They have a lot of cool young-looking and oft-preppy clothes for prices that are anywhere from average to really, really high - and most here are high. And even in the sales it's not cheap... still, if you have kids it's a good place to check out because they're probably going to love the trendy stuff in here, much like they will at rivals Aeropostale or Hollister or Abercrombie.

This store actually pays attention to their customers unlike the one on Sawmill Road where they look like they don't want to work there. When I came in they tried to help me find what fragrances I was looking for and it was actually at that store. So it was a win/win for both them and I. Whereas when I went an hour before to the Sawmill Road location, I couldn't get anyone to service me and no items that I saw online were available there. This location is closing at the end of this month for renovations but if I could move their employees to the Sawmill Road location it would be fantastic. I would get in and out of the store faster and be happier with my purchase like I was yesterday. Sleepware from cute n comfy to light it up hot. There are great belts, jewelry and handbags, socks and tights. The shoes are very on trend. They carry all sizes and widths. Another great thing about Lb is: if you need help putting an outfit together, just ask and a stylist will help you, they also do bra fittings. I was wearing the wrong size for so long until I got fitted here. Now the twins get the attention they deserve ;) Yet another perk, if you use your Lb card, you get points toward coupons and periodically they send you a check that you can use in conjunction with a coupon for added savings. It was super busy because it was tax free back to school shopping. In spite of the number of customers, the employees remained cheerful and helpful. I had picked out some shorts, a few tops and I was trying different bras. I ended up buying a top (love it!) and a pair of shorts (they feel so soft) and they ordered the colors of the bras I liked to have them arrived at my house. I ended up returning a few days later when it was not as busy and bought a few more tops. A couple of the gals remembered me and even asked how my class reunion was! So nice! Great store. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I was asked by multiple people if I needed anything despite being extremely busy. In terms of value their clothing is expensive although when on sale with my professional discount it's pretty much the same as many alternatives. I find the quality very high and the clothing flattering. One thing to note if you are not familiar with the brand the sizes run small. While I typically wear a size 0, XS in most brands I wear a 6 in most items at Lululemon although I tried a tank today in a 6 that was too tight. The S/XS Oversized Scuba hoodies fit great, and I have the hooded, fleece, and funnel versions so I believe the oversized versions fit true to size but I don't find that I am swimming in them all. I'm 5"1 and 106 pounds for reference. Definitely recommend but would also recommend making the trip to the store to try on as well!

A few years ago, it used to have the irritating perfume scent, but it doesn't anymore. Since the Aerostale store in Polaris has a first rate look, this store as well as the other Hollister stores in the world could have a makeover. But featuring vociferous music and dimmed lighting still make it a cutting edge place in any mall. Despite purchasing the majority of Hollister items at the Easton location, I bought my first Hollister item at the Polaris location. It was a nice looking polo shirt featuring blue and white stripes. It's unfortunate it's no longer in stock. But recently, I've purchased a big quantity of items at this store recently such as polo shirts with vivid colors and a fleece featuring a top notch design of the Hollister name. The current models at this location are affable, enthusiastic, and make a valiant effort to assist customers. When I used a fitting room, a model was civil enough to hold the sweater I was going to try on as she unlocked the door. One of the managers, Kristen, is also affable. I was having a conversation with her and stepped on her flip-flop. I apologized for this, but she was unfazed and enthusiastically said "That's okay!". Kristen is bubbly, which is a engaging trait for a manager who perhaps encourages work to be fun for the models and fun to shop for customers. Again, this Hollister store could upgrade it's look like the Aerostale store in Polaris, but it's still a pretty good place to visit and purchase the hip looking items.

This one is in Columbus at the Polaris Mall, and we stopped here for a few minutes on the afternoon on which we went into almost every store in the mall (hundreds, in total). There's a pretty good selection and Barbie chatted with a friendly employee for a while.
