I'm from out of town and just visiting family for a few days. Desperately needed some TLC after spending ten days scuba diving in Jamaica, which left my hair, nails, and skin looking like starvation. I had a 60 minutes facial with a lovely lady (forgot her name, she's blonde and from Ohio) and she did a great job. The facial wasn't as through as I had experienced in other places before (meaning she didn't squeeze as much black heads and gross stuff out of my face) but there was a lot of massages, steaming, creams, creams and more creams. My skin felt like baby butt, which was pretty awesome. Price was fair. Then I headed to the mani pedi. Nice lady too, but guess I'm spoiled with those Asian nail places because it was a pretty basic pedicure. Unfortunately it just didn't come out great. The hands came out better, but still, nothing impressive. I'm super picky with mani and pedi so those disappointed me a bit. To finish "the works", I went for a quick trim on my hair. Super sun damaged so I wasn't expecting too much. I thought, however, that for paying $50 (which is the starting price for haircuts) I would get a nice and relaxing shampoo and massage or something related but nah, just basic shampoo and conditioner and off to the chair I go. Also super nice lady, and again, you can't really mess up a trim so guess it was fine. Overall I spent $210 including tips for facial, mani pedi and hair trim for not so spectacular results. I walked into Heritage to check out the salon side. Destiny a make up artist I met mentioned her mom worked there n I should try her out. I Was in the area n stoped by to check out salon. I walked in An blond hair woman was at desk I asked if Kristin was in n she said a Kristin works here, I asked again if she was in. She said yes but was busy. Came from behind desk n I felt she was blocking me from looking. I asked her where was Kristin n could u please point her out. She said sHe is busy w a client n I said can u point her out to me. She was not friendly n I told her that Kristen daughter recommended I meet her. I just wanted to see the place n her, not interrupt. She was less than accommodating She finally pointed K out who was washing clients hair. I asked if possible if I shop a bit n stop back.....she cut me off and AGAIN said she is very busy w appointments . I felt she was not welcoming nor did she even try to speak to me about coming back . I told here I have lived in HH for over a year and she was probably the first rude person I ve met! She tried to back track n say u can come back by then I was upset n thought if this salon is not friendly and maybe have enough clients. I said I was leaving n you lost a client. She was now telling the other receptionist, at dentist side, defending her comments As I left one of your clients spoke to me about that receptionist n it wasn't a flattering opinion. Everyone here is friendly and professional. My family has been coming here for 3 years for dental services/procedures and hair styling/coloring. Renee and Janine run the place and they are a pleasure (top notch) to deal with. Venesha is hands down the best stylist and a true color expert. Holly is the best darn esthetician ever! Went here for the first time to get a haircut, was able to walk in and be seated immediately. I showed my hairdresser, Hannah, a picture of what I wanted and she gave me the perfect cut exactly like I asked for! The whole salon felt very boutique and beautiful. I was given a complimentary coffee which was a really nice touch. Hannah took her time and asked for my input along the way (I was cutting off about 10inches) which I really loved! To finish it off she even styled it beautifully and I felt like everyone in the salon walked up to compliment me on my new cut! To top off the amazing experience i could not believe the price! My hair was extremely long and thick and Hannah washed, cut, and styled it. I paid HALF of what I use to pay at a different salon! I will definitely be back here and have recommended Heritage and Hannah to all my friends! read more

A fabulous salon and spa!! I had my nails done by Tish and she was fantastic. I didn't plan on having my hair blown out for an event this evening, but Tonya was willing to fit me in and did an incredible wash and blowout and I couldn't be more pleased! Dr Camp is an artist when it comes to his Botox injections!! I cannot wait to try out the dental services in June--- you can enjoy your favorite channel on the tv and even get a paraffin wax on your hands while your teeth are getting cleaned! Beautiful spa and salon! HIGHLY recommend!!! Oh, and I forgot to mention the friendly staff. Everyone there makes you feel very welcome. I drive 45 minutes for a mani/pedi; despite having a nail shop within walking distance of my home, because of Tish. She always has a warm welcome for me and treats me with a professional attitude. My wife took our two year old daughter to Heritage for her first dental exam. We were amazed at how well she did! Erika took her time to show our daughter all of her instruments and made it fun for her before counting, polishing and FLOSSING her teeth! Most of our friends have told us that we could skip a dental appointment at this age because all they would do is count her teeth. I'm glad we ignored that advice and the pediatric dentist. Dr. Camp and his wonderful team at Heritage surpassed all expectations and is worth the drive for us! What a wonderful concept. A pure delight combining Dr. Camp's exceptional dental expertise with the efficiency and convenience of a spa. My day began with a relaxing dermalogica facial by Amanda. Her knowledge of the product and analysis of my skin and her gentle touch left my skin radiant and me revived. Then I was off to see Kristy for my massage. To say that she has magical powers is an understatement. I was so relaxed that I feel as though I was having an out-of-body experience. Finally, Dr. Camp whisked me back to the serene setting of his work place for a few Botox injections. His polite bedside manner and natural charm had this fort timer at ease. He was through and considerate from the initial consultation to walking me out to reception and shaking my hand graciously. The staff was friendly and informative.
