The service is amazing. The staff is so respectful, they are so kind and they care about what you need to find at the moment. I would for sure recommend going there. Terrible customer service. They're rude and judge you based on your appearance. Today was a long day for me with two kids at home. I had an order for pickup at Nordstrom and since Victoria secret is close by I wanted to stop by to get some bras and panties. I needed help with a bra and I asked one of the attendants & I'm not sure if she was unable to speak, or if she just was being rude because I went in with biker shorts and a t-shirt. They walk around with measuring tape on their neck and when you actually ask for help regarding a size they don't help. Well as a result I took manners to my own hands and went to the dressing room with a couple sizes to see which one would be the right fit. The girl at the fitting room said if you need anything call me. (I didn't even know her name; both of the attendants) anyway guess what I needed help and no one was there l. I had to dress up again to go and find another size. My point they are rude, and don't pride themselves in selling you an amazing experience with your bra. As a result, don't go here they don't deserve any service of any kind. Extremely rude and unreliable! read more

This is a massive VS location. So many rooms, you could get lost in here. Actually, I *have* gotten lost in here. Since it's a corner store, there are a few entrances/exits, and I seriously think I've used a different exit every single time I've shopped here. Oh well lol. At least GSP is shaped like a square - I'll get back to where I was going eventually, right? Shopping here is a little overwhelming. GSP tends to have a younger, larger crowd, and therefore the VS is a popular location. It's a little messy, a little confusing, and finding a sales associate is like finding a needle in a haystack, if your haystack happens to be filled with excited teenagers. But size is also an advantage, because if VS sells it, it's probably going to be stocked at its very popular location. I've also seen a sizable NFL/MLB display here, so if you're looking for your Yankees/Giants VS gear (or Mets/Jets, I won't judge), you have a good chance of finding it in this massive store. Shopping at this VS is an adventure, but one worth taking if you want to brave the crowds for the most size/style options & a huge selection. Just don't forget the bread crumbs ... read more

Some of the staff was helpful, others refolded items. The three star is for how they packed my bras. No tissue to protect them even thou the paper was under them. See pic I have changed my review to one star because it wasn't until I returned home with my purchase that my daughter said they were the wrong size bras. The sales person got the bras for me as they were a gift. One star because they require a drivers license to exchange for the correct size. No money was exchanged. Just changing sizes. That's completely crazy. What do the people living in the city that don't have a license do? Do they require this information for online purchases? I did not want to give them that one star! So here is what happened I had an online order that I went to return. Prior to the return my credit card was hacked so I did get a new one I called customer service and asked if this would be a problem returning in the store. I was told no! Ha Ha ! So I went to the mall after Christmas and it was a problem. I was told to return the merchandise in the store and they will credit my new card. They took the merchandise and said they were going to credit my card. A few days later I checked my card for the credit and I did not see it so I called 2 hours on the phone trying to get the money back on my card. Finally I did !!I have learned if the customer service rep doesn't know how to do something or knows the answer they hang up on you! Their service sucks! Their clothing is made so cheap and they are very rude in some of the stores. First time going to this Victorias Secret since the Riverside one closed and I must say im completely IN LOVE! Id give it 10 stars if i could! The young girl who helped me Xena was what made my experience the best! This review has one star because of the poor, rude attitudes from the girls working. i went in tonight 4/25 - so be sure to take a look at who was working. I ordered a bra online that didn't fit, so i went to the mall to exchange and get fitted because at this point idk what size i am. They usually are happy to help you and size you, but today i had to take 3 laps to find someone who worked there. I find this tall girl, looked Hispanic, with blonde highlights and a clip, wearing little booties. I very politely approached her and asked if someone could fit me for a bra and she looked me up and down and says "ya" if she even said that and walked away. Clearly she was too busy doing nothing. So she finds me this middle aged woman who was AMAZING! She had an accent and i forgot her name but it was unique and she made my experience great. But then i go to pay and this tall brunette takes me. I asked her if i can exchange and she was waving her hands around asking me for the receipt. I asked how i would find one from the online order. I'm wondering why she doesn't know this and works there ? Got an attitude and kept being rude and i was confused why? You ladies work at Victoria's Secret- ur not a millionaire. Great location with amazing staff who work hard to maintain a clean store.  Stopped in earlier not looking for anything in particular. Rick immediately greeted me and made me aware he was available to assist, as needed. Later the manager, Carla, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraged me to try on bras for correct fit. All my years of shopping at VS, I was never given this advice, just measured and told size.  Yetsy, in the fitting room is such an asset to this store. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.  I came out of there with many new bras with my correct size. I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with their customer service.  I would definitely shop here again. read more

I had recently went into Victoria's Secret on March 22nd looking for a new bra(s) and I found my size. I was looking at the bras that have bling on it and I realized they took the part of the tag that says the price off. They probably did this so you/ me (consumers) can want it so bad, we'd get to the register and get everything to match it and get our hopes up to find out it's $90 for the bra alone. That's not really a concern, just something I noticed. My concern is having employees that aren't helpful. My sister had asked an employee who was fixing bras. (She was an older lady with chocolate brown hair that flares out at the ends) if they had her size. She said excuse me like two times and she said they didn't have her size eventually. And didn't offer to suggest a sister size or anything. There was one younger Hispanic girl with highlights in her hair that helped me find t shirt bras. Other than that, no one else did. I loved coming here. I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe covid procedures, but being helpful shouldn't be stopped by that. Then we got to the line to pay, and I'm not sure if they sanitize/ change the paper after each transaction or not, (I'm 5'0, I can't see over their counters that much.) I hope this isn't the case, ( We're young AA females.) because that would be super unfortunate for many people because I'd go and get all of their names and report it to L brands. We were waiting for 2-3 minutes before being called to checkout when 3 associates made eye contact with us and turned away/ fixed papers. With NO line!! As a fellow L brands associate, we clean up and take the next available customer whenever we can. Not look at them and turn away and proceed to do whatever we were doing!! I drove all the way to Bergen County from Sussex County last week because the Victoria's Secret in the Rockaway Mall has gotten really seedy and I wanted my old VS Body bra. I'm so glad I did, I had a GREAT experience. Antoinette was absolutely the BEST!! She fitted me with expertise and professionalism and I walked out with 4 of the best fitting bras I have ever owned. Considering the fact that I'm well north of 60 that is saying a lot! I cannot recommend this women enough, ask for her, call and be sure she is working before you go. I was so impressed with the service and the outcome I felt an overwhelming need to give her a hug before I left! My daughter and I visited your Pink store at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ today and we had a wonderful experience. As a father who can't stand shopping, I have to say the staff was very polite in all regards, especially the two girls by the changing room who checked on my daughter for me. Derilan, the manager, was extremely helpful and answered all of my concerned father questions about too short shorts with tact and grace. I made an account to review my experience I had at Pink today. This is not my first time at this location but I decided to go in to buy some things for my daughters. At first I didn't see any workers but then I saw a girl running around trying to help everyone out. I did not have a clue what I wanted to get but the wonderful girl Brandy was absolutely fantastic !!! She asked me about each of my daughters and she picked out outfits and they loved them! She checked up on me as I waited for my daughters to answer their texts and made sure that I got everything I needed and more. Wonderful experience working with Brandy and later found out she's the manager there. Hopefully when I return there won't be such a line but absolutely worth the wait ! Deserves 10 stars ! read more

Very unhappy with what I experienced today . I went here to get my 4 for $24 LOVE spell lotions which is by far the best smelling lotion and sprays ever! Anyway I went in and when I went to pay for it the girl asked me If I wanted to open a reward card. I asked her if she meant a credit card and she said no a rewards card and she said it was "free" to open it. I told her no it was ok I didn't want to open it but then she told me she would give me a free Victoria's Secret bag so of course I said yes. When she asked me for my social security number I became suspicious and I asked her why it is needed and she told me it was because if I ever loose my card they will find it. So not even thinking twice I put the number in and she gave me the bag. When I asked her when my card will come in thinking it really is a store card she told me it will come in the mail. When I called Victoria's Secret to ask them when the store card will come they told me they have no rewards card and instead the girl processed a credit card for me. I am sooo pissed and I will be calling cooperate over this situation. How dare she trick me and lie about checking my credit. I feel so deceived and felt very unhappy about this situation. I had the most unpleasant shopping day of my entire life today. All due to the respect i gotten from the sales person who happen to be the manager there that day. Don't get me wrong but I love coming to this store in garden state plaza. This store always have the newest styles out. But until that day, I am never ever stepping foot in that store because of the people you hired to be the manager. How can you hired a person who yells at their customer without even letting me, the customer, explain my part. Before I could say anything she kept yelling at me. A sales associate totally stepped out of line w me. She was utterly the most unprofessional rude n bold woman I have ever met. She raised her voice and began yelling at me like I was a child. No apology of how rudely she has been to a customer instead she turned out to b the manager at the store I was in. I was shocked to find out that she the person that was ringing me up at the cashier was the manager. I am a very unhappy unsatisfied customer who has been shopping at this store, since god knows how long. If you people aren't going to hired some professional friendly people then you really aren't going to have any customers shopping. I'm sorry that it's NOT my fault that the stores I go to in Jersey doesn't have it in stock. Maybe you should alert this information to your associates. I am also sorry that I can't shop at victoria's secret everyday to see if they have it in stock. So I go to the cashier, where the lady there, I can tell was so utterly mad already. I ask if I can exchanged this large to a small and then that's when the screaming and yelling came out of no where. She just kept yelling and saying, " you can't return this here, I'm like I'm not returning, I'm exchanging, there's a difference. Now it made me mad, that she pass me to the associate next to her and told him to do the exchange and then yell at me and say again, that we can't exchange because it's pass due. " Are you seriously shitting me??" So basically I grab my large panty and went to the sale associate in the pink room and ask her to get me a manager. So when the manager came out, guess who it was? i've never had a worse experience at any store then i did here. i was just picking out some bras from the drawers in my size THAT I KNEW WAS THE RIGHT SIZE. and one of the employees comes up to me asks if i need help. i say no. she then asks if i'm already being helped. i say no. she asks me if she can fit me "real quick" and i say "no, i know my bra size" and she goes, "oh ya and what's that?" and i tell her and she asks what bra i'm wearing right now. i tell her push up and she asks to feel and proceeds to tell me that i'm definitely not wearing a push up. i explain to her that i AM wearing a push up. like i think i would know more than her about what kind of bra IM wearing. she asks what's wrong with my other bras and i said "nothing really i'm just spilling out of one of my old bras that's a smaller size. SMALLER. SIZE. she then tells me that all the bras i took could be found in the fitting room and i don't need to take any of those. i tell her it's fine because i already took them out and she keeps pushing it and says no it's really the same thing just come get them from the fitting room. at that point i gave up and just said okay. then, as we are walking to the fitting room she has the AUDACITY to tell me my "new" bra size WHICH WAS THE EXACT SAME BRA SIZE THAT I WAS PICKING OUT AND WEARING. she gives me the size THAT IM WEARING and tells me to "try it on for size" i was just plain annoyed at this point and just took the bra and tried it on. she comes to the fitting room and says "oh yea this ones a lot better you're not spilling out" and before i could say anything else she has eight other bras in that size ready for me. i took the bras and tried on like two and left the fitting room. the old employee wasn't there anymore. i tell the other employees that i'm not going to be buying bras today and one says "oh but you don't want your card?" and i say no thank you. "you sure you don't wanna buy?" i say no thank you. "you don't wanna try a different size?" i say again NO THANK YOU. and they finally let me go and i got myself outta there as fast as possible. i know it was just one employee but i'm NEVER shopping for bras there ever again. read more

Not too happy with VS. I placed an order on 11/25.. 3 shirts ... on 11/28 I got an email saying they shipped 2 of them and the other one was out of stock. ok no problem ... I get my one shirt the first week in december... another week passes & i still have yet to get the second one (which i needed for a birthday on 12/10) ... I go check the status & it still says shipped ... well on 12/12 i contact VS and they tell me that the shirt was backordered & it will go out the up coming monday ...Monday comes and goes and I still have no shirt that said was shipped on 11/28... its now the 16th of december and i contact them again .. this time they tell me THERE IS NO SHIRT...and they proceed to ask me if i want to purchased something else and that the shirt will arrive by 12/8... yes, 12/8...8 days in the past. so I guess they can travel back in time now.. All that was said to me was "sorry" ... I found it extremely unprofessional for them to say the shirt shipped , when it didn't & in fact there was never a shirt to begin with... I was left with no Birthday gift for my friend ..... VS lost my business . They do not care about their costumers especially those of us who shop there regularly and spend a lot of money there...
