I went back today to exchange it for a better one one that is not tarnished. When I went in, I explained to the lady that I'm not here to get my money back. I will actually probably spent more than what this necklace was bought for. She would not exchange the tarnish necklace. Instead, she proceeded to tell me how silver needs to be cleabed. I'm not about to clean a brand new necklace I said. She went and took it on herself to clean it.
