Just bad service Tips started peeling after two days. been there two other times and it seems ok. until i saw that they were clearly not licensed due to the bad French tips the man did on me. I would try to correct him and show him the clumpy/lumpy white tip and he pretty much yelled at me and said "im not done !" when in fact he was pretty much done and just had that "i don't care attitude and i don't want to be here mood", I couldn't wait till he was done, done. and walk out of there, so disappointed. Tried this new to me salon near Trader Joe's and i got a dip mani and pedicure with scrub and I can say it's been a very long time since I've had such rude and dismissive services. I ask for number five (see pic) when I ask if the color was Mia numbered the nail tech said no it's not mis numbered you saw it before she put it on... yes I saw the number but didn't realize the color was different than what was on the card. The salon is set up for the employees to enjoy not the customer. Not one time did she ask if I was comfortable, and she didn't care! I recently had surgery and crossing my arm across my body for twenty minutes is uncomfortable. I mentioned this is uncomfortable and she said nothing and changed none of her behavior. I mentioned that I wanted a different color on my toes since the color on my hands was not what I wanted and she actually rolled her eyes. Lmao!!! I would stay away from this salon. The fastes gel manicure I've ever had (and that is not necessarily a good thing). Literally like 15 minutes. No lotion, no massage, no hot towel. Didn't clean under nails. Don't expect much here. They're in a hurry to get you done and move onto the next person. $38 for gel manicure. Really should have been less for the lack of services provided. I asked them to adjust the price since I didn't get a massage or lotion and they would not but instead offered to massage me at that moment. I had already been sitting around for 1 hour and had to go so declined. What a waste of money. Update: the manicure only lasted 1 week and is now chipped. read more

I'm usually seeing Lynn by appointment. We have a standing once a month Saturday morning pedicure. Timeliness is a hit or miss. Sometimes she is ready to go, sometimes she is still with another customer and I have to wait a while. I like that she always greets me joyfully with a smile and asks how I've been. She takes good care of my feet and gives a nice firm massage. Sometimes it feels a bit rushed, because the next appointment has already arrived. But overall my experiences here have been meeting my expectations, evidenced by my regular visits. read more

I needed a pedicure BADLY so I thought I'd drop in to this salon. I immediately noticed that they didn't have any nail polish products on display. I wondered how I was supposed to make a selection. The nail tech came over and showed me a plastic nail color chart to choose from. Oh ok. Kinda different but ok. The orange that I chose came out way different than the orange on the plastic chart. It was neon orange and I embarrassingly asked her if I could change it; she was visibly peeved and gave me the chart again as she took it off 3 of my polished toes. I chose another shade of orange and when she huffily came back, she said she couldn't find it and showed me other shades. I didn't like them and she said, "Make a choice because I cannot wait too long". It was a very uncomfortable situation so I hurriedly chose a bubble gum pink. Not sure why, cuz now I hate it. The overall polish job is subpar. The polish on my toes looks lumpy. She really irritated me when I pointed out that my baby toe was missing polish and she argued that it was just my skin. Woman I know my own toes and it was NOT skin, it was the edge of my nail missing polish! She said "Well that's weird" and said she'd polish my skin. Check the pics I posted. No skin was polished. Loved my pedicure experience, but only liked my manicure . I got the signature spa pedi, and even though it was $45, it was definitely worth it. I have some serious calluses, and she was able to completely remove them and my feet feel brand new! I also loved how many color options there were, and they listened to me about regular polish vs. gel. I don't like gel as it makes my nails flimsy. They only put one coat of color on both though, which I found a little weird, but didn't question. My manicurist asked if I wanted to keep the length of my nails, which I did, I just asked for them to be cleaned up. They are a lot shorter than I wanted, but it's not the end of the world, nails grow back. . She did get a little bit of polish on my skin, which I didn't notice until after she was done, but I wish she had cleaned up. All in all, not bad for the price, but not my first choice I think. I've had the worst nail experiences here ever. The manicurist I used to see never once said hi to me. " Choose your color," is all you get for a greeting. She had me in her books as my phone number, and after about 8 months of coming in, never asked my name. Once, she decided I needed a full set and began ripping my nails off with cuticle nippers without even soaking them first. The final straw was her asking me the night before to come in earlier for my appointment, which is fine. NBD. I ended up waiting there for 30 minutes, with her completely ignoring me. Finally, I just left. Then she called me 3 times in a row. No consideration for other people. I was so upset. I'm an easy client, I just need a fill every three weeks. Not picky. I've had a hard time finding salons that honor your pre-booked appointments, so I stayed with her longer than I should've. I have seen Julie before who was really sweet. I came here as a last minute option due to the semi good reviews, I am very disappointed. The woman who did my SNS dip powder nails did a horrible job. She put some clear coat afterwards and said "if it peels off just come back and we will do it again" So I guess she knew it would happen. I found that pretty odd and annoying considering I don't have much time to be driving back and fourth. One nail broke after 1 day. It's been a WEEK and now two nails are gone and 3 are cracked. The workers here are straight up rude, so rough with tools (even when you tell them they're hurting you,) uncommunicative, don't care at all about honoring appointments, and skip steps for a proper manicure so your nails don't last. Both my mom and I left bleeding from multiple cuticles. I got a gel manicure 3 days ago and it's already lifting up and peeling on 4 different nails. They usually last a minimum of 2 weeks. So I called to make an appointment and told them then what I wanted done. I wanted the gel taken off of my toes and regular polish put on and then the gel redone on my fingernails. I go in the next day and she (Lynn) sits me in the pedicure chair... She started working on my toes and after 25 minutes told me to pick out what pedicure I wanted and I told her I didn't want one and she said you should have told me that first!! I would have started soaking your fingers!! I told her I never told her I wanted a pedicure!! I explained that I had called the day before and told them exactly what I wanted. I'm not a nail tech and I don't know what the procedures are for these types of services! Then when she sat me down to do my fingernails, she started soaking off the gel...she then yelled at me because I didn't tell her that my two middle fingers had acrylic on them (AGAIN... I'M NOT A NAIL TECH... Maybe they should start of by asking questions!!!)...she was literally yelling in the nail salon with other customers in there! I was mortified!! She kept telling me, "I told you last time that you needed to cut your nails down!" (since my middle finger was breaking) And I told her you DID cut them down the last time! I walked in for a manicure and asked for a menu of services. The lady asked me to go to station 6 and she would have it for me to look at. Went there and I asked her for a menu and she looked at me like I was stupid and said "we only have gel, polish and acrylics. What do you want?There's nothing else to look at." I said gel then. She walked off and I was on my phone texting and she grabbed my hand to soak it. Didn't say one word the whole time. She was so busy yelling at the other employees across the room talking to them she didn't ask if I liked the polish she put on, couldn't ask me to switch hands, she would just grab me and continue on with her conversations.
