A+ for "bedside manner" (don't know if that's the proper term?): Sarah radiates calm and reassurance and will ask the right questions to give you the right treatment for you. A+++ for the actual massage: I personally prefer firm, and I usually don't go with women because I have this oedipal, gender-biased assumption that men can massage me better, but she was EXACTLY right. Also I hate it when therapists check in too much or (or too little) during the massage, it's distracting and takes me out of it. Sarah did just the right amount of that.
