I've always been a fan of Victoria's Secret swim, sports, and undies. I love when they have their semi-annual sale. However, I am sick of every time I walk in the store being hounded by the employees. They always ask when the last time you got a bra fitting was and want to give you one as soon as you walk in. They do it in the middle of the store. NO one that I have talked to enjoys this. It is a nice service that they have but keep it to the dressing room area and post it on the walls that if people want them they can ask. read more

This is a decent VS store. It stays super busy! Every time I go in they seem to have new products and things are freshly arranged. They always have good sales going on to. I'll start with the good The store is quite large with an extensive selection. Generally it has never been hard for me to get an associate's assistance. The employees, themselves, are usually upbeat and happy to help. The meh Even though there are usually a lot of staff on hand, check out lines are so damn ridiculously long. Almost every time I've ventured in the purchase something I've waited in line at least 15 minutes. One time I had to duck out of line, because my meter expired during the wait. I think this could be in part to them repeatedly asking customers if they want to open an angel's card. I get it, gotta move those cards, but seriously when the line is out the door, perhaps save it for another time. Also, you all have GOT TO calm it down with that sister sizing. I know your a business and sales are paramount, but when you don't have my size, don't harangue me to purchase something in store. I know that when you add several inches my band size and subtract from my cup size it covers my boobs, but covering me and fitting are two entirely different things...think hospital robes. No thank you. Just tell me you don't have my REAL size, and don't try to stuff my bosoms in something ill-fitting, and Ill be on my way. My last meh is a gripe I have not just with victorias secret, but with a lot of lingerie companies. Uhhh its 2017 can I have a nude bra for me too? Darker people do exist and we also would like nude lingerie. I don't know if you noticed...but beige is not the only skin tone. IVE BLOWN YOUR MINDS I KNOW! The looks I got when I walked in and asked for a brown/nude bra. To their credit, they did try to help, but medium champagne (or whatever its called), orange, purple, black, and light pink are not brown. Also if you can have all the colors under the sun, which they do....why does that one seem to be the only one missing? In short. Do better. read more

I was always a huge Victoria Secret fan, but over the last few years the quality and sizing has just went downhill. I stopped in with my sister one day we were out shopping and looked around. This is probably the largest store I've ever been into, which is nice. Being a larger store, you never really noticed all the other people around. There stuff still is meh to me, but I the semi-annual sale was going on so I found a few good deals. I'm hoping quality has gotten better. The staff was super nice and friendly. An associate whose name I didn't get, even ran my seven year to the bathroom while I loaded my other kid in the stroller to follow. That was super helpful and she was a lifesaver! read more

I went into the new Easton store (which is gorgeous) today looking for a nice soft bra, similar to a bralette. A wonderful sales associate greeted me asking if there was anything in particular I was looking for, so I explained. She showed me various options. Then after picking out some styles to try, asked if I wanted to get updated measurements. I've never had that done so I agreed, and to my dismay, she said I should be wearing a 36C. For my entire adult life I've worn 34A and hating how uncomfortable I was every time I wore a bra. Then I tried on these bras this associate helped me pick out, and they fit like a glove. I've never felt this comfortable in a bra, and I couldn't be more thankful for this woman's assistance. I am feeling more confident than ever now! read more

Of course I'm a fan. Who wouldn't be a fan? Oh, we're just talking about today's visit? Not the catalogs and shows? Harumph. Okay. Sweetie needed some new bras, and today is my birthday, so when she asked what I wanted to do I said, hey, get me a root beer float and let me watch you try on bras. Is that wrong? Anyway, she didn't end up trying any on, but she got measured and we looked around the store. There are lots of interesting items here, in assorted styles, and I actually learned a thing or two about bras today. The service was very helpful and friendly. The place is big, and apparently they have a good selection and a good range of sizes. Prices are high, at least to me. All I can really say is that when the most amazing woman in the world says "what would you like to see on me?", who could ask for anything more? read more

This is in reference to the new PINK store exclusively at Easton across from Bon Vie. I was greeted in this store and asked if I needed help. I wandered around a bit and when it appeared I got stuck in a section, I was asked again if I could get help. Gratefully, I did share what I wanted and nothing was up front in the color or size I needed. Please hold as she was going to check in the back. Not only did she find what I was looking for but she suggested the potential sale if I purchased two items for a discounted price. Great store. VS PINK is amazing and heartbreaking considering their counter parts just a few steps away at the VS store across from Smith & Wollensky has much to be desired in terms of talent. Yes... I am a fan ;-) I love their underwear... they are a little expenssive, but they stay where they are suposed to be. There bras are a hit or miss with me... I loved them for forever, but a few of my recent bras have not held up as well as they used to. I LOVE their fragrance 'Tease'... such a nice scent.. and the parfume is in an awesome bottle. The holy grail of pricey undies but I still like it here. I mean c'mon, it's a Victoria's Secret and they all sell the same dainties at those prices but when they have a good sale (which they do a few times a year) its great. I love seeing guys come in there trying to find something sexy for their lady - they look so gloriously lost. This store must be a bit of a flagship store or something because it is the fanciest one I've been in. I think some of the costumes from their fashion shows are in here. It really is a pretty fancy store and the ladies there are very helpful. Victoria's Secret PINK clothing used to be my favorite, and I have a closet full of your old styles. For the last two years, I have bought hardly anything from your store. Now, the clothes are very plain with bland, ugly colors and graphics. I have never been in a Lululemon for just that reason in case that is who you are trying to emulate. Victoria's Secrets carry sizes that are hard to find elsewhere. They will provide a free, accurate bra fitting. Statistics say most women wear the wrong size which can cause a variety of negative problems for the body - do yourself a favor and get fitted. The dressing rooms have free bottled water, snacks and an attendant who will grab articles from the store for you if you need a different size. The lighting is much better than some dressing rooms that make you want to off yourself - you know what I am talking about ladies! They have fabulous sales, often. Thank goodness because their merchandise is on the pricier side. If you have never tried their swim wear, do it. The cuts, fits and styles are more flattering since you are able to get an exact size. read more

To be clear, this isn't a review of the Columbus areas store, but a review of Victoria's Secret general Customer Service. Long story short, if you receive a gift card, and, like it instructs on the back of the card, record the card number and PIN in case you lose it...don't expect to get a replacement card. Unless you have your receipt handy (which, of course, is often unrealistic since gift cards are typically GIFTS and aren't always gifted along with a receipt) you will be refused a replacement. Fast and efficient! Unfortunately they no longer carry my size bra in their brick-and-mortar stores, but if I order AT the store, customers can have the items delivered to your front door, and Then the shipping is free. The young lady who greeted me when walking in was polite and efficient. I was able to get in, place my order with the lady, and was out of there in under 10 minutes! Sometimes, however, I wish this company would have more to choose, for full-figured women. You win some, you lose some. read more

Yes this is their flagship store, I have several friends for who for Limited Brands at the corporate office. Yes their products are expensive, but they do last pretty well. They have great customer service in this shop. If you need a bra, they can size you and then help you sort through their many styles to find something you'll love. They also have a large variety of toiletry items like lotion, body spray, perfume, body wash and hair products. They also have some toiletries for men too. I love their shampoo and conditioner, it makes my hair so soft. Plus when I'm working out and start to sweat, I can smell the product. It's a better smell than sweat in my hair. They also have a whole line of makeup, I've never tried it. Up near the counter they have all sorts of mini size goodies. I love to carry a mini perfume in my purse. These are stocking stuffer come holiday time. They have mens too. This store is certainly worth a visit. If you find it too pricy, just wait for their Semi-Annual sale when many items are almost 50% off. That's when I make most of my purchases. read more

I have heard that this is the flagship store, and while I don't know if that's true, this is my favorite Victoria's Secret store. They have a large selection and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I came here a few months ago with my aunt as she had a voucher for a free bra, and even though she wasn't paying, the staff took the time to make sure she was fitted for the right size (she wasn't wearing the right size). She has told me later that is the most comfortable bra she has ever owned. I went there today for their semi-annual sale but the selection was pretty picked over by this point. I did however find a few items that were nice and different, not the standard bra and panty. read more

This was the best Victoria's Secret I've ever been to, they were so helpful and not just in a "I'm trying to get you to spend as much money as i can to get a better commission" type of way. All of the employees were so knowledgeable about the store and the products they had and were able to find exactly what i was looking for any nothing i didn't. This is, for sure, my favorite Victoria's Secret store because they always have the newest most exciting things on display here. They also have a huge Pink store! However, they never have what I want in stock and can never tell me when it'll be in stock. The last 4 times I've gone in there for a specific item they have not had my size, and I'm a normal size! The staff goes over the top to help you out, but if they don't have it, they don't have it. And what good is that then? I can't keep myself away from there though, I've always got to check out what they have. This Victoria's Secret was so wonderful. They really did a great job picking out a great quality bra for me. Since my size is hard to find anywhere else. The three ladies working there were so super friendly, helpful, polite and fast. Got those 4 bras for $80.00. Which isn't bad for this type of store and how comfortable they are.
