First time ever going into this store. It was utterly disorganized and trashed. Clothes on the floor. Couldn't find anything because it was just a mess. I was shocked at how gross it was. I would be embarrassed if I were the store manager. Won't be back. read more

I recently lost some weight and I was in need of a new bra so I decided to see what Victoria secret had for their semi annual sale. The SAs were so helpful and reccomend me a lot of styles similar to my old bras that don't fit anymore that I still love. As far as their selection and color options it's sometimes limited but the customer service is amazing. read more

Normally, I order all my Victoria's Secret items online since there are more sizes, colors, and selections. But, if I am in the mall, I pop in once in awhile to browse their bra and panty merchandise. After their remodel a few years back, this location looks so much more modern and fresh. However, I never seem to find the size or color selections that I want so I go back to my online shopping. A word of advice is to bring back swim wear and blazers! Their swimwear was amazing and I got this work blazer years ago which had such great fit. Other than that, customer service depends on who is working. Sometimes you get greeted and sometimes you don't. The last Victorias Secret that I've been to that had really great service was the one in Forum Shops in Las Vegas. These girls are on it and the moment I walked in they are all over me asking me when was the last time I had a fitting and immediately measured me and put me in a dressing room. We can bring that momentum and energy here to Santa Rosa! read more

Ok, what do you say about a place that sells underwear? PROS I love their bras, many of their panties, some of their jammies... I wear their yoga pants because they have a tall option (and because Athleta is stupid expensive). Their associates are all nice and VERY helpful--in the store, on chat and on the phone...and they have programs where you can collect gift certificates for purchases, plus coupons for free panties arrive in the mail every few months. CONS I don't like that when they send out a sale catalog, everything I want is already sold out. I also don't like their online shopping cart rule--If you put something in your cart but don't check out immediately, then someone else can buy the last one and it will be gone from your cart. You should at least get a half hour or so for it to be safe so you can continue to shop. I had a négligée set that was not special without the other piece and lost the kimono minutes after I added it to the cart. I confirmed with an associate that that was what happened and was surprised. read more

The employees here are really nice. In comparison to other locations, they are much nicer and more helpful. The lines takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get in but the store is well organized and clean. Both the PINK and Victoria's Secret sides have good service. I came in here a couple times to return things and the employees were nice about it. I brought the items in NWT with the receipt and they handled it. Some VS employees at the San Francisco locations are very unhelpful or give attitude with returns. I'm glad the Santa Rosa location is different and better assists customers. read more

Was looking to buy a few good bras. Walked in an found a sales rep, asked her if she could measure me and help me, she said, "sure, just go back to the fitting room and I'll be right there"....5 minutes later, 10 minutes later....I find another sales rep and ask if she can help me, she rolls her eyes at me and says, sure. She asks what size I am, I said, I was just measured earlier and I'm a 38DDD. She laughs and says uh, ok. She measures me and says, you are a 38D. I said, there is NO way. She Insists I am and brings me bras. Obviously they don't fit and are basically nipple covers on me. She then brings me a 38DD and same thing. Needless to say I'd had enough at this point so I left. Such a bratty, clueless sales rep. Learn to measure correctly and treat people better. read more

Went in feeling uncomfortable, but was surprised at how comfortable they made me feel. I got an amazing gift for my girlfriend that she liked very much. They were very helpful and explained every nicely read more

They have so many cute bras some are extremely pricey and some employers are rude anyways it's stupid how they dont give you a full amount of an item when you do a return w/o receipt item still have tags on pretty dumb read more

I recently went in to VS during the semi-annual sale, and the staff was so sweet and helpful. I've recently had a baby and asked for advice on lingerie that I'd feel comfortable in, and the girl was so helpful and understanding. read more

I love how they make all the items easy to find in each size. It makes finding what I need quick and painless. Tons of help offered, so that was nice. Checking out generally sucks for me because no matter what day it is, the person in front of me is always dealing with some complicated transaction. Still, their sale prices make the wait worth it. It looked like the Pink stuff got moved out to a separate store across the mall, but that's fine. It's nice to shop around people in my age bracket. read more

Ugh, can't stand it. Go to the Walnut Creek store, you will find a much friendlier staff and a much larger selection... it will be worth your drive. I have been in to the store about 4 times since I have lived in Sonoma County, and each visit leaves a certain bitterness... I don't know what it is, but the staff is complaining behind the counter about how they "can't wait to get off work," talking crap about each other, or rushing me so they can leave early... Maybe it is the management, maybe the customers, but the hired help seems to hate their job, and for me that just isn't going to cut it when I am spending $45 on a bra. The upside is the After-Christmas sale... add a star for that. read more

I'm only giving a review because of how sweet the girls here are. There was one girl, Alicia, I believe her name was, that helped me about 3 months ago when I was in the area. She is usually doing sizing and attending to the people in fitting rooms. She is amazing. I walked back there with nothing in hand, I let her know I needed to be sized. She seemed genuinely happy to help and I immediately felt so comfortable with her. After sizing me, she asked what kind of bra I was looking for and she brought lots of different options to my fitting room. She gave me honest opinions about the few I was unsure about, and having worked in retail, I can tell when someone is genuine. It was refreshing to see someone so young, working extremely hard with such a great attitude. I ended up taking 7 bras and matching panties home without ever leaving the fitting room. I came back to this store yesterday and even thought I'm sure she didn't remember me (I hardly remembered her), I saw her walking by and asked her a question about merchandise location, Stacey, again, went above and beyond to help with such a positive attitude even though I was not in the fitting rooms. Super impressed One guy that they have working there is garbage. They are having a deal on sports bra's, buy one and get a free tank top. I didn't have the correct tank, so the girl at the register asked for someone to bring one for me. This guy brings the shirt and throws it over the counter and by the time the shirt hit the counter, the guy was already walking away. I still said thank you to him and he ignored and kept walking. 4 stars cause of him. read more

This place has gone down hill service quality everything im over it, there is never enough checkers never my size and picked over

Had to go back and return one of the items I bought...I got two bras of the same type and size, one fit the other was like I was putting on a little kids bra. The line was SUPER long but that is not their fault. They made the return super fast, easy, no hassle. All three workers by the door said "goodbye" and "thanks for coming in" on my way out. Pretty consistant, great customer service. read more

Came in today to get some surprises for my girlfriend. I received amazing help from Nancy as soon as i walked in and she spent an hour walking me through the store making sure I leave with the perfect stuff! she even looked in the back room probably 3 times for the perfect color! Coming in is already a little awkward when your a man, but she made it easy and comfortable. And helped make my girlfriends night! read more

Wow, what a horrendous excuse for costumer service. Or perhaps our dear Vicky no longer cares about customer service since brick and mortar is becoming a thing of the past. I have shopped for my nether garments here about two to three times per year for over twenty years and it's usually fine. Dare I say, pretty damn nice. Today's experience was shockingly awful. I've recently moved out of state, but was visiting for the weekend. I walked in a few minutes after the store opened. At least five employees were on the floor stocking/folding and maybe two other customers. Not ONE employee greeted me. Not one even made eye contact, let alone ask me if I needed help. I wandered/browsed to the back of the store and then all the way back to front (prob about 7 minutes) with no attention. I finally had one girl walk across the store to ask me if I needed any help. When I asked her to double check my measurements/size, she asked the employee who had LITERALLY been four feet away from me for the past 2 minutes to do it since she didn't have her tape measure on her (my read on this was that the nice girl was not on the floor for that job at the moment; I was not offended.) However, the attitude that was four feet away from me practically rolled her eyes and grudgingly measured me. I explained that I disliked the current strapless bra from VS and was looking for one that fit better. She responded, "well that's what you get with a strapless bra." Um, I've found good strapless bras before. And WTF, you can't help me solve my problem? I look like I have four boobs with the current fit!!!! Miss Attitude wearing black leggings with a sheer panel all the way up to her hip bone (dress code, VS?!) did not want to help solve my problem, asked me if I wanted to try on the bras I had already grabbed and then walked me across the store to try them on. She unlocked the dressing room, exchanged names, and then she took off. Never once checked in with me again. What on earth has happened to VS?!?! I'm used to being practically mauled by customer service there (in a good way). I would've left but I needed a bra and I'm scared of change (which, by the way, I think they are banking on at this point). After I chose a bra (skipped strapless... I guess I'll be sporting the quadruple boob until I find a better brand), I went back to choose some underwear since my puppy has eaten all of mine. Miss Attitude was back to folding panties and didn't even acknowledge me, let alone ask if I had bra success. I barely refrained from grabbing all of her neatly folded butt flossers and throwing them on the ground. #restraint #proud Against my better judgement I went ahead and got in line to give money to support this crap hole. After the lady ahead of me finally completed her purchase, the checker proceeded to work on something behind the counter. For two full minutes. Without acknowledging me (not even a glance). I'm seeing a bit of a pattern here. She finally deigned to have time for me, but didn't even say HI. Just started scanning my shiz. I finally said "hi!" and smiled. She replied, "do you want to buy a bag?" No, dear. I prefer to carry 6 pairs of butt floss and a bra around the mall this morning on full display. Thanks for asking! Then she asked who helped me. "Well, nobody helped me! But that girl over there in the scarf at least acknowledged my presence in the store!" Her response: "that's nice." My reply: "No... What I'm saying is, not one person acknowledged me or asked to help me - except for her - for quite a bit of time in here." Her: "I'm so glad she did." Me: [WHAT THE ACTUAL EFF?] You, dear reader, may ask why I am taking the time to type this long review about a corporate chain who gives zero poops about my review. Really don't have a response for that, but I will absolutely not be going back to VS. I shall find a company that deserves my business, and a bra that deserves my boobs. :P read more

I have recently lost about 50 pounds and of course my girls lost a little too. So I had to go in and get fitted to see where I'm at now. I was helped by Carley (who is awesome) who with all her efforts and grace helped me find the right bra. That poor girl must have handed me at least two dozen bras, and checked on me for their fits. If I needed something else she was right there with ideas.. I also happened to notice she was handling at least 4 others ladies at that time and never did she make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. Perfectly professional with class. Thank you! read more

Went in today to buy some panties. I was totally ready to spend my money too! One cashier with only one person line. I saw a couple of girls on the floor. No one greeted me either. The drawers were a mess! So unorganized it was crazy. I said forget this and remembered why I only shop on line. As a walked out girl made eye contact with me and smiled but said absolutely nothing. She almost seemed happy that she watched a possible sale walk out the door!! Lol... this place is so odd! This store lacks customer service! read more

Thank you Alicia who helped in the dressing room and the lovely young lady at the cash register. To the rest of you ignorant disrespectful employees , I will never be returning. I am a 35 year old sucessful career women, wife and mother. I have never in my life felt so wrongly accused while shopping or otherwise. Mall security was called while the sales associate questioned my best friend and I (also a successful buisness women and mother) of shoplifting because like girls do, spent to much time talking and deciding what lingerie we should purchase. If enjoying trying on clothes and having a good time with your friend is a crime then I will make sure to take my criminal activity elsewhere. Sorry I still spent a few hundred dollars on my purchase to pay these people's salary. Wish Victoria secret would make sure they train people who don't racially profile. read more

Let my start by saying I am a die hard VS fan and have bought all my bras and panties here for many, many years. Generally I am provided marginal good service from this specific location. The last few visits, including today, I have encountered some of the worst retail customer service EVER!!!! Even other customers noticed the blatent disregard to "service" me. I will do everything possible to avoid this store in the future for stocking up my lingerie drawer. Please do not give them your money!!!!! read more

Based on my poor experiences at Victoria's Secret, I would advise not to buy anything from this company. Past visits to Santa Rosa Mall and Tanforan, San Bruno, were very unpleasant. When I asked the employees for assistance, they looked annoyed. I felt like I was bothering them. Isn't part of their job description is to help customers? Perhaps this happens when high school students are hired to represent the company. Victoria's Secret should not hire anyone off the street and requirements should be established for new hires. read more

I have been buying VS products for many years and since I've moved 2 years ago I have never really had a satisfying trip to this VS store. There were many times where the girls at this store would be unwilling to help and unpleasant while at the cash wrap. I made a online return and felt very uncomfortable by the way the other customers around me were being treated, almost like they were on trial or something. Although the girl that was helping didn't treat me that way, she didn't try to make conversation or even look at me which was dishearten. Now I remember why I'm not fond of going in this particular VS store and prefer to shop online. I'm not sure if I ever want shop at this VS store again. read more

If I could give this store no stars, I would. This store has some of the absolute worst customer service of any clothing store I have ever been to. I am never even acknowledged when walking into the store! Today I was in there for at LEAST 10 minutes and not a single employee greeted me, asked me if I needed help or said goodbye to me as I left. I was in the beauty department and maybe one other customer was in there and I STILL was not greeted. This is not the first time this has happened. One time I was the only customer in there, walked right past two employees talking and they never said a thing to me. I was able to walk in and out without being noticed. Not only is this poor customer service, but it also poses a danger for Loss Prevention. I have worked several years in customer service and this is NOT how you treat your customers. I will never shop here and I will encourage my friends to take their business elsewhere. read more

My mom and I went in the other day, and I don't think I will no more and I'm an forever angel card holder, we were gonna try on some things when a girl in front of us had a few undies she chose and the worker asked if she was gonna try them on and the lady said yes! They let her in a fitting room and we saw her from underneath take off her leggings and underwear to try them on. My understanding is you can't. Plain gross read more

The lines here are always horrendous. They must think their customers like to see long lines or something. I've been here three times in the last three weeks and waited over 10 minutes in line each time. So frustrating! I like the stuff here, but the lines barely make it worth it! read more

Im giving this place a few stars only because i love all the clothing and beauty products. I had applied here for employment and they make you go through a group interview and then a private interview and the employees were quite prideful thinking their hot stuff cuz they work here (give me a break) the guy manager is a major jerk and acts like the customers are soooo important but they show me otherwise as i observe them at work with customers- not good! I'm glad i didn't get the job there hypocrites and are only nice to the customers they want to be polite to. I'm a vs fan for the great products not cuz of the employees and certainly not cuz of the management. read more

We visited the Santa Rosa store three times and every time we received the worst customer service of any store we have ever been to! Seriously, the help was rude and confrontational. I purchased a christmas gift certificate for my wife and they said it had been already used when she attempted to redeem it! Really?? Finally they accepted it after trying to humliiate us!! On two other visits the staff members refused to even acknowledge our presence in the store so we left without purchasing! On another occasion we called the Santa Rosa store to find out if the had a particular pair of pants my wife liked. They told us that they did not have it the size my wife needed so we asked for the garmets SKU number so we could call another store to see if they might have it. They told us that the garmet has no SKU! Who are they kidding? Does the staff there think the computer just makes up a price all by itself at checkout? We decided to then call the Victorias Secret store at the Northgate Mall in San Rafael and they were very nice and incredibly helpful and they even had the size my wife needed. The attitude towards the customer at the Northgate Mall was great compared to the Santa Rosa location. We will not be returning to the Sant Rosa store... ever!!! read more
