The Guess store is located inside the Scottsdale Fashion Square. I have always liked their fashion and accessories. I remember in the past they used to sell more jeans. That was way back when. Guess is categorized on Yelp as "Women's Clothing" which is not an entirely accurate statement. Guess offers men's clothing as well, there's an entire half of the store just for them. Anyway, I like Guess, but their prices are pretty steep, which is to be expected of a designer clothing brand. Still, their inventory is pretty good and you can see in advance what the products in the store look like based off of their website, which I cannot link to directly due to Yelp policy. However, a simple Google search should find it easily. I am a big fan of Guess jeans and they vary by season. Keep that in mind, as seasons change, the variety of inventory will change too; so one season you might find something that you really like, but next season you won't. In my opinion, that doesn't warrant a sudden 1 star review. So keep that in mind, and try to be mindful of the business when reviewing. read more

Men's clothing also :) The jeans have always been butt flattering and there is always a fresh selection of stylish, modern clothing. When I accumulated enough points on my card for $40 buck worth of free stuff, they called me to let me know when they would expire which I thought was very nice. First the music was super loud. I couldn't even hear myself shop. I had to yell when talking to the staff. I felt like I was in a club but without the drinks The staff was busy organizing so they could leave right when the mall closed. I had to wave them down so I could look at their watches. Not very customer friendly. They had a great watch and shoe selection but I couldn't find any clothes that appealed to me. The store was clean though. read more

If you're looking for super cute, trendy jeans, tops, shoes, bags, sunglasses, jewelry or accessories, you can count on Guess to deliver. They offer men's and women's clothing and their prices are semi-reasonable. They use good materials though, so you know that your clothes won't fall apart after one wash. Pretty much everything they have is cute and fashionable, with a few 'what were you thinking's' thrown in. Aside from that, Guess is a great store to shop at. read more

Terrible customer service. Wanted to hop in to pick up an online order, should have only taken 5-10 minutes tops. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for 2 different high school girls try to look up my order and then promptly tell me that they had put my order back in the case. (I had placed my order the night before and had 4 days to pick it up.) So one of them spends 5 minutes fumbling around, looking for the keys and then brings my watch up to me. I tell her I'm gonna need it sized. She turns to her other co-worker who had just walked up announcing, "Hey I want to show you this video I took today!" They spend the next 2 minutes giggling at his phone with a couple of customers lining up behind me. After watching the video, the first girl tells me that Mr Video was going to help me with my request & hands me my receipt. she then walks off to talk to the 2nd girl forgetting that there were others waiting in line... Mr video took my watch and tries to brush me off by saying "Oh you can just unhook the links & it'll fit..." I put it on my wrist and tell him, "No, I'm going to need to have a couple of the the other links removed, this is not the first Guess watch I've purchased." He takes it back from me with a look of 'you mean you want me to do work' on his face. 50 minutes later, I finally am able to leave the store. After this experience, I will not do the Pick Up In store option again. The most disorganized store I've ever been to. Items were marked with wrong tag prices. They will have signs of discount, but not all the items will be discounted. The employees didn't know what items were on sale, until they scan the item at the counter. Jewelry would be scan for $25 but tagged for $15. So bad! And return policy is horrible. Purchased items online , went to return, couldn't get my money back. They wouldn't give me a gift card either. Then when I exchange my return items for new items, she had the nerve to give me money back on a $62 exchange on $51 purchase. She gave me back $7. When she told me earlier that I couldn't get any money back! The date 07/27/18. All those girls needs serious training! Never again from me. read more

My wife was shopping with a friend and found some earrings that displayed 30% off. She purchased two and after walking out of the store noticed that she was charged full price. She returned to the store to request the discount and the salespeople who were nice had to call a manager who showed up with an attitude with no people skills and said the discount only applied to some unspecified items that were not marked. My wife asked her to show her the discounted items and none were to be found on the display out of more than 50 items. My wife and her friend are not returning to this store with misleading advertising. read more

I love the clothing and store however, I dread entering this store due to the hostile service. I have never had a store clerk (Blonde haired, clown lipstick wearing lady) try to shame me out of returning an item that I wished to return. Always an awkward and rude interaction at this place. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this store because of the employees as well as various clothing options. More often than not this store has my size. If by chance an item was not available, sending it to my home was never a hassle.
