This Gap Factory Outlet is one of the stores I usually visit when we are at the Petaluma Village Premium Outlets. I've had good luck shopping here over the years, and this visit was no exception. This time I ended up with two shirts: one short-sleeved and the other long-sleeved. Both were marked 50% off the already discounted price, so I was one happy customer. They also had a good selection of jeans on sale, but I had just purchased one the previous week and resisted the urge to overspend. if anyone is trying to work here DO NOT DO IT. this was the worst job i have ever had. their scheduling is extremely inconsistent and they will tell you not to come in an hour before youre scheduled. the managers favorite some employees over others and are unfair with scheduling. i was not on the schedule for months and finally had to quit. one manager doesn't even check her text messages. i had even put in dates that i was unable to work and they still scheduled me for those days. not to mention there were multiple occasions where i did not get my break during my work day. please please please do not work here. waste of time and effort!!! read more

I'll add one more complaint to the joke that represents customer service at this place. I walked in to see a half dozen employees folding clothes, no greetings or otherwise. That's cool, I don't need to have my booty kissed--I just want to pick up a pair of pants. I make my choice and head to the counter, which none of these six employees is watching. I'm looking around, FINALLY catch the eye of one woman in the distance, who doesn't even acknowledge me, but she gets on her radio so the other five can look over at the counter and see me...there's a bald guy at the counter with a pair of pants in his hands! No one wants a selfie??? Twenty seconds after that a different woman approaches the other end of the counter, but she doesn't come over to help me...nope, she spends another 30 seconds organizing the garments in her hand on the counter, not even saying "I'll be right there." I wasn't even sure she was going to help me, and was just about to leave my pants on the counter to walk out the door when she finally arrived to help me, though she didn't offer any sort of greeting or even an apology for her or her staff being unusually inattentive. Just took my money and let me go. Whatever...I didn't need any personalized assistance shopping at The Gap. And you'll probably go there to buy cheap clothes too, regardless of these reviews. I am a whore for a bargain. And with my recent weight loss, I find myself at a loss without my 'big girl' store, Lane Bryant. This Gap put my faith back in shopping and trying on new sizes. My sister told me their sizes run big.... so I was happy finding some very cute bargains. A t-shirt for 97 cents! NO SHIT! Khakis for 12 dollars and a very cute sweater for I don't remember how much. Very clean.... nice girl offered me a credit card.... but I have too many of those. read more

This Gap seems to be the outlet of all Gap outlets. They always have fantastic prices and in general their styles also seem to be better (i.e. more put together and less sloppy) than the regular Gap stores. My only complaint with this location is that the music was SO LOUD the last time I visited I couldn't wait to end my shopping and get out of there. read more

I recently purchased a few articles of clothing there. They didn't fit right and I tried to return them. When I got to the store, they gave me the run around about not taking them back because of some excuse. I had my receipt, I had my credit card. I even had it returned within the correct amount of time. The customer service was rude, the manger was terse with me and very disrespectful. They were unprepared and wouldn't give me a straight answer I left the store with the product, and will NOT be going back. read more

Having failed to pack a bathing suit, and realizing how nice the hot tub looked at our hotel, I came to the Gap to find some swimwear for myself and my equally ill-prepared fiance. We succeeded! Although the selection was not so great for the ladies (no matching sizes between tops and bottoms, naturally) and even worse for the menfolk (almost all American flags screaming patriotism). But I found an acceptably cute one for myself for a little under $30. And got to enjoy the hot tub that evening! read more

I love gap outlet.. But after driving over an hr to get to this one , I walked in to have some nasty cashier tell me it was closed and I couldn't shop.. Even really quick while the other 5 people in line checked out. First Of all the front door was wide open and it was not even 6 pm! I said " don't I still have a few min?" she snapped back with " no actually I have 601!" so we r closed!". The younger workers said something rude as they stood there doing nothing as I walked out. I checked my phone after walking out and it was 552. I still had 8 min!! Either way. They should really work on their customer service, the older woman with dirty blond hair and glasses should retake her manners class and the young workers should keep their comments to themselves! I am embarrassed and will never ever cone back to this gap again! read more

Normally, I don't find much at these outlet stores. Not that they don't have good stuff, but a lot of it is similar to what is sold in the main stores already. Today I hit jackpot. So many cute tops!!! Everything I bought was on sale. Whoo hoo! read more

Great service! I was greeted right away when I walked in. The store is clean and organized and the prices are great too. The employees seem to genuinely like their job, happy and offering help. I like their legging jeans and g-fit selection. I picked up a few clearance items because there were good quality items under $5! I spent more than I should but saved so much more than I expected. I opened up a gap card and saved 20% off my entire purchase and also got a style cash coupon to come back. So happy with my visit!! read more

Great prices clean store bit about what you'd expect at any Gap store but with poor service. Manager walked up (7/13) when there was a long line and didn't help ring went walking around aimlessly doing nothing while customers waited unusually long to check out. I will never understand a retail store that doesn't ask their managers to provide customer service and a good example to their employees. If you're a manager in retail you better value good service enough to jump in and help out your employees while making sure your customers get help fast or you're in the wrong business. I'd rather go to the gap in the mall. read more

So, I bought a pair of tan pants from this Gap Outlet, I encountered very helpful employees who answered my questions and were attentive. I think the young lady who rang me up was a manager (and if she wasn't, she should be), and I remembered her when I came in the following week when the pants ripped right at the... you know what area... Anyways, so I returned half an hour before closing on a Saturday and I was able to exchange the ripped pair for a new pair--no charge, no hassle, just a genuine smile and apologies for the flimsy fabric. I've always loved Gap, and just the customer service I experienced being there, made the whole situation okay. Thanks for a great experience! read more

I love this store no matter if I lose or gain weight I can always find something to fit. Great prices on everything. I love the wall of hoodies I just want every color. Whenever I go here I alway leave with a few bags. This is the only gap that I shop at it has always had a great selection. read more
