They had 3 beautiful rooms to show and after hearing everything we went for it and booked hacienda which was the biggest room! They were all so helpful from start to finish! I dealt with Miriam the whole year going through everything choosing decor,food, the week of gabby helped with all the questions that came with the stress of the last week! When we went in on Friday everything was set up and everything looked beautiful! Gabby went over the schedule and anything I would need help on to relay to daisy who would be my coordinator the day of! And let me tell you daisy did not disappoint! She was amazing from setting up my self serve nacho and tostiloco bar, to keeping it organized and clean, to keeping the servers on track with the night, helping to remind me what was next, and organizing the stuff in the kitchen for me to just grab and go once the night was over! To all the girls thank you for the amazing service you all have provided to make my experience amazing! Now as for my guests they were all impressed on how beautiful the venue was and I have not stopped hearing how amazing and beautiful everything was!

I don't even know where to start, but I cannot put into words how incredibly helpful he was. Any questions we had he was so sweet and kind enough to answer at almost all hours of the day! If you book here, I'd highly recommend Ricardo, he is extremely organized, and what I loved most about him is how professional he was the day of the wedding while still making sure everything was taken care of. He's human but perhaps part octopus because it felt like he had 8 arms with how much he was doing the day of the wedding while somehow always looking so composed. If only we can all remain that poise under pressure! Ricardo - thank you SO SO SO MUCH for your services during the year of planning, and the day of the wedding! This venue was great, i absolutely loved it as an outdoor venue. There are a few things I would love to give constructive criticism on to the venue for future weddings but overall I truly enjoyed our investment. If you are debating, you won't regret booking Miracle Garden, just make sure you ask for Ricardo! Also -- the florals here are CHEFS KISS, the work is truly that of someone so passionate. Such beautiful work, they're ten times more beautiful in person! The blueprint of the venue made it feel like you are truly inside a miracle garden, the greenery and trees everywhere make it so magical, those small details are what convinced us! Lastly A tip - if you are planning on providing your own name place cards make sure someone in your party reviews their placement because they were mixed up for my wedding sadly, some name cards were at the wrong tables / seats (they were numbered and labeled) which was unfortunate but perhaps a mix up with the decorators when they were placing the cards. Other than that, everything else was great!

From the moment you walk into the venue, beauty and elegance wash over you. The small touches that Adisleidys and her team add genuinely make all the difference. The appetizers, drinks, dinner, cake, and service were top notch. The floral arrangements were stunning. The thought and care that went into every detail made us feel incredibly special. All of our guests were absolutely blown away and kept telling us how stunning everything was and how impressed they were with the food. Miracle Garden truly delivered, and we are so grateful for their impeccable work. I provided my vision pictures, and they executed them to a T. Thank you to Miracle Garden, Adisleidys and Liz for making our day so unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration.

    THANK YOU BONNIE & TEAM FOR THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!! I will start this review off by saying…read morethat I photograph weddings, so having a gorgeous scenic spot to marry my boyfriend/fiancé of 11 years was the #1 on our list and The Pond (+ the overcast weather haha) DELIVERED. And the #2 thing on the list was having a variety of backdrops to photograph against which we also found here no question. We first toured The Pond and met with Bonnie (the owner) back in September 2022. We had already toured 5 other venues and this ended up being our second to last tour and last day of touring. The second I stepped on the premise I knew we had found our place. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, and well taken care of. The pond is also full of bright koi fish and other cute little friends like ducks walk around. I felt like we were already late in booking a 2023 date, but to our luck they had May 5, 2023 open which was also 11th anniversary! Easy and done. This hidden gem venue has charm and is the most unique and scenic venue I've ever been to. The main selling points for us in addition to the views were: 1. Full Bridal and Groom houses to relax and get ready in. We each had 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen + our family so it was very important to us that we could find a place that could accommodate our large party to get ready in. They also have separate parking for the wedding party right next to the Bridal/Groom houses and another larger parking lot for guests which is also free for them 2. Fun and unique areas for all of our guests to spread out and explore. Including the gazebo overlooking the pond, fire pit (for s'mores), and cove underneath the gazebo to experience a waterfall. There was also a ton of space for all our vendors to set up including a Boba Table and Photobooth 3. Affordable price that included 1 hour rehearsal the day before, 10 hours on the premise for the wedding, and our package also included the DJ and Bartender team. This was great because those vendors are already used to working with Bonnie's team and DJ Richie killed our lighting throughout the venue as well! They also set up heat lamps for us when it got colder at night 4. DIY everything! I have been looking forward to planning my wedding my whole life and had a lot of decoration and vendor ideas. Bonnie and our Coordinator team (YourDayYourWay) helped make all our ideas and plans come to life and were gracious about accommodating everything we asked for including keeping the sails down in the ceremony space for our photos, letting us do special cups for boba, and letting us choose our catering (5 Elementos Food Truck). The whole event was 100% customized by us and this was so cool since I know a lot of venues have strict rules they never bend. And for anyone who may be deterred reading this because they don't want to DIY everything, I promise the venue still looks great just as it is even without all the extra stuff. Seriously! 5. They allow sparkler exits! Not many venues in CA allow this and I was stoked they had the perfect spot for it If you happen to stumble upon my review and are wondering if you should book The Pond for your next event/wedding, just do it! :D

Weddings are held on the edge of a beautiful pond, surrounded by an orange and avocado grove with the San Bernardino mountains providing the perfect backdrop. The staff could not have been better practiced, more accommodating and easy going. Everything was picture perfect. And, the facility is very reasonably priced. The venue features a very spacious and comfortable bride and groom cottages for the wedding party to prepare for the event. It also features a rustic but extremely welcoming metal roof covered reception hall, dance floor, bar and adjacent covered fire pit. You will need to cater everything but you can save money by bringing your own alcohol and employing a Pond recommended bartender or bringing in food trucks. There is also a great Marriott Residence Inn a few miles away that is perfect and convenient for out of town guests. All of our guests raved about the Pond. You will too.

I got and continue to get so many compliments :) At first I was worried about the food quality but let me tell you the cocktail hour finger foods and dinner were so tasty. I got so many compliments on the food which was my biggest worry. The meats/ chicken cooked perfect along with the sides. We got open bar and the drinks were perfection! The venue was beautiful and the set up was gorgeous! Planning my dream wedding with this venue was a breeze they communicated at all times and made each step exciting. My older son from New York City had to fly back at midnight and could not get an uber. He ended up driving my younger son's car back to the hotel we're staying in Rialto to get an Uber from there. Another problem was the abundance of mosquitoes. Some of the unlucky chosen ones were bitten. Food was decent but was served buffet style. We had to walk over to the building close by to get our food (but it wasn't all you can eat, they closed the door soon after everyone had gotten their plates). They probably didn't or couldn't hire enough servers. Overall, it's still a pretty nice venue.

I need to thank Rebecca the owner and her staff for the amazing attention to detail of our event. The owner and I sat down 6 months before to plan the itinerary and decorations. I was very flexible with the decorations because I knew Rebecca and her team have wonderful insight in making things look magical from my first event. All I needed to tell her was my daughter's colors and theme and she already knew what would make the hall look beautiful. The day of the party was amazing. The hall was glamorous and more than what I had expected. One of my guest who also owns her our venue said, this event hall was over the top. Esli the DJ did a great job with going over the itinerary, and keeping my guest entertained. The music was tasteful and he understood the direction of what type of vibe we wanted. Drew the bartender was amazing and friendly and knew how to accommodate 250 guest for being the only bartender. Our guest were in great spirits and she also noted if anyone was reaching there limits to make sure the guest were under control and would be safe to drive home. The main server which I can't remember her name was also amazing. The serving staff were on top of all the main menu and all the extra. They executed all the food and extras pastries and snacks perfectly so all our guests could enjoy every item. They also made sure everything looked presentable at the tables after guest ate and drank. We planned many extras within our package like: Porto's bakery, nachos, esquites, items to make tositilocos, Mexican candy, michoacana ice cream, ramen noodles, etc. Every guest walked away saying that this was the best venue and event they have ever attended from the aesthetic of the hall, music, and food. I also don't want to forget the security staff as they keep the peace as sometimes their could be unwelcome people trying to crash a party especially on new years. The tv at the entrance was not displaying the quinceañera's name as told, the day of the party we were told the tv was not hooked up yet. The main chandelier on the dance floor was not working/lighting up. The corner of the dance floor did not light up apparently the part would arrive in January. Not sure why all this is not disclosed upfront. Additional items: We bought a pack of "3", sparks for waltz, mangonada and photo booth for $1,000. See picture for total cups of mangonada servings, I counted around 59. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the Photo Booth, a complete disappointment. We flew our granddaughter from New Jersey because she moved a year ago and all her friends were here, the Photo Booth was the anticipated event for all the teenagers only to find out there were no props, booth was white and dirty, it broke down. Although they did fix it. The pictures were very low quality and aesthetically displeasing, a true disappointment for all the teens. We were being charged $150.00 to bring our own Photo Booth, had we known ahead of time or asked to see the quality we would have not hesitated to pay the $150.00. Did I mention the bathroom was not very clean, the wine disappeared, a total of 3 bags of cups with 150 each bag disappeared and the many many slices of red velvet cake (my granddaughter's favorite, that she did not try) that were left behind "were tossed/trashed"? I was told a few of our guests asked for cake and were told there wasn't any leftover slices only to walk away and eventually be given cake.... Apparently all the "leftovers" cake slices are not yours so be careful if they cut more cake than needed they end of keeping it. Although we did take home a piece of cake that was not cut. The dessert table when we attended the expo was good dessert, the day of the party was a different quality. I grabbed a chocolate covered strawberry and it was old and mushy, my husband had a chocolate covered pretzel and mentioned it was stale. We wished we could have done a bit more research, my daughter left to New Jersey and booked the first place she found that took care "of everything". I do want to mention that I dealt with Rebecca and she was helpful and responsive. However, transparency , honesty and professional ethics is still lacking.
