This Victoria's Secret is terrible! I shopped there yesterday because I needed new bras and VS bras usually fit me well. None of the store associates acknowledged me and they all looked SO MISERABLE to be there! No smiles, no greetings, just heads in drawers. When it was time for me to try on my bras, there was no attendant in the fitting rooms and all the doors were locked. I had to hunt someone down to get a door open. The changing rooms had holes in the walls and were dirty. It felt like the backstage of a circus. Just such a weird vibe in the whole store! When I arrived at the cashier, the girl told me to wait because she was still in a transaction but her tone was very sharp and annoyed. She never smiled at me and looked super stressed that there was a line behind me. It felt like all the associates had been fighting with each other all day. After today, I will not be giving this store any more of my business. Why is customer service and a pleasant shopping experience so hard?? read more

I can see why this store only has 2 stars. They happily looked up my card yesterday when I spent $500 but when I needed to make an EVEN exchange today for the same item and color just a different size they now are ignorant on how to look up a card and said i would have to pay additional for the item since I didn't have the receipt. I didn't have it because you can look it up!!! I know the store policy. I even spoke w a manager and customer service to confirm this policy. After getting out of line to talk to a manager to confirm the policy she said I would have to get back in line to complete the transaction. She wanted me to get back in the line I just waited 15 mins in. She said they have 5 registers bit they're not working so unfortunately yes I'd have to wait in line again. Maybe train your associates to know the store policy so customers don't waste their time for nothing and maybe the managers should try to put a little to effort to help with the customer experience. Do yourself a favor and Take your business somewhere else. read more

Terrible experience, both in the store and when I called their cooperate office for assistance. They have their dressing rooms closed so you can't try anything on, then make it extremely difficult to make a return. Yeah, COVID is going on so both the consumer AND the business need to show some flexibility in their store policy. They want to offer store credit if you don't have the card it was bought on, well I don't carry my wife's card, but my wife ask me to make the return while I was in town (we live 70 miles away). Merchandise was unworn, tags on, and I had the receipt; it was purchased 3 days ago. They are ridiculously overpriced on top of bad customer service. read more

asked one of the associates to help me take new measurements because I haven't don't this in a while and we've all gained a little weight in quarantine. She told me I was a 36D and I told her that I was pretty sure that I was 38 because my 36 bras didn't fit me, and she said that that was basically the same thing. I don't really know much about measurements so I went over to look at the bras in a 36D. then i realized in the pink brand wireless bras they ONLY go up to a 36D hence why she told me that was my size so I would buy some. read more

I'm not a shopper that requires much help, however a greeting goes a long way. Upon entering the store there were 5 associates directly in my line of movement, all of which did not acknowledge my presence in their store . at all. I support local sports but they were all on a phone watching the zags game. Not one of them inquired about why I was there or if I needed assistance. The sales girl taking my money was not interested in her job either. If I didnt need a good fitting bra tonight so badly I would have simply left. I was looking to replace my 5 year old bras with something pretty, so I thought what better place to shop then Victoria's Secret? I had never been measured before, so I waited a while for someone to show up. Thank goodness I brought a friend along, she was much more helpful then the girl who did my measurements - I was measured as a 32C by the associate, but in reality it was way too tight. Thanks to my friend (who had much more experience then myself or the associate) I found out I was actually a 36B. After wasting all that time deciding what size I was, I headed to the register. The cashier wasn't helpful or polite when I asked any questions, and this was in an empty store; when lingerie is that expensive you had better be nice to your customers and not act like a snob! I love the cute stuff in VS, but I'm not a fan of their service. I will be shopping online in the future. read more

Usually really great but today we had a stand offish cash register lady Cindy-cashier # 191122 she was nice to the girls before us but not to us, and she didn't know the give aways or sales. She was telling us how much things cost and asking if we were sure we waned it....hello lady we chose it cuz we could afford it. We were dressed nice too, except my group was not speaking English and were obviously foreign. Is this a race thing?? I dont know but we're going to the north town mall now instead. read more

If I could give a zero star option I would. I was out and about shopping in the morning on New Year Eve. Stopped by here for the semi annual sale. I grabbed a few things from the sale rack and went to purchase. The night gown I had rang up at $60 instead of the sales price. I told the lady that was wrong because there were MULTIPLE gowns exactly like that in the sales area. Some of which were different colors. They said that it was just misplaced, and there was nothing they could do about it. They said mine was not on sale but the other colors were (even though there were more of my color still in the sales area). Not only were they refusing to give me the discounted price, but they were SO RUDE about it!! Not to mention, I had a similar thing happen in DICKS right after I lift the mall, and they ACTUALLY HONORED the price, no questions asked. I'm never going back to Victoria's Secret. The worst management I've ever witnessed. read more

So helpful when you get a good sales associate, too busy during certain parts of the day. To where you can't get helped or get judged. I have had girls walk right pass me when I ask, "excuse me" or "can I get some help"? Very mixed group of employees. The girl I had help me in the fitting room was so helpful, appropriate and very informative. The rest of the girls where dragging to help me. Racist? Lazy to help? Or not happy with their job? Racing to get duties done? I don't know but it made me uncomfortable. I used to work at a location, I loved it and it was fun. Helped me through college. I went to Victoria's Secret in the Spokane Valley Mall today with my two small children. The whole experience was awesome. I was fitted and assisted by some very nice and professional ladies. Extremely disappointed with Victoria Secret at the Valley mall! Tonight they were having 2 great sales 7/28 panties and $25-35 bras. Signs posted all over the store advertising these sales. After waiting in line for over 15 min I get up there and the sales associate rings up my purchase which was 7 panties and one bra. This took another 15+ min because the sales associate could not figure out why my items were not ringing up correctly. She then proceeded to say 3 of the panties I got were not included in the sale even though I got them on the table that had a sign posted 7/28 panties. She informed me I can either pay extra or go find replacement pairs. So I had to go hunt down 3 more panties which the selection was terrible and not well stocked for this sale. I then had to go wait in line again. This time another associate took over my purchase and I noticed she was over charging me. She got an attitude with me and I thought fixed it but after leaving the store I realized I was still over charged. I am not impressed. Why is it the customers fault you guys have the incorrect panties on the wrong tables. Absolutely ridiculous and an extreme inconvenience. I now have to return to the store to discuss the over charges. read more

I went in to exchange an item for a different size. Jordan was the associate that helped me and she was so nice. We discovered it was an online only item, so I decided to return it. Jordan showed me three different displays with items similar to what I had purchased and then took me to the register so I wouldn't have to wait in line again. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
