It's not what you get if you spend $100 for a better clean, or $250 for a detailing, but it's excellent value for money. My car comes out clean, inside and out. Not perfect, but clean. I think people rate this place lower because they are expecting a $27 wash to give them everything they'd expect from a full detailing. I go here every month or two. They take care of it while I sit in a comfy chair and play with my phone. Beats working the vacuum and running the rags over the trim myself.

I'm going back this weekend for a car wash, just vacuumed last week. Oh, when you put in the coins, go really really slow, otherwise the machine will just eat your coins. The soapy brush left dots of dirt all over the car as well as a layer of grime which I could swipe with my finger, shown in the last photo. The "high pressure rinse" came out foamy/slightly soapy and didn't at all alter the amount of dirt and grime left by the brush. I actually left with my car a lot dirtier than before. It also left black streaks on my husband's car (first two photos) which look like scratches. Don't come here, or you might as well bring your own sponge/cloth and waste the timer washing it yourself. We spent too much and can't get a refund. Imagine how bad it must be, when we had to go to another car wash afterwards.
