I appreciate the one on one care I received even as another customer attempted to come in without an appointment during my time slot and I heard them being politely told to make an appointment and she would be given the same attention I was being given. This made me feel like my privacy was maintained as we were discussing my surgery and I didn't want that to be heard by other people.
