I used to be able to find my favorite undergarments in any VS store. The one in Green Hills however, was pathetic! It was almost impossible to find a sales person to open a dressing room for me. To top it all off, as I left the dressing room, I cut my hand open and left my Sephora bag inside the locked dressing room. After 5 min or so, I'm bleeding and had rung all the buzzers for assistance in the back as well as sent my daughter to find some help, someone finally came. She unlocked the door, handed me my bag and asked if anything fit. No mention of my blood dripping, or ask if I could use a tissue. My jaw dropped and I walked out. Sometimes this little lady can't pass up the 5 for $26 cotton panty promotion at Vicky's Secret. It was quite the delight to mix and match hipsters with boy briefs and "cheeksters" or thongs. The variety of colors, prints, and styles were intoxicating! I still prefer my girl Angela at Nordstrom for my bras as the stores don't stock my specific size but Victoria's Secret is a great option for panties and sleepwear due to their fair pricing and fun options. I started shopping at VS a few years ago when a male friend of mine strongly encouraged me to break free from the military duds I had become accustomed to. While he had not witnessed such (*ahem*, I can assure you), I had confided to this happily married man that I was anything-but-sufficient in this arena. While receiving shopping assistance from his lovely wife, I quickly discovered this particular VS is not incredibly difficult to access and shop, contrary to what one may think. Their everyday special of five pairs of underwear for $26 is pretty fantastic. You can mix and match from the typical VS to their PINK line...whatever suits your fancy. On occasion, you can receive seven for $26...one heckuva deal fo' sho'! I found it easy to find undergarments I immediately felt comfortable with, to the garments that are a bit more risqué. :-/ (You only live once...correct?) While I have grown to love underwear shopping here, I was recently encouraged to shop bras and similar garments. Again, an entirely new realm of thinking for this gal. After some reluctance, I finally gave in and went to ask the VS ladies for help. Bra size? Admittedly, I had zero clue. Most women would find this shocking, and perhaps even sac-relig. But I can assure you...when you're serving, this is the LAST thing on your mind. "Does it seem to fit?" The saying of "Good enough for government work" definitely applies. However, it was time to realize I needed to feel good, even if only for myself. So I took the plunge, and asked these ladies for help. The fitting was quite unobtrusive. It actually happens all while dressed. What a relief for a surprisingly shy gal as myself. I was further shocked to discover that the VS associate was able to pinpoint my exact size, all the while fully dressed! She brought in a bra to try based off of her measurements and expertise, and it fit like a fine-tuned glove. I grinned. From there, she brought samples of various formats they sell. It really allowed me to determine what I liked and did not like from their offerings. The convenient service light from inside the dressing room also allowed me to confidently notify her when I was ready for her to enter, review, and make suggestions based off of my likes and dislikes. After approximately six different types, I felt confident to dress and shop on the main floor. She provided me with a card of my size, as well as notations of which types I had indicated I preferred. I've been to this store several times over the years, but my review is specifically for my experience today. I went in just to browse and 'maybe' look at a new bra.... I left with 4 new bras, 3 panties, and 2 perfumes!! (The perfumes were free though with a promotion running right now). This all happened because of an employee named Taylor. She was so sweet and SUPER helpful! Right away, she helped me figure out I was wearing the wrong size bra and then she went on a personal shopping spree for me. She brought several different styles to the dressing room for me to try in my new size. Once I found some I liked, she walked me over to each display to show me where I could find different colors. This is a pretty decent sized Vicky's. They also have the Pink line, which is great if you like that thing. They have four separate rooms with undergarments and a good amount of dressing rooms. The staff seems to rotate a lot and I've never really got good service here. They are pretty pushing with sales rather than trying to help. But it's a typical vicky's and most women's first choice in bra buying. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The staff used to be so great and now they're extremely rude and condescending. ESPECIALLY the girl with the teal blue hair. They had a sign advertised as $14.99 all sleepwear with no other fine print on it but excluding PINK. Not "$14.99 and up" but "$14.99". We go to the front and check out my two rompers and they said that I was wrong and lying and that the sign said "$14.99 and up". I had my two friends there and I was checked out by one girl while my friend was being checked out by the teal headed girl. My friend overheard and said "No, the sign says "$14.99" only." To which the teal headed girl said"Nope, it doesn't." In a sickly sweet tone and my friend said"I can show you what it says" and then the teal headed girl"Oh can you really? Can you?" While smiling and shrugging her shoulders. And walked away after throwing my friends receipt in her bag. Then I asked the girl checking me out to go look at the sign and we ALL SAW THAT I WAS RIGHT so of course they had to honor what it said. The teal headed girl was of course over there saw the sign then walked away and tried to avoid us afterwards . We told the manager and she was super sweet and so was Brandy. I had a great experience at Victoria's Secret in Green Hills Mall today. I purchased a bra at Opry Mills yesterday and saw it online for $10 less last night. I told the sales associate and she was kind enough to figure out away to credit me back $10. Not only that but she said she would honor the lesser price of an additional bra I wanted to purchase. When I got up to the register she said she was giving me some coupons. One for $15 off a bra-so she gave me $15 off the discounted price as well as a free panty and the bra ended up being only $19.99! She really went above and beyond and it was so appreciated! I loved the great customer service as well as the Body by Victoria no underwire bra I found-my new favorite! read more

I was so bummed to go into a Victoria's Secret, in green hills no less, and be treated like garbage. The girl who greeted me when I walked in had an attitude and acted like she hated being there. I have never had an experience like this from a VS store!!!! When I asked her if they had one of the bras that was "out of stock" in the back, she acted like I was putting her off. I'm a male crossdresser. Shopping for intimates can be nerve racking at times for me.. Obviously because I'm a guy wearing ladies' attire shopping for lingerie. I've been to multiple VS's and felt awkward when the staff would kinda be standoffish, but this Victoria Secret has always been more than accommodating. The staff is always extremely friendly to me and always makes sure I'm getting the help I need.
