Alo Yoga is like the high end brand of athletic/yoga gear and occasionally I will come here to see what are the latest styles. Prices are on the higher end, so just expect that when shopping here. I have a very sturdy yoga mat from here which I've been using for a couple of years now. I also have one of their see thru black totes, which has been discontinued. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and its a really nice purse for everyday use and especially for games where they now require see thru type bags. I wish they still made this line. I came in here this weekend and was delighted to see that their new line of bags now available. But my only gripe is they are all leather and wish perhaps one other type of material could have been an option. read more

Everyone here is super nice and friendly and helpful. Makes the shopping experience more fun and enjoyable. The selection is wide and varied, I just wish Alo made more pants for us, petite women... Alo is high end and thereby, expect to pay more but the quality is very high as well. Alo is so worth it, even if they're pricey. This store is a definite must buy!!! read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in to pick something up that my wife had reserved and the staff was rude, dismissive, and seemed to not want to simply do their job. Even their demeanor was like they were irritated to be there. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go to Lululemon instead. read more

The store itself is beautifully curated and laid out and there is always good selection. This review is for the Alo located in the Fashion Square Mall in Old Scottsdale. It's closer to the Nordstrom side of the Mall. I parked in the parking garage across from Nordstrom. Plenty of parking but make sure you note the exact floor and row you are in. I have a few cute and useful pieces of Alo clothing I bought online. Excited to see the merchandise in person. I was greeted by a friendly young lady that asked me if I needed help. She did answer all my questions. I did love being able to see the clothing in person. Also I never knew they had a men's section which was really interesting. Definitely will be back for some Summer ides. read more

Was excited to visit this store as we do not have an Alo in Nashville. We like lulu and heard good things about this brand. Entering the store, no one greeted us or asked if we need help while trying to find something. But, once we asked one of the employees if they had a particular size they did go look and said they didn't but could see if another store did in another location to ship to store. That was nice, but being from out of town would not be able to do. Overall, quality didn't seem to impress me compared to their competitors. read more

I usually enjoy shopping at ALO, but my recent experience at this location left a lot to be desired. The cashier I interacted with had a noticeably poor attitude from the start. Instead of being welcoming or even neutral, she looked at me with clear disgust like I didn't belong there. No greeting, no eye contact, just an immediate sense of irritation and judgment. It completely threw me off and set a negative tone for the rest of the interaction. Totally ruined the day, the other cashiers looked nicer. read more

I'm writing to give feedback on the wonderful employee Hayden. I've worked with others in the store who really could've cared less & didn't seem knowledgeable on the inventory. But Hayden is well educated in the ALO product line. He assisted me in doing an exchange and couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. May I just say the Alo Customer service is A1!! Aside from them having super comfy leggings and really fun dresses and jackets. Etc---- I absolutely love the team they have put together... I exchanged an item and my new item came in the day after I returned it due to the easy to use online service. I've called different stores in different states to get items no longer available in my city and the store itself shipped it out to me. Every one is super nice and helpful and I have nothing negative that I could possibly say about them except that there needs to be more availability of product because there has been so many times I can't get what I need. read more

I just went in to exchange something and it almost seemed like no one wanted to help me. I went up to an employee and asked if they had the sweater i came in to exchange in another size and without telling her what size I needed she assumed I needed a 2x, I was actually looking for an L. Instantly I regretted walking into the store. I asked her if there were other colors and she just kept shaking her head but I clearly saw them laid out at the table next to us. I ended up just smiling and walking away because that experience genuinely sucked. Not to be that person but I was standing at the dressing room area waiting for someone to open a door, it wasn't until i literally went up to someone that they helped me. And with an attitude she had the other woman help me. When i was ready to check out i waited at the register for quite a while. I'd say a good 5-7 minutes before they acknowledged me, it almost seemed like the gossip they were having was too good because they were laughing and everything. I would honestly recommend the location at Kierland commons more, the staff is way more friendly and willing to help you. And honestly with the way my experience went they don't fat shame you there either. read more

First & foremost I am shocked that this clothing store has zero comments. I've been coming to Aloe at Scottsdale fashion square for months now. This place is phenomenal. When it comes to the esthetics to the customer service, It's amazing. You can go across the way to these high end stores. Louis Vuitton, Prada, Burberry & have the rudest, most disrespectful humans you've ever MET working retail/customer service..as you walk in. Little does anyone know how much I or anyone has walking into a place like that. It's wrong. ALOE on the other hand has always been suburb. Every single time I walk in there I leave feeling so much better. I have to give this credit mostly to Alex. She's immensely dedicated to her "work" and crazy knowledgeable about everything going on in that store at all times. I honestly stopped going to Lulu due to her. I'll walk in & she immediately greets me, asks about my day/life & we go right into retail therapy!! For someone who works 80 hr weeks, I need MY time. Especially someone who works in the fitness world, I absolutely need my clothes fitting like a glove, as well as being comfortable & fashionable. When I compare this retail store to others in Scottsdale, I'm just flabbergasted on the difference. Customer service can make or break a place. i'm so frickin pissed i'm still shattered from this experience by far the worst costumer service i've ever experienced. i was supposed to get a tote bag with my purchase of a skin care product THAT I BOUGHT. i've never shopped at this store she gave me a freakin up down buss down look and rolled her eyes to the back of her head and told me i cannot have it because they changed their rules for hot people. meanwhile in the line next me a girl is buying a chopstick and receiving the tote me while I am in the line next door and she is rolling her eyes at me shaking her head saying no because I got a Chapstick and shorts and I did not receive a tote I am very upset with my experience today. read more
