The staff is all friendly and helpful and will be able to direct you where you're going. The parking lot is also awkward to get in and out of, and also awkwardly located in relation to the main entrance. But any REI is a good REI and I'm glad this place is here.

I was very disappointed by the treatment I was given by the man who appeared to be the owner of the store. Clearly he does not need my money and probably not yours either. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job.
