I bought 2, the pink & black striped suitcases for myself. Plus recently let my parents borrow them for a trip from Maui to Oahu. Their semi-annual sale is the best time to shop here which is only twice a year. That's when I shop at Victoria's Secret a lot lol. I stock up on their bras, lip glosses and makeup and do birthday and Christmas shopping for my family and friends. As we all know, they carry underwear, bras and lingerie as well and their pretty Victoria's Secret bags and also perfumes and lotions. They carry a pretty good variety at this store. Love their stuff. Customer service is always great when I shop here. I figured you would only get one gift card no matter how much you spent, but she checked out my two items (both over $20) separately and gave me two gift cards! I had to go back today because the size I got was wrong size. I thought having a VS on Maui was gonna be killah! Ehhh, not so much. Customer service and selection is alright, but I'd rather just continue shopping the clearance rack online and getting it delivered to my door. No confusion on sale items, No driving, or dealing with rude service (which isn't always the case anyways). The one thing VS Maui is good for is the perfumes and body sprays. Today 9/15/19 at about 1pm ANGEL at the fitting room VS/Queen K performed over the top with outstanding customer service skills. Her demeanor and professionalism assisting my daughter raised to the store's elegance and brand excellence. We could only wish there were more "Angel"s all over Maui. Her peers were definitely well trained also! However, Angel took pride in her job, and was really vested in doing her best. Maddy the manager was extremely rude! The promotion was spend $20 get a $20 gift card to use in February. I spend $97.88 and she gave me one $20 GC, I asked her if she can give me 3 because I spent more than $60, she said no because the math does not add up and if she rang me up again I would only get 2 GC!!!!!! Very poor service and selection overall. Visited this location with a group of friends. A salesperson asked if we wanted to be measured. Since I had never been measured I thought it would be a good idea. She said she had just been trained on fittings. She said told me I Was a size D. I've never been more than a B. She told me that everyone thinks they are a B. She brought me in the bra in a size D and I barely filled one side. The bra clearly did not fit. Looking in the mirror I couldn't believe she told me it fit just right. She told me the VS bras fit differently and the D size was my size. She also told me friends sizes that didn't look right either. We quickly realized her suggestions were inaccurate. One friend purchased five $49 bras and two cover ups for the group. I realized I wanted a different style so brought the bra with the bag and tags attached back exactly one week later. I wanted to exchange the bra for one that was the exact same price but this location had limited sizes, my size was not available. I asked if I could get store credit so I could purchase the bra at another store. Sales person wanted to give me a credit of $9.99 and nothing for the cover up. She explained that once a year I could buy that bra for $9.99 and a week ago the cover up was a gift with purchase. Basically she didn't want to give me what the purchase price was towards store credit. This is one VS that I would never return to. Fortunately this is not the practice of all VS as I visited another store where they happily helped me exchange the bra for the right size and fit. I love the strapless bra that the Ala Moana store helped me find. After I wrote this review an employee harassed me. Those messages are now deleted. Very sad that this location employs some people who have no business savvy. read more

Compared to the Oahu store, this is wayyyy better. IMO. The entire sales staff here needs a medal for their patience with us. We came into the store close to closing time and not once did I feel like they were trying to kick us out. Honestly if that was me I'd be trying to prevent people from coming in to buy so I can go home. LOL Bebe (I think was her name..? Sorry) was really nice. I was wandering around the VS just looking for something my size, she started a conversation and I didn't feel pressured to buy with her. She took my measurements and walked me thru the process to get a bra that fits. Again because we came in so late she and the others who helped didn't rush me. Then at check out the cashier was super. Didn't get his name but he graduated Baldwin 2015. I was not paying attention to his instructions so I was holding him up. I was trying to open up a store account with them, something I could've done online but he said he would help while we were in stores. Finally!! We waited for years for a Victoria Secret on Maui! I was so stoked to finally check it out recently. This is a VS and Pink store combination located by the front entrance of the Kaahumanu Mall. The store is spacious and very clean. It wasn't long after entering that I was greeted by an employee, given a bag to hold my finds, and a quick tour of the store and the specials they had going. I spent some time looking around, everything was very organized, and sizes were in the correct drawers.(Something I don't alway find at VS stores) I then headed to the dressing room to try on a few styles. Turns out my size had changed, so I was introduced to Allie who was sweet enough to get my measurements, and bring me all the correct sizes in the bras I had picked out. She was so helpful and kind it really made the whole experience that much easier and enjoyable. Thanks to all the wonderful employees and their knowledge of the sales and what I told them I liked, I was able to walk out of there with 5 new bras and 2 panties for $150! Definitely a steal! I will be back for sure, and if you are a VS fan I highly recommend this store. read more

Love this store! Workers are outstanding and efficient for a store that just opened up! Some customers have sticks up their ass though! Don't get mad at the workers because other customers are jackass' and insist on getting refunds on coupons that are only valid for your next purchase. A customer bought 5 panties! She got a coupon for 7 panties for 27.50 (only valid on next purchase). She demanded that the workers honor the coupon that she JUST got. She made a huge deal about it which caused the line to build up and other customers were getting impatient and making rude comments to the cashier! Just because you're a customer, doesn't mean you're always right. This lady was giving the worker the hardest time even tho she was clearly in the wrong. Needless to say, the cashier (it was a man) went against what was supposed to be done (of course approved by the manager), just to meet this damn ignorant customers needs. Smh On a brighter note tho, the place is pretty big, clean and of course crowded. They did run out of many things, but it only makes sense since it's a popular store that just opened. Lol. I got my bra sized and the lady (meila) was amazing! Super friendly worker. All in all, my experience was A+! Workers are beyond friendly and are always there when you need assistance. Came here twice during my vacation. Each time I was very happy with the service as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The perks of being an angel card holder is their rewards program, I was able to pick up two bodysuits, four sports bras and a workout shirt for a total of $14. What a bargain right? Very friendly workers who are very helpful, so it was a bit of a shock when one of the cashiers (2nd one from the right on 3/12/16 around 12 noon) gave me a cold attitude from the start for I don't know what. I bought over $80 in products expecting a free tote. When I asked about it, she just mentioned "we're out". No apology, nothing. I actually even saw a few totes behind her, but I didn't even want to bother asking due to her attitude. I've never had a bad experience with a cashier. I had a great experience today. When I walked in I was greeted by Zyler (sp?) and handed a bag. I was in there for a long time and everyone was very patient. When I went to the fitting rooms Aubrey measured me and gave me a bunch of options for my size. Went I went to the till I was surprised with a free beach towel which was nice.
