Brenda and Kelly just made my summer nail dreams come true! My nails are a new gelX set and will last about 5-6 weeks! Brenda took her time to make sure the adhesive was perfect, as that is very important in the gelX application. They are a bit more expensive than acrylics but when time is equivalent to money, these are a bargain since they last twice as long. Both the gals did the designs separately and I'm more than happy with the outcome! I'm visiting the area and own a full service salon myself, if I were local this would be my nail salon permanently. Came in on June 8th for mani/pedi. Paid $80 for pedi $40 for mani CHRISTINE did the pedi and she was super nice and only reason I gave 2 stars. She dug waaaaay to deep into the sides of my big toes and they are still hurting a week later. Also during the "message" was more of just a light coat of lotion applied she pulled my pinky toe and tore the skin between the toe. My feet hurt so bad during my vacation it was a total bummer. BRENDAZ did the mani.....its really hard to think of anything positive.....she is rude and VERY rough and sloppy work! The polish has partials of dust all in and was not smooth...the cuticles were all cut up...she would run sander on my skin and when I told her it hurt she said "no".....wtf does that mean? She left my skin stuck to my nails... The polish on my hand and feet started chipping right away (wish I had pics of that, attached pics are after the "redo"! I stopped by this morning to express the pain my feet were in plus show my chipping polish(I had gel polish, shouldn't chip after 4 days). They offered a $25 gift card or to redo my nails. I chose the redo but then was told it would have to be the same techs. I hesitantly agreed, Christine was very nice about it and I feel she is trying to do the best she can. But BRENDAZ was extremely rude and even more rough and all she did was put more polish on top and made them super thick and even messier looking. So sad about my experience. I expressed to the front desk girl my experience plus showed her....she at first said will add a note to your account so i dont get her again but that was it.....then as i left she said the manager will call me. I will update if i get that call.I brought my sister n law to the original appointment and she had such a better experience....she had 2 men that did her mani/pedi (sad I don't have their names) and they did an amazing job! So sad about my experience, I really wanted this to be my new go to place! :( I paid close to $300 for our 2 services and would have had no problem with that if it would have been worth it! read more

A beautiful location to get your nails done. This was my first time at Victoria's Nails. I honestly had a great experience. Everyone was professional and nice. Don't write reviews often, but I feel compelled to give props to Victoria's Nails. Have been searching for a place in VA county and have been to several nail salons. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming. All the technicians seemed happy, teasing each other, and having fun. They had someone work on my toes while Cindy started my nails. My nails were in pretty bad shape and she polished them back to perfection. I'm pretty sure what I got is called a BioGel dip and I'll just have to go in for a "dip fill" every 3-5 weeks, without acetone removal. Thank you, Cindy! You're a master! read more

Regretfully, I have to give Victoria's Nails a negative review. I used to have my nails done regularly by the former mgr, Julie who was an exceptional nail artist. She always did a beautiful job with acrylics, dips and gels. She was highly-skilled with meticulous attention to detail, always courteous, and my nails always looked fabulous. Unfortunately (for me) she left during the pandemic and went back to school. After the salon recently reopened I booked an appt over the phone with the owner, Ann and explained how I'd been a customer of Julie's and to please book me with her best nail artist who was similar to Julie. I said I would wait for an appt with the right person - that they didn't have to get me in right away with someone else. I was offered an appt with "Cindy" who Ann said was one of her best. However, when I arrived for my appt I was told another person would be doing my nails instead. My pedicure was done first and by the time they were finished with it, they then told me still a 3rd person would be doing my fingernails. I will not reveal his name here because I do think he tried to do a good job and he was very sweet while doing my nails but I ended up with the worst looking set of nails I've ever had in my life and he took nearly 3 hours to do them! However, my complaint is much more with the owner, Ann. At first I thought I'd just live with my nails as is, but within a few days after even others commented on how awful they looked, I decided after the money I had paid for them, that I wanted them fixed. I called Ann and told her as much as I didn't want to be a complaining customer, I really needed my nails to be redone. I was very nice, as was she. She stated she would "make it right" & arrange an appt but would have to call me "right back." She never called back so I went into the salon the next day and showed her my nails. She agreed they didn't look good and said she was still working on setting up my appt with someone and would still have to call me later with the appt time. That was over 1 week ago. I WAS NEVER CALLED BACK. This ended up being a disappointing and frustrating experience. Very unprofessional and NO way to treat a client. I will not return. They have just lost a formerly loyal customer who also tipped well. read more

Came in yesterday for a pedicure. We had an appointment and they were able to get us in quickly, but other than that it was a disaster. I had to ASK for a drink, water or wine (basically all the nail places I've ever been to offer wine of some sort) and they said they were out of water and didn't have wine?? I chose just the basic pedicure because I was already annoyed and they completely rushed through the whole thing. I kept repositioning my legs because the way she wanted them was very uncomfortable and she kept moving them back. Flies were flying all around us the entire time we were in there!!! I had the older lady. The polish overall looks totally fine but the experience was terrible. They were just rude and I'll definitely be finding a different nail place for future visits. read more

Victoria's Nails by the Vons in Seabridge has been consistently amazing!! The owner, and really the entire staff, are super friendly and accommodating. I still like to do French tip nails (it's classic!) and their lines are ALWAYS clean. When I have a vision of what kind of nails I want, they are able to make it look better than I imagined. As I was getting my toes done, a lady was taking off my acrylics. She "finished" them and I kindly asked if she could take off the acrylics. She said "it is off" and the guy doing my toes said "those are your natural nails." I am upset, because they couldn't own up to it. Sunday was my first time at Victoria's Nails. My girl friend and I came in and immediately was greeted by the owner/manager, Julie. She instructed us to pick a color and have a seat and explained to us that since we didn't have an appointment, the wait would be about twenty minute, which we totally didn't mind. Within 15 minutes we were greeted by another staff member who had our spa chairs ready. The staff that gave me my spa treatment that day was Lynn. Lynn was pleasant and friendly. I can tell as much as there was a bit of a language barrier between us, that she still made an effort to converse with me during down times of talking with my friend. I got the deluxe package and Lynn did an amazing job, one of the best services I've ever received for a pedicure. She cleaned up a lot of my dead skin, and her massage was firm. She always checked to see if the temperature of the water or the towels were hot. Everything was fine. As my friend and I were cashing out and paying at the front, Julie asked us how our service was. "Everything was great!" What I liked most was the staff spoke English to each other, and there were no other side chatter in their language (Vietnamese, Cantonese - as Lynn mentioned she spoke at home.) Myself being a Filipino and around my elders who speak our native tongue in public places around non-Tagalog speakers, I know how it can be for folks who don't understand. There have been times where I would walk into a nail salon and feel uncomfortable--- "oh my, I wonder if they're talking about me, or how much I let go of my toes..." Julie explained that that was one of their policies, to converse in English to prevent the customers from feeling ways. I totally respect that. Thank you Julie, Lynn and Victoria's Nails for the great service and business ethics. I'll definitely be back. PS. The salon is in a great location, clean, modern, bright and up to date. read more

Had a wonderful pedicure yesterday. Joann was very gentle and just made my feet feel so special and pampered. It's always hard for me to relax when having my feet touched but with the comfortable massaging chair and the nice warm water, I was relaxed. I only did the short pedicure this time but have had the full procedure done before and it's marvelous. I was in and out in just a little over a half hour. Great experience! read more

Chloe did my pedicure and I've never had someone do such a thorough job, plus give the most unique and wonderful massage. Ruby did my manicure and her attention to detail was perfect. As I was looking through my camera roll I saw the photos I had taken of my nails after I got them done here. I remembered the story: I was super excited to get my first set of acrylics here and I went in planning to get an ombré fade from pink to white. The place was very nice, relaxing, color coordinated, and clean. I was complementing the purple color coordination of the store to the lady doing my nails and she suggested I get purple nails, which I should've gotten I suppose -- maybe she would've done a better job. I told her it was my first time and when she asked my what shape I asked what she recommended and she said coffin? I said sure. This shape didn't really complement my nails/hand (see in photo) The lady was nice and the people was nice but my nails didn't look too great after. They weren't an even length and shape to the corresponding finger on the other hand, some were crooked, and the fade from pink to white was not smooth on some nails. Having my first set done here and getting a slightly botched result was discouraging and I never want them again lol. I got them off the next day for $10. They also costed $50 for a not so great job. $60 wasted :( Again -- super nice place and people, but at least the lady who did my nails should pay attention to detail :) It seems like they are doing better though(?) looking at their photos.
