I have used this service a couple of times because they are the cheapest in town. However, no more. More than once they were a no show. Today they said they tried to call me to reschedule but I've had my phone with me all day and no voicemails. So they lied. I've rearranged my whole schedule for this and in the back of my mind I kept thinking I bet they will not show. It's a bummer to be right. You do get what you pay for. read more

Hi Victor, I called yesterday to get a quote. Victor Jr. answered the call and scheduled a visit after 1pm. He took my info and that was the last I heard of him. He never called or showed up to his scheduled appointment. I even freed up my busy day to wait for him. I'm not giving you a low star review but I hope you can fix whoever takes calls when you're not available. They're obviously losing you money. I support small valley businesses like yours but will have to look elsewhere in this case. read more

Used this Company to clean 4 bedrooms of wall to wall carpet. They showed up on time. 2 men in uniform. Very polite and professional . They put bumpers on the furniture and corners of walls so there truck mounted hose would not rub and do any damage. The carpets had not been cleaned in 18 years and.we thought we would need to replace it all but Victors was able to clen it to where it looks almost new! We wont have to replace carpet now!!! He rolled up his sleeves and directed his cleaning team with precision and efficiency. He did my carpets and my tiled floors, and did an excellent job in a tight timetable. Called up Victor for both carpet and upholstery cleaning had sort of a tight schedule on my end, Victor changed things around on his end and accommodated my time frame even started at 7am.... Victor was on the job himself along with a very experienced crew, they worked hard and fast and did an excellent job....we had the interior carpeting cleaned, various fabric on furniture and 8 pieces of outdoor fabric based patio furniture...I'd recommend Victor and will use him again. read more

I wouldn't recommend this service. They didn't show up for their appointment. I had to come home from my job to meet them. When I called to find out what happened they said they couldn't come and wanted to reschedule the next day. I told them I didn't want to do business with them anymore and they didn't care. This father son business is simply the best in the Coachella Valley! I've used them for many many years and have always been so amazed at what they can do. We had this company clean our carpets. They were very rude, hurried, and did a horrible job. Our light beige carpets had yellow spots after cleaning which were not there before they cleaned. We called them to come back, and they never returned our calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...BAD WORK, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
