Came in here for Christmas gifts, specifically gift certificates. This is the only store I've been to in Nanuet Fashion Mall that the staff is indifferent. Very nice store however no one tried to help be unless I went to the register area. I will go to another location in the future. read more

Hello , My name is Erin I went into this location today to pick up some college clothes for the new year coming up . As soon as I went in no greeting from anyone. I let that slide. When I was looking around for stuff no one came over to help for a good 30 minutes. Then I had gotten an email saying if you bring in your Student Id for college you get 25% off your whole purchase. Then I asked a worker about it and she said " No, that doesn't apply anymore that ended last week" ( Mind you , I got the email this morning at 10 am . I honestly think she didn't want to do her job and instead of promoting her store she gave me attitude and thought she could get away with it and pull one over my head. Completely disrespectful. Then I called the Victoria Secret/ Pink at the palasides mall and they were super super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend going to Palasides mall and not here. Victoria Secret is my favorite store, so I was very happy when this opened up so near by to me. The store is very nice but on the small side compared to the huge one in the palisades mall. If you are going there to find good sale there isn't many, unless you go when there is a sale event, other than that you will just find a tiny rack of sale clothing, if your lucky. When there is sale events going on then they have really good deals! If you want a good sale anytime I reckon going online and typing in the search bar: sale, and you will find good deals! The staff depends on what day/ who's working. One day the staff will be so helping and kind, but other days not so much. Defiantly a store to go to if your at the Nanuet mall. read more

After reading the other reviews, I am not alone in saying the customer service is not very good at this particular location. No one greeted me when I first entered and all the sales associates seemed busy doing their stocking and whatnot. I waited over 15 min on line because some teeny boppers couldn't pay the $30 on the underwear they wanted - all the while there were 2 sales associates stocking right near the registers! One of them could have hopped on a register, especially since the line had grown to over 5 people once I was done checking out. The cashier wasn't too friendly and she didn't even say, 'here's your bag, have a good day!', like all cashiers normally do. Next time, I will purchase at Palisades center, Tices corner, or online. Went here over winter break to find a swim suit for a vacation with my bf. Saw plenty of suits at the location near my job in Manhattan, but figured I would check out this store for other options. The sales girl was rude and intolerable. I should really write to corporate. As a thin girl, I was insulted and embarrassed when the sales girl very rudely alluded to the fact that I wouldn't fit into a specific size. My BF was shocked at how snooty and disrespectful this was. The worst part is that I mentioned this in front of mgmt and was dismissed. Sales associates should be trained on body sensitivity - especially when working in lingerie sales with women who may be insecure. Size based comments are hurtful and should never be used to deliberately hurt someone looking to spend money. I have yet to return to the Nanuet mall. Second, this type of service should be addressed at a higher level considering that associates frequently work with vulnerable teen girls. On the contrary - Nanuet Lululemon staff are fantastic. So friendly and knowledgable about their products. They clearly enjoy their jobs and make customers feel welcomed...VS needs to step it up. read more

I was at this store this evening and could not get over how bad the customer service was at this store. There were 2 employees in particular, one male and one female flirting with one another and were clearly not paying attention to anyone. We asked to get into the dressing room. The male employee said someone would be with us shortly and we waited over 10 minutes, keep in mind the store was not busy at all but these 2 employees just continued their personal conversation annoyed that we were bothering them. We just gave up and left the store. I have to say that I have never taken the time to ever write a review before but this is probably one of the rudest experiences I have ever had. If any management reads this review they could review a camera from tonight and could clearly see this happening. I shop at Victoria's Secret all of the time and I will never ever go to this one again. read more

Like the other people have stated the customer service here is horrible! VANESSA the manager is the absolute worse.All i did was ask her a few simple questions in regards to a job opportunity and she gave me the most nastiest distasteful rudest attitude you can think of.When i applied online it says my availability is overnight (being thats what it said im assuming an opening overnight position is open) so she calls me i call back the next day and says there not hiring overnight and am i sure she called as if im lying ( she left me a voicemail ) than asked me where have i worked an if im working now (after being on hold for 1O mins with no apology ) i go yeah ( i told her where ) and than had the nerve to tell me why do i need to work there if i already had a (part time ) job ..seriously ? you dont know if i have kids if im barely making ends meet you dont know but didnt you just say you werent hiring overnight ?!! lol which one is it than she hung up on me when i asked her what hours are you looking for ' i was gonna write corporate but nope i called!! sure did sis i spoke to them and its being taking care of. There shouldnt be nobody in a manager position if thats how you treat people. i can only imagine how she treats her employees. read more
