Victoria Secret has been my go to place for intimate under garments, sexy little nighties, cozy flannel pj's and some swimwear. I really like how you can match almost any style bra with coordinating panties. They have a large selection of basic colors to all kinds of prints. My fave panties are their cheekies. Cheekies are absolutely sexy. They're lower cut up front and higher cut on your cheeks so as not to leave panty lines. Much sexier than a bikini style IMO. They usually carry several styles though to match each bra. They also have a new style out called Cheekini which is a cross between a bikini cut and a cheeky. They're okay but not as sexy IMO. Their panties run true to size except for their thongs in which case you'll need to go up one size. They have all style bra's designed to fit under all the unique style tops. Many bra's are convertible 3-5 ways and strapless. I've found a couple styles of their strapless bras to fit awesome - very supportive and they stay in place. Now for the Holiday Season they have their largest selection of Sexy and Glitzy bras, panties and nighties. It's like intimate party wear - sexy and classy. You definitely need to check these out. I even like their flannel PJ's. Number 1 reason to buy their flannel PJ's is that they fit slightly below the waistline. No Grandma style pants that go up to your ribcage here. Plus many of the styles come in regular, short and long lenghts. If you enroll in the VS program you usually get a coupon every month or so for free panties plus other incentives not to mention several catalogs a month it seems. This store is very organized except sometimes the front panty section can get messy in the evening. The staff are very helpful and walk around with walkie talkie looking cell phones to ask questions about inventory or to ask associates in other sections if they have an item you're looking for. The employees are very well trained. A friends daughter worked for them. PS - Don't forget to get your Holiday party wear - 'Tis The Season'!

Great location within Woodlands Mall..with easy access being located right inside from outdoor promenade area... Colorful inventory, friendly staff (first time I've ever to state there's too many staff... And out of that, 1 was extraordinarily knowledgeable). Victoria Secret steering away from loungewear, sleepwear and beautiful lingerie side of goods... Sigh. While I was first in line and again, this is another store with ample employees but 1 at register .. When I was done with my purchase...There were a line of customers waiting to pay. I sincerely don't get why 10 (ok 6) employees are needed to straighten inventory and do what appears to be unnecessary busy-work when there's customers waiting in line for assistance (the folks in line are the bread and butter of business and they're left waiting? HUH? In my opinion, Priority is backwards)

Hmmm This add is selling makeup?

I already can't stand The Woodlands Mall... VS here doesn't help my opinion. The selection if any is horrible. The line to buy stuff is always ridiculous and disorganized. The employees don't even know what's on sale. The store has a couple of entrances yet it's still difficult going in and going out because their displays are right there blocking everything. Add in a person who just stands there starring off into space (or talking on their cell phone) and you have one annoying situation. Move out of the way people. Have some common courtesy. Get your head out of your arse. Yes.... my patience runs very thin and I get easily annoyed with people. And I'm not apologizing for it because I... unlike others... am VERY aware of my surroundings. I don't hate Victoria or her Secret. Her stuff is okay (it used to be A LOT better). I like certain things from here so I go. I made the mistake of going with Valentine's Day coming up. Victoria's Secret stores were already pink. During Valentine's, it's even more pink.... and a whole lot busier. Sigh. I like Victoria Secret lingerie... when I buy it myself. I am VERY picky. So please... nothing black with pink lining. That's just tacky. Thank you if you want to get that stuff for me but more than likely... I'll return it. Save the chocolates too. I can MAKE better ones. Flowers are nice but they die and attract gnats. Just ask me how my day went.

Who knew it would take 30 min in line just to return a bra...?

As soon as my daughter and I walked in, shopping for my MOB dress, she greeted us with a warm smile and asked how she could help us. Since my dad wasn't allowed near the fitting rooms (which I understand) I expected staff assistance but I had to ask for help multiple times because I was alone. I was told to "hang on" and was never returned to. When I asked my dad for help he was quickly told to leave the area. He also wasn't welcomed in the main waiting area, so I couldn't show him my dress on the stage like other girls were able to do. I had to show him separately. I believe the store could be more welcoming and supportive of father-daughter pairs. We just wanted to share the same special experience as everyone else. Despite this we still purchased a dress because I loved it.

I've been shopping at Upscale for many years now, I have told many of my friends and co-workers…read moreabout the great deals and cute clothes that they sell. After this week, I will never step foot in this store. This started on Tuesday night, I looked online to see what time they closed and it said 8PM. I got off of work and walked in around 7:10, started to browse and saw an outfit on the wall that I needed, I asked an older woman working there if she could get it down for me and she did. She went back to sweeping the store in a hurry, and as she was sweeping I over heard her telling another customer that was with her daughter that one of her associates "didn't show up to work today and that she was having to close the store down at 7:30 today." As I'm still browsing she abruptly approached me and asked "Are you going to buy? Because I'm closing at 7:30." I told her I would buy it if it fits, and that I needed to try it on. So she lead me to the dressing room and I tried it on. While I was trying it on, she was rushing the other woman as well, and the customer told her that she had driven here all the way from Humble, she clearly was not happy either. The outfit was too small, so I ended up leaving. I didn't get too upset because from my understanding this woman was probably short handed and I just planned to return the next day. Although the manner this woman approached me was very unprofessional. Wednesday evening, around 7:15 PM again, I walked in and saw the same older woman working and another younger girl working. I thought to myself, good now I can shop without being rushed. I make my rounds and picked out a few things to try on, and asked the younger girl if she could get me a bigger size on the same outfit that was hanging on the wall, as she's doing so, I tell her that I was in the night before and I was basically rushed out by that older woman because she was closing the store down at 7:30. She didn't really react to it and just said "Yeah we always close the dressing rooms at 7:30 so that we can get out of here right at 8PM." I'm thinking to myself, wow. I've never heard of a clothing store that closes the dressing room early, only to benefit the people working there. I mean working retail, you close at a certain time, and that means the dressing room too? Am I wrong? So I continue to look and here comes the older woman again, telling me "Are you buying?! because we close the dressing room at 7:30." At this point I'm pissed. I tell her, "Look you did this to me yesterday, and I came back today, your sign on the front door says you close at 8PM. I've shopped here for many years and I've never known anything about you not allowing people to try on clothes at a certain time." She snapped back at me and pointed to a small hand written piece of paper taped on the wall near the dressing room that said something about them closing it at 7:30. Then she said "You must not shop here that much if you didn't know, there's a sign right there, and smirked and just kept pointing at the paper." She blew me off, she was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. So I go inside of the dressing room and I'm so upset that I didn't even bother to try on the clothes and told my daughter let's just leave. I kept my cool and left, I took a picture of the entrance door. What gets me is their return policy, even if you have a receipt you can NOT return or exchange a dress if you buy it. Which means if I walk in there at 7:35 and I'm not allowed to try it on, if I go home and it doesn't fit me, I'm screwed out of my money. Someone explain to me how fair that is to a consumer? It just doesn't make sense. I'm not the type of person to ever linger around shopping after a store closes either because I've worked retail for over 15 years and I know how frustrating that can be. To me this is just bad business. We are the ones keeping that business open by purchasing their clothes, but if they continue to have this type of outlook on running a business, it's not going to last. She was beyond rude, no sense of what customer service is. I had an encounter a few months ago with another older thinner woman working there that was chewing out one of her employees in front of customers and that was very unprofessional as well. I don't know if anything can even be done by my complaining, since it might be privately owned. But I will say that I do NOT recommend anyone spending their money there. I much rather take my business elsewhere. That's a nice shopping center and they shouldn't treat customers that way.
