Their secret is that they are lazy AF. They only greet you when the top bosses are present. I was looking for a bra in my size but the two available employees were too busy talking about their bra sizes and some other bs. I use to come here religiously but this location has sank. Everything is out of order. Employees gossip and chatter among themselves and cringe when they need to us paying customers. When paying why bother asking, "Did anyone help you today?" Because the answer will always be h to the NO. They dont honor sale prices and its always something like oh thats not on sale when theres a sale sign posted. Lines are always long because associates move like molasses and act like we have all day to be in there. Tysons and Moco Mall are the only two decent locations were you wont get crappy service. 2 stars because Im a such a nice Yelper. read more

I enjoy this location because it's a smaller mall so there's fewer people. Today I came in to browse their Haul Yeah Sale and I'm so glad I did. I got a free reusable tote and was able to take advantage of my coupons. 6 bras, 5 panties and 5 lotions for $89. Plus 5x the points on my VS PINK card. Today Angela helped me find all my bras - sometimes I need help tracking them down due to my rare size. I've never had a bad experience here. I hadn't shopped at VS in a long time due to gaining weight after some injuries. However, after losing over 200 pounds I came back to be resized. I worked with a manager (can't recall her name) who was so nice and helped me to figure out the perfect size. My true bra size is strange - large cup but small band. She was able to find that I'm between sizes at VS and told me specifically what to look for in the different types of bras for the best fits rather than just grabbing one size. So today I utilized what she told me and was able to walk out with some fabulous bras and have that perfect fit! Thanks ladies! Keep up the great work and wonderful customer service. read more

I just called this store and asked whoever answered the phone (lucky I didn't get her name; although, I'm sure she would've given a fake one) if she could look up an item for me by the item number I can see online. She asked me, "what is the item?" I told her the name of the item, not the number because she asked, "what is the item?" When I tell her the item name, she instantly says, "no we don't have that item." I asked, "so you know that off the top of your head without looking for it?" She said, "yes. We haven't gotten anything new for the past few weeks." But it isn't "New," and if y'all haven't gotten any shipments in the past few weeks then your store needs to be out of business. But for the girl: so you mean to tell me that you know the name of every single item in that store, and if someone calls and asks you to do something - which you did not do because you simply did not want to - you are going to know off the top of your head exactly what y'all have in the store by item NAME?? After my recent visit, I felt compelled to update my review. I came in to make a return and purchase a few items, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted instantly by Sevyn/Seven sp? She was extremely friendly and assisted me throughout my visit. She gave me personal testimonies on the items I was interested in and even suggested a few items for me. If she didn't have an answer to my question, she made sure she asked and got back with me. Since my size wasn't on the floor, I went to the equally nice cashier and she was able to order my items to be sent to my home and process my return. When I was leaving out, another member of the staff made sure she thanked me for coming in and wished me a great day. As I was shopping, I noticed other staff assisting customers. Excellent customer service! This was nothing like my previous visits here. I am so pleased and appreciative that the customer service here has vastly improved. Keep up the good work!! read more

I went to this location with my daughter during the semiannual sale a few weeks ago and had the most bizarre VS experience ever. First we walked in and several employees were having a conversation. That's fine, but no one acknowledged us. No hello. No can I help you. Nothing. As we were browsing, we had to step over boxes and trash because an associate was unpacking boxes right in the middle of the store and discarding the excess packaging on the floor. It was a mess. My daughter and I found some bras to try on. Since she's still growing, I hoped to have her measured again. We found the dressing rooms unattended so I pulled one of the sales associates from her gripping conversation to open a fitting room. She offered no help or measurement so we helped ourselves. While my daughter tried on bras, I ran back and forth from the racks to try several sizes, and while I tried them on, she did the same for me. We are expecting our paychecks in the mail any day now. This was fine for a quick stop, but I'll probably go, elsewhere next time. This is a shopping center with several options that I can choose instead. read more

You know you are going to have returns, exchanges and a sale going on immediately after Christmas, so you should've been prepared VS. The store was in disarray and the line was long at the registers. Not to mention, the checkout area had three cashiers in a very small confined space. All of the cashiers were distracted because they were talking to each other about their lack of break time and how long they have been working that day. My cashier could not talk and ring up items at the same time, so she would stop scanning just to talk. Remind you there's a line going around the corner! I cannot feel sorry for the manager because clearly you did not hire competent young people to work here. Distracted and lazy employees reflect the condition of your store. I wasn't going to take many pictures in VS because I'm sure people to not appreciate you taking pictures in such an "intimate" type of store. read more

Horrible location. It should be closed. There is one register for everything, ordering, returns, sales. So if you go plan on 30 minutes just trying to check out. This is not because there are no other associates in the store who could help you. There are. At least 5 other associates were there.... But they were busy having a conversation with each other. I will NEVER shop at Victoria Secrets again, this includes web purchases. If a company cannot value a customer's time, then it is the customer's right to no longer value the company. read more

While I am a big fan of the franchise, the service on this branch reeks as much as day-old vomit under a hot sun. I consider myself a low-maintenance customer. I expect questions to be answered with some respect and congeniality, but apparently, that's too much to ask for the sales personnel here. Also, if you ever get those free offers by mail, make an effort to go to another branch (Annapolis and DC are the closest ones). Even on the first day of the promo, they're already out of the free item, and they don't inform you until you've reached the counter and they've rang up all of your purchase. I don't usually write reviews especially for clothing places, but Gail & the whole team was amazing. Their energy was so sweet & genuine. Gail had such a great personality that I literally wondered what It'd be liKe to work there. She helped me find my bra size & the perfect feeling for me. She wasn't pressing me out, following me around the stores breathing down my neck like plenty of Victoria Secrets I've been to where people of color weren't in charge. She made it an experience. I ordered a bra online and brought it to this store to exchange it for a different size. I wasn't sure of the size I should get because I'd ordered what I thought was my correct size and it had been too small. Monshell (sp!) offered to measure me and told me the size I needed. However, that size wasn't in store. She gave suggestions and patiently helped me find the perfect bra with the perfect fit. She placed my order online. I received my new bra in the mail today and it fits perfectly! Thanks for such a positively wonderful experience! read more

This location is pretty small, so the items sold are limited. That's not really something that's easily controllable, however, customer service is. Their employees are very unprofessional, rude, talk to each other before helping customers, and talk about their customers badly in front of their faces as well. Save the trip. Don't come here. My husband and I decided to make a last stop at this Victoria's Secret after shopping for a couple of hours. I had not gotten a new bra in years and I decided now would be the time. Since I hadn't bought anything new in a long time, I needed to get measured again. When we walked in, nobody said a word to us, despite many sales associates being out on the floor. I looked around for a little while and found something I liked, but I needed to get measured. I asked one employee who was nearby if I could get measured, and she said she would send someone over. I waited for about 10 minutes and nobody came, so I went back up to the cash register area (where about 4 employees were all standing and talking) and asked again to get measured. Finally a woman came over and measured me, but I could already tell she was doing it all wrong. instead of measuring around my ribs under my bust, the measuring tape was under my bra strap in the back and she brought the two ends together at my collarbone. Then after not even measuring the difference between (what should have been) my ribs and bust, she said I was a 32A... The shirt I was wearing did make me look rather flat, but if she had done her job right she would have measured and been able to tell that was not the case. I was measured at a VS many years ago as a 34B, so I went with my better judgement and got a 34B, which fits well. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only redeeming grace in my opinion was one employee: a young woman with long braids wished my husband and I a good day on the way out. I would certainly not come back here. read more

I am so surprised at the lack of customer service here lately. I went into the store and asked where they had the special edition underwear. The employee told me that it either "somewhere in the back of the store" or behind the register (no definite answer) and that they only had small and extra small (which wasn't true because I was able to get medium at the register) They usually guide you and help you look, but the employees were out of it fiddling with clothes instead helping us. My family and I were ignored to put it simply. I wasn't the only person to experience this by the way. I saw another customer ask her the same question about the underwear and I found them wandering around the store trying to find it! I don't know what it is, but they are also poorly stocked as well. This isn't the first or even second time that I went into this store looking for something and they didn't have it. What was worse about this visit was that they told me they didn't even bother stocking enough of a valentines day cheeky because of supply and demand. Um, what? Why? Why do you still display the VDAY underwear sign outside the store? Its a full week before valentines day and it just looks tacky that you are out-of-stock on that Vday undie already. The underwear was only 6 dollars (which is cheaper than the regular underwear) and it was just fancy and red. People will buy it! It didn't look specific to valentines day, so people will buy it even after vday..why wouldn't you get enough in stock? No I get it. Victoria Secret would rather understock and make sure everything sells at full price than make sure we can find what we want. Forbid anything goes on clearance... Lastly, I get that work can get busy, but the lady at the register was juggling everything at once. The store wasn't particularly busy though.... and there were other people doing nothing. She didn't have a chance to speak to us and ask us how our experience was. She just checked us out while on the phone with some other customer. It was all just very unprofessional. 2015 isn't starting off with strong employees or practices VS. This store needs to be evaluated. I visit this location today to buy my wife a gift. From the moment I walked through the doors I was treated like a valued customer. Now I know nothing about buy victoria secret stuff, and the young lady who assisted me, did a excellent job. I do not remember her name but I wish I did because she was awesome. I laid my eyes on one particular set of bra and panties and we had a hard time finding it in the right size, but the young lady never gave up and finally we found what I was looking for. The sales associates are always standing around talking to each other and not helping the customers. Walked in and walked past alt least 6 employees that were obviously too busy to help me or just say hello. I am a male and wanted to buy some presents for my female friend. This is a horrible Victoria Secret. Honestly, management should be fired because of customer service alone. I went two different times within the last week, and the first time I went the store was closed; I'm assuming for visual merchandising purposes, but I don't know of any retail stores that close their stores during the middle of the day and miss out on money. However, I waited until three for them to resume their regular schedule, and even then the customer service was "eh." I asked one girl where something was she simply pointed like over there. Anyways, that day I ended up finding and purchasing the stuff on my own. Then returned a day later. This time no one greeted me, no one said anything to me. I shopped around found what I wanted went to pay for my stuff and no one was at the cash register. So I'm standing there for at least 5-6 minutes with my daughter looking stupid. Then I went out to find someone to help me which is inconvenient because again I'm with my two year old daughter. The girl said I'm coming then her little coworker said "actually she'll take you on that register" and pointed in a rude tone. Girl, it is not my fault you chose retail, if you have a job do it correctly. Clearly customer service is lacking at this place. DO BETTER. read more
