Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a potential customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. A manager called me back a week later and said they would not only issue a $10 refund to the card I used, but also that they'd have a $20 gift card waiting for me the next time I came in as an apology for the inconvenience. This was a really nice gesture! However, when I went into the store and asked the associate about the gift card, she just stared at me slack-jawed and said she "wouldn't know anything about that." End of discussion. Didn't say she'd check the back office, didn't offer to call her manager, nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Going to these types of stores can already be uncomfortable, and Groove makes it worse. Go to Castle instead, where the associates genuinely care about ensuring you have a positive experience.

I called ahead to see what size range…read morethey carry as some recent weight gain has me near the top end of their cup range and I wanted their knowledgeable assistance. (28-46 A-I is their range, I believe, but reach out to them for confirmation on band sizes if you're near either end.) We went through probably a dozen bras, with Gemma providing feedback on the fit of each. (Assistance is on demand and to your comfort level - if you want help into a bra, they're there to help. If you want to do it alone, you'll receive as much or as little feedback as you want.) Some were the right size but not for my shape, some were likes but not loves - she kept bringing back options until we had everything I came for. They even have the ability to notate in the system different styles that worked for you but that you didn't purchase that day. I was particularly impressed with their sports bra selection. It's often way more difficult to find good sports bras for larger breasts that aren't just compression, uniboob devices, and I was thrilled with her suggestions. Will absolutely be back!
