I haven't been in VS in a while and since they merged the PINK section back into this location it all felt a little messy and was actually a bit messy throughout the store. I also noticed the main registers are no longer in use, unless they need to be. They had a makeshift register in the middle of the floor and were ringing people up there with only one cashier and a line down the intimates. I saw on socials that they were giving out FREE PANTY bc it's National Panty Day!!!!! I told every single lady I saw in the mall. My son and I went there, it wasn't too packed but the second time we got back into line it was super crowded the line was longest like Disneyland rides!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. More than half the Associates have the worst attitude and do not make you feel comfortable at all. Was shopping with my sister, looking through baskets of bras and an associate gets in front of us and starts THROWING the bras she has in her hands (I'm assuming from what was left behind in the fitting rooms) into all the baskets. Like damn girl, we're looking through these baskets, you really gotta toss the merchandise?! Made us want to leave we had behind. read more

Very poor customer service from this one employee. Came to pick up an online order and purchased again in the store. She brought out the wrong bag to me and I told her that was the wrong order and rolled her eyes, grabbed the bag and left. She looked miserable working there, sorry if you're having a bad day but customers are not supposed to take that burden. Won't let her help me again, I rather go to a different store. The stuff I purchased was stuffed all over the bag, it was not neatly accommodated, no wrapping paper, overall nada experience, usually leave with a pleasant smile but today I was glad I left fast. Seems pretty unorganized but at least my order was ready when it said it was. I placed an online order so I didn't have to pay the shipping and drove up here after work. We walked in and the check out is all the way in the far back left corner of the shop. We headed over to it since we still had to grab dinner afterwards and wanted to be in and out of here quickly. The entire check out area was full of what looked like "go backs" or stuff that needed to be cleaned up or returned. No one was standing behind the counter or around the area/room for that matter. We waited a few minutes and not a single worker to be seen. We walked to the middle area which had the tiniest little booth thing that had 1 worker helping a customer. It was odd because it seemed like a customer service booth or something and not a check out site. We stood around and waited till we finally saw two workers standing and talking. We walked over to them but then they walked away and we just followed to see if we could get their attention to pick up our order. Finally one of them turned around to help us out and we let her know we needed to pick up our online order and she told us to head over to the middle to retrieve it. Basically told us to go back where we were. We rushed over because it seemed like there was a long line now and stood in line. Shortly after, another worker had my online order bagged up, checked my name and ID, and made sure I had the right item. If only someone else was around to help in the first place but glad I got my order. Giving an extra star simply for getting my order pretty "quickly" after finally getting in "line" and with no issues to the order itself. I went in today shopping for panties and I was reminded of a positive experience I had previously. Back in August, Amy had approached me while I was looking around and asked if I needed help, I said no she then proceeded to ask me if I have been measured yet and I hadn't.. so she went ahead and measured me and got me at a size I've never been. So I was shook! So she invited me to the fitting room to confirm my size and it was correct on the first try!! I left with five new bras and i have never been so happy for new bras honestly if you're gunna go to Victoria's Secret Valencia go straight to the fitting room and ask for AMY she will change your life! Rude cashier/employee. Went in to buy some perfume for my wife. Got the item and stood all alone in the checkout for over 5 minutes while the cashier was helping another customer. Cashier finally said to me she'd be with me soon and a few minutes later she approaches and tells me to stand back because she was helping another customer first...what? I was in line alone for over 5 minutes! The other customer quickly told the cashier to help me first before I said anything. (Thank you). Horrible customer service!!! I am an avid Victoria's Secret customer and this has been by far the worst ever in the department of friendly (if any) service. Most of the staff there disregards customers who are there. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE must be their code of conduct, which is too bad because their sister store PINK has amazing customer service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ** This review is for SARA & KATIE ** I completely agree with all the other reveiws on here complaining about the staff. Yesterday my husband went down there to return a bunch of sweat pants I had purchased online a few months back. I'm well aware of the return policy ... Items beyond 90 days will be returned as store credit. No problem, right? Boy was I wrong, and in for a real treat. Well, Sara looked at the bag of clothes and claimed they were all WORN!! So she said she couldnt accept them! My husband explained they were definitely never worn and that clothes purchased online do not come with tags. She refused to accept these items (keep in mind that these items totaled over $800!!!) She also kept saying that because they were manufactured in 2017, they also couldn't accept them. What in the living hell??!! I always purchase multiple sizes of the same items since sizing varies so much at VS. Being accused of not only wearing the items, but then accused of lying was so belittling! In shock, I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Katie, who then told me she would talk to Sara in the morning. I went to bed feeling like she would resolve this how managers usually do. Man was I wrong. This morning I woke up to a long voicemail explaining that they dont accept used items, & blah blah blah. I called to speak with Sara myself today and she continued to call me a liar and even put the phone on speaker while I was all worked up, I'm sure to let the other employees hear me. SO RUDE!!! She continued to tell me I'm more than welcome to come into the store to read the return policy for myself, but refused to read it to me, or email me a copy. (I was looking right at it anyways and it said nothing she was spouting out). I spoke with another manager at one point, Daffney, and she was snippity and rude as well. Unbeleiveable. I ended up calling corporate immediately after I hung up with them, and they told me it is 100% NOT UP TO THE STORES DISGRESSION whether or not to accept online return orders! That they are to accept onlime online returns no matter what. They said the managers and employees need further training and they will be following up to correct this issue asap. Thank GOD! Such an unprofessional and insulting experience. I will be going into the store AGAIN later this week feeling great, knowing that corporate has my back. Corporate told me I could call them in the store if the staff continued to give me grief, and they would nip it in the butt right then and there. Newly remodeled store located inside the Valencia Town Center mall is so nice! They took the Pink store out of Victoria's Secret completely and moved it upstairs so this is exclusively bras, panties, swim suits, fragrances, and lingerie. I come to Victoria's Secret almost every month to take advantage of the coupons I receive for free panties, and they're usually pretty nice (considering one pair is around $13)! Victoria's Secret is pricer for bras bit they're worth it in durability and cuteness. I've had nothing but help from the sales associates at this location and will most definitely be back again. read more

Victoria's Secret is one of my favorite stores to go to. When I was living near here, this would be my number 1 place to go to. Because the employees saw that I was always coming here, It seemed like they were annoyed. The service was terrible because they knew I was some "stupid little kid" and didn't care. I would always have some very good coupons for free stuff or to save $10.00 on some of my purchases, the cashiers would always make some bogus excuses not to let me use them. Me and my husband had our stuff together and wanted to split our orders as I was shopping for myself and him for gifts. I spoke with a manager named Kelsey who was so RUDE!!!!!! She gave me nothing but attitude and refused to allow us to do two separate transactions even though we were together. She completely ROLLED HER EYES at me when I told her I've done this plenty of times before. And she says "oh well I'm the new manager and this is how it is now". REALLY??? I've have to make a separate purchases for each secret rewards card I wanna use. That defeated the whole purpose of me spending my money there on Black Friday to get those. I just want to put it out there that I purchased a $50.00 gift card for a friend's birthday and when she went to go use it they told her that their were no funds available she was embarrassed and I was embarrassed when she told me that. I called customer service and explained the situation they told me that they would get back to me in 4 weeks which they never did so I called them back and was told that the card was used at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, CA. So my question was how could it be used when they didn't have the physical card?? They couldn't answer me that and told me I had to make a police report and fax them the report and then they would look into it... When I got home to use it I noticed the tip was missing from one. I returned to exchange it and the cashier told me that it was a tester! I have been a fan of Victoria Secret products for a long time but whenever I come into this location I feel like I'm a bother to the associates and they don't take my serious inquires about purchasing items (maybe it because I'm young?) anyways my experience today was ridiculous I walk in and I ask what looks like to be a manager what would be a good strapless push up bra. She directed me to them and then told me a fitting room associate would help me. I told the fitting room associate what I'm looking for and my bra size. She then comes back with a bra with straps, no padding and it was not my size at all . She then disappeared and I didn't see her for a good ten minutes. After that ten minutes I just left and went to the pink store upstairs where the customer service was fantastic and I was able to find the bra I needed. LOTION. Forget the underwear, this place has the BEST LOTION on earth. They have testers for every option, and they have SO MANY options. While other lotion shops can vary greatly between greasy/thin and overly thick, these lotions are all relatively the same consistency. And they have so many different scents! I walked out of there with five bottles, my favorite so far being the Aqua Kiss and Pear Glace. They are kind of pricey for just one ($14), but the more you buy the better the price. Like I said, I got five bottles -- for $30. I bet they last at least a year plus, so it was a great price. Get the panties, but make sure to try out the lotion! read more

My experience here was a positive one. I wanted a fun bra/panty set that would provide an alternate for something I purchased for Valentine's Day at another store. I found a few items, but wasn't sure if they came in a set. Britney helped me find an exact match for the Dream Angels bra I liked, and made sure to look for what I thought was my size. Even though they didn't have that size, I tried on another, and it turns out my VS size is more in line with standard lingerie sizing (as opposed to Soma's off-sizing). All the ladies in the fitting room were in communication with Britney to make sure that I had what I needed, and I walked out with the bra, panty, and a free pair of handcuff bracelets! That will add to my Valentine's fun for sure! read more

Customer service is very important to me and this Victoria Secret has the worst. I came in to get a free promotion with my VS credit card and when I asked them to show me the free item they pointed me to the wrong item. It was only after I stood in a long line, I find out it was the wrong thing. I had a couple other questions while I was shopping and every associate I spoke to responded as if I was a bother to them. The staff at this store has a major attitude. It's honestly very disappointing.
