I'd rather have VS than VD, but I do think these clothes promote the transfer of VD and such, because they are so damn sexy. The Victoria's Secret in Sugar Land is a little hard to access inside the mall and we had to walk quite a while, and with Barbie's heels and it was a little bit annoying for her. Having said that we had fun and Barbie looked good as always. Once inside, she found a couple of things that she wanted, although they didn't have as much of an extensive selection of some of the other VS stories. Barbie says: VS stands for Very Sexy, obviously! VS has great collections, like Pink and VSX and beauty. The Pink clothes are super cute. VSX has really stylish durable workout leggings and tops. VS makes awesome body sprays and lip glosses and bags. My favorite is their free tote bags. I always find something nice here. And... If it's a stolen car ring, it's VIN number's Secret. If it's run by a smart person who rules high school with their geekiness, it's Valedictorian's Secret. And if it's full of cholesterol, close to the Aorta, and about to give you a heart attack, it's Ventricle's Secret. read more

I like VS but this location is not it. Walked in needing new bras and a bathing suit, walked out with nothing. First, you're not allowed to try any bathing suit on. Tried 2 bras and 3 bathing suit tops and was told by one associate at the fitting room I was able to even though her coworker said no. Not an issue with me but the tone in which the lady told me I couldn't try them on when she saw the top in the fitting room was not IT. Next, I was very reluctant to ask a sales associate to measure me Bc I've heard VS associates don't do a good job (accurate). After my experience, I would not recommend asking. Asked someone to measure me and was told from the looks of it, you're this size. Okay thank you for measuring me lol? I told her why I asked and told her the other measurements I got a few years back and she then says oh okay then do that size. No, she did not measure me. In fact, she made me feel dumb. After a long day of work i decided to stop by to browse around and look for some bras with my sister she was doing her back to school shopping as i walked in i approached a African American associate i asked her if she could kindly help me find out my bra size and as she proceeded to help me she blurted out the fact that i wasn't wearing a bra at all i felt so ashamed and walked into the fitting room to hold back my tears as a women wearing a bra on all day gets exhausting i had just finished working a long shift so i thought since i was wearing a black shirt it wouldn't be as noticeable, u would expect that when walking into an all women's store they would help u feel comfortable in ur own body and that day it was the opposite i felt so ashamed to be there and decided to just step out and leave for the day without a purchase. No one in the store is friendly at all. I didn't get greeted when I walked in. Was never asked if I needed any help with anything. Even the lady who Checked me out just said "phone number". They always have a grand variety of fragrances for my wife. They help you not select the same ones each time. Great sales and the undergarments are well defined and there is always someone there to assist. It makes purchasing for surprise for my wife fun and easier. I'd give it a 0 if I could. I've been to locations coast to coast. This is the worst Victoria Secret ever. The lines are super slow. So understaff that they limit online returns to just 3. The manager say that they are frequently understaff even when it's raining with very few customers in the store; she and the majority of the staff always look grumpy and have an attitude (not the good kind). Don't bother going there. They never have name brands or any high end items as well as items that are online. Manager calls corporate to deny service, because I said service can be improved. Surprise surprise! The pretend corporate says she needs to complete the transaction. I have been going to this location for years in hopes that it gets better. It doesn't. Actually, it gets worse. The Galleria is soooo much better. They do everything right. The selections are 2-3 times more. While I do love VS bras, todays phone convo left a bad taste... I purchased over $150 in items a little over a week ago, I realized later that a spray I had purchased last minute wasn't put in the bag (it was an extremely busy shopping day the day I went in). I had tossed the receipt because I didn't plan on returning the items. My fault for sure. Then I remembered the spray. But when I called and asked about any other possibilities (such as itemized receipt in their system? Or any other way.. it was just a cheap spray) the lady on the phone seem bothered and said that helping me without a receipt was "just not a thing". Instead of apologizing for the fact that I've purchased something that didn't go into my bag, and at least being nice about it, she made me feel like I was coming up with a story and that I was silly for even asking for alternative ways to prove my purchase. She could have asked "do you remember your associates name?" Since the girl who helped me, also checked out my items and maybe she would remember me... or forgotten items could also be written down somewhere and dated. This is the WORST location I've been to with HORRIBLE staff. I have never been followed around the way I have here. They only greet certain people when coming in, but every time I come in, they start talking on their walkies. I have never been offered help, but can't go anywhere in the store without being followed. I have never given them a reason to make me a target, so I assume it's because of the way I look. I only keep going back because it's the location closest to me, but I do leave feeling horrible. read more

Wow, never have I felt more unwelcome in my life!! Went in to purchase a set of bras on Sunday. When it came time to try them on, the girl in charge of the fitting rooms was rolling her eyes, as if I was bothering her. Once I'm in the room, i hear the two employees talking bad about customers in Spanish. At this time, I'm already uncomfortable but still dared to ask of they had one of the bras in a different size. Said girl mumbles something under her breath and goes to check, later telling me they don't have any in stock. And don't bother pressing the assistance button in the fitting room because they ignore you. First let me start of by saying this is the closest Victoria Secret near me, so I its super convenient, but I refuse to trade good, quality customer service for convenience. Everyone that I encounter in this store is RUDE.. they look at you like you are bothering, you ask them a question and they act as if you are asking the dumbest question they have ever heard. They never have anything in stock anyway. If I felt like driving 25 minutes away and battling through awful traffic and crowds at the Galleria, I would. Because this location is awful. So for starters, there's hardly anyone working the floor. I needed help looking for something and had to walk around aimlessly looking for help. When I finally found help, she looked at me like I was crazy and said "What?!" with a serious attitude. I repeated myself and then she looked away and said "We don't have anymore" and went back to doing her job. Jeez. Excuse me for being a customer with a question. Customer service in this store is extremely lacking. How hard is it to direct people to the lotion and underwear tables? Anyways, they had 6 registers and a disorganized line system going on. By the way - I heard this from a former VS employee, -Give them your HOME phone number when they ask for your number at the end of the transaction. They use the number to track down how much you visit the store and send you coupons! That's how you get those free panty coupons in the mail :). Also, they send you a $10 gift card for your birthday! Items are overpriced, but they are great quality. Staff, however, is rude and not helpful. We asked one of the staff members where to find a bra that was on a mannequin and she didn't want to help. She just waved her hand in a general area and said, "somewhere in there." Also, lines are always long because there is usually only one or two cashiers. I went today to see what sales they had and during checkout, I saw all the cashiers being rude to a man in front of me. He was trying to explain something about his purchase to them, but they automatically talked over him and didn't try to listen and understand what he was asking. There was only one cashier that seemed nice, who was helping us. I'm just glad I don't shop here much, to be honest. I guess the "secret's" out. And I got unrespectful eyes and attitude from the girl in white shirt at the counter. THE MOST HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. I came to purchase to receive my free pink purchase. As I left, my boyfriend and I realized it was more expensive than expected. So I came back and she told me I had picked the wrong pair of tights. (They were on the same table where the sign said '2 for $32 tanks, tights, shirts) I didn't mind grabbing the RIGHT pair of tights then. So before I could even walk away the manager just TOSSED my purchase towards me and said "We don't keep these here" as if I knew this? I could understand if she had said "It's our policy.." etc. But no she didn't explain anything. So I said okay well, start the exchange process while I grab the right pair of.." cuts me off and said "we can't." ??? By this point I'm already frustrated with her rude customer service. I told her to just put everything back on my card. She asked for my CC and ID and the whole process was just silent. At the end, she didn't apologize or say anything to us just went back to whatever she was doing. I believe she was the manager because she had to check the girls bags before they left. I usually shop online which is so much easier. I wanted to get a strapless bra for my wedding and the first girl didn't know where they were kept. She pointed me in a direction and didn't help any more after that. Someone else offered to help me but still no one seemed to know if a ivory strapless bra existed in this place. I found one I liked in a different color and the girl behind the cash register offered to look online to see if they had it in ivory. She didn't know what color she had in her hand and couldn't find anything in ivory online. I told her not to worry I would go online and find one and sure enough I did. I went about two days ago. Got my $10 coupon off any purchase for my birthday and after doing my happy dance, (because who doesn't like to save???) I headed to Vicky's. I've been to this sugar land location before and always dealt with rude employees but I must say I was pleasantly surprised this time around! I browsed around and had about three employees ask me if I needed help finding anything. They were extremely pleasant and inviting, just very helpful and receptive to my question. So no, I was not a manager on duty there where three others and my store manager did come and help. As for your racist remarks and obscene comments they where hurtful and will not be tolerated. I could see quite a few workers passed me up looking for sizes but none stopped anl asked if I needed help. 1 was right behind me asking a lady if she needed a bag and when I looked at her she just ignored me and walked by again. Ok... I didn't want to dig your drawers cus as a X Victoria's Secret girl I HATED when customers dig through the drawers and make a big mess that we will have to clean up. But hey I had no choice but to start digging!!! So I got my free panty, checked out, as walking out me and a worker came across the same path. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Victoria's Secret. No one greeted me, or even bothered to stop their conversations amongst themselves to look my way. No one offered to help (I could have used it to find the bra I was looking for). The woman who was doing my exchange didn't say anything to me, I had to ask her if she was ready to check me out after her last customer and she really didn't say anything... so I just walked up. I was in mid sentence to ask her about the bra that I was exchanging (I got the wrong size) but she stopped me and said just give me the bra you want... as she was checking me out, another associate came up to her and started asking her questions about who knows what... they went back and forth for a bit and when the associate walked away from the cashier, the cashier said something to herself about "being demoted anyways"... she didn't say anything to me before or after handing me my bag. The associates at check out were talking to each other rather than expediting check out for customers! Very poor customer service. Wish I had done it all online. I was there today and the customer services was horrible. I have ask the cashier that I wanted to speak to the manager and the cashier point her out. The manager didn't even care to turn around and ask us there a problem but instead I had to ask her you the manager. She says I am off duty but on the other hand she was ringing up customers. She need to be demoted in her position if she can't manager her cashiers and sales person who don't treat their customers right. Most of the bra drawers are NOT labeled​ and I had to seek out a clerk who seemed bothered that I was asking for help. Then when she saw that the drawers weren't labeled​ she couldn't find my size either she seemed a bit more helpful. Ultimately I was left in a dressing room waiting for another bra which never came. I asked for a manager who wasn't anywhere to be found. Left the bras and walked out. And people wonder why retail stores are dying...Ordered a bra online​ and it will be delivered tomorrow and I don't have to deal with any more​ teenagers who don't want to be bothered with helping paying customers, unavailable managers or waiting for a dressing room attendant who never comes. read more
