for services, I had a hot stone pedi, very relaxing. Great salon, clean, bright and very friendly personnel. They can match colors, no matter if you get gel, powder or regular polish. Lots of pedi chairs, perfect for parties. Open Sundays, which is a big plus. Would definitely recommend. Upset with my first visit. I came in and thought they were nice people. Everything went well up until I had to dry my nails- I was not told how long to dry them for so I expected I would be told when I was done drying. After about 10 minutes I figured my nails were dry so I checked on them and realized my nails polish was drifting to one side on my thumb therefore it was drying badly, I let another employee know what was going and and about 5 minutes later the lady working on my nails was available to fix it. She gets mad at me and starts blaming it on me saying she doesn't believe me. Oh well .. so I go ahead and pay keep in mind I HAVE A TEN PERCENT DISCOUNT card! And they have a sign that says acrylic nails cost $31- at the cash register I get told I have to pay $32?!? So I question them and the man says "we rounded up" to me that makes absolutely no sense. The regular cost is $31 and I have a 10% discount. So they disregarded my discount and made me pay a dollar more for the fix up. Not to mention my cuticles were made bleed TWICE and they glued my cuticles back in place to stop the bleeding. Where is the common curtesy?? No idea. But definitely not a good way to make a first impression. Never going back. read more

Having relocated to Bluffton in June, I was thrilled to find a nail salon that used the organic dipping process. I had my nails done the last week in June. The following week, the coating chipped off one nail in two large sections. I thought about returning to ask for it to be fixed, but decided that I'd live with it until my next appointment since it's a bit of a drive from where I'm living. Returned on July 18 to have a new set of nails done along with a pedicure. When I woke on Sunday morning, I noted that one nail has complete chipped off along the top of the nail line. I stopped in today to ask for them to repair it. The woman I spoke to, gave me a color wheel to find my color, which I could quickly see was not on the wheel. I let her know and advised that I had the organic dipping process and perhaps there was a different color wheel for those colors. She said, "no" that's it; I'll help you if you can wait." She finished with her clients and came to me with additional wheels. I could easily see that my color was not on any of the wheels. She asked if I knew who did my nails; perhaps he would remember the color. I did not recall the technician's name and advised her so. She said, "it's up to you to write down the brand, the color, and the number," which I found ludicrous since I did not anticipate a the process chipping. I asked if we could find something close to the color for the repair to which she responded, "you choose it, you live with it," at which point, I thanked her and left.
