Staff were pleasant and wore company leggings and tops with Fanny packs emblazoned with the company name. Their leggings are modestly priced. The black and white leggings pictured are the first printed pair I have seen in a long time. Most leggings have been one somewhat dull color (in my opinion). Maybe the trend is changing. I went into the store and found what I WASN'T looking for. Their team is so nice, knowledge and flexible too, it's full of comfortable clothes AND if they don't have at store, they'll ship it directly to you. Super convenient going there to hear about any promos they may going on, shoutout to Mylea for helping me out and even getting me into some other new items I fell in love with being in store. read more

Wanted to buy a gift, but I don't really understand the hype of this activewear store for men and women. Basic colors and in order to get any of the special pricing, you supposedly need to be a member. Not a good value for the regular shopper that doesn't want to sign up but just wants to buy a gift. The merchandise in the store doesn't look that enticing the way it's set up. An item hanging looked like it was tried on too many times. Not the friendliest staff and they ALL seemed already busy with one customer, and I was never acknowledged and couldn't ask my question, so left without getting anything. read more

I wanted to love this store but the checkout process and returns in store is ridiculous. It takes way too long. I came into return and one person in front of me returning items and cashier shopping on the app for them for over 10 mins. I walked out now I get to waste more time and go to UPS. read more

I've recently been introduced to the Fabletic sports wear... I'm very impressed by a few items. I ordered a variety of their workout pants. I'm tall at 6' 5" and usually have issues finding Big & Tall items that have a rise and inseam that fits well...that I like! My order arrived in a timely manner. I found them in good quality and value for the dollar. I found some items fit well, and a few that didn't. Select your size & inseam in various designs offered. Their return policy was easy and a quick refund was credited to my credit card. Now that I know what items fit best, I've ordered additional colors. Comfy for the gym or casual wear. Fabletics is to Lulu like Reebok is to Nike. It's solid and on the come up, but not best in breed. The attire is extremely similar to LuLu in design and price. What impressed me was the changing room technology (see picture). The items I brought into the changing room were scanned and shown on a tablet. I needed to try a different size, so I clicked what size I needed and in seconds another pair of shorts was brought to me. The shorts were a little short (7") and make my pencil legs look twig legs. The design is super cool though. The tee shirt i purchased fit like a glove. When I checked out, they even put the items in one of those LuLu lunchbox bags. Kim from this location needs to be recognized! A few weeks back, I visited AZ to visit a good friend and found that my body did not cooperate with the weather. I straight up passed out while my friend and I were checking out! Kim, the most amazing employee to exist at this location, took matters into her own hands and helped nurse me back to health. It's not like me to have fainting spells so I was thankful I had both my friend and Kim present to make sure I was okay.
