I'm giving them a 1 star , because I can't leave them a 0. This is my first car making payments, and I bought it only 4-5 months ago. When I purchased the Jeep Renegade the salesmen had told me that the Renegade would be serviced. They kept the Renegade for 2 days before I could take it home. . I received my first oil change and was told by my mechanic that the passenger side front cv axle boot was still torn and was throwing grease. That was supposed to be fixed before it left the dealership. Clearly it was not. A week after I purchased the Renegade the key fob started to not be detected in the vehicle. It's been excuse after excuse. I've now brought the renegade in at LEAST 5 -6 times if not more to have the service department fix it. When it happens I can't drive my car , at times I have to push to start it 3xs before it'll start. My doors won't lock and my alarm turns on and will not shut off. My Jeep says the fob has left the vehicle if any of the doors are open well it's running. The last time I brought it because of the grease and fob again which was 9/4/25 the service department said it would take them hours to find. The service department now states they need a code. A code had never came up. So yet again, I have no key fob that works and my boot is supposedly on back order! Do not go to this dealership to buy or get your vehicle serviced. They also told me that they need consent from jeep even though it was already sold. They lie!!STAY AWAY!!! read more

The sevice department is horrible. They have had my $87,000 ram 2500 for over three months now. less then 20K miles and the transmission went. every week I am told they will have it done next week. Well its been 14 weeks since I droped it off. I dont know if they just don't have experienced techs or if the company is just horrible with customer service and warranty service work. Either way, dont bring vehicles here for service. I hired an attorney and hopefully I will see some movement now. Either way as soon as I get the truck back it is getting traded in for a GMC. Do yourself a favor and run. read more

my wife took her jeep there and they said it was her transmission. They charged her $7,000. She finally got it back after a 2 month wait and took it to our brake guy who did an inspection and saw that the transmission was the original and was never touched. They changed the fluid and a sensor and charged her for a whole transmission. literal scumbags!!!! read more

Our experience at this dealer was horrible. I walked in knowing the vehicle that we wanted, and with pre-approved financing. The salesperson was nice enough, but knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle. My wife was teaching him about it as we drove around. When we had decided on the car, and on a price, we were told to just leave before talking to the financing guy and told that he would call us that afternoon. Never got a call. Called the next day and talked to the finance guy, who told us that I was getting denied everywhere and that he had to "call in some favors". Said he would call us back after lunch. Never got a call. I called back again. He mentioned that he just couldn't get me approved and that I needed a cosigner. I brought up how I had financing already set up and just wanted to see the rates, and that we could use my financing. He said they don't do that there. I then asked if they used credit acceptance, which I already knew they did, and he said he would look in to it and call me back. Never got a call. Talked to him the next day, which was when he told me that he had been swamped with "high-value" customers all day and that he would get to my deal soon. This was obviously extremely aggravating. After this, he actually did call me back to tell me that the guaranteed financing place decided to approve me (obviously) but that the system was down and it'd have to wait until Monday. He said he'd call me on Monday. Never got a call. Called Monday morning to ask him what was going on and he told me that I needed to come in to give him more information. I asked what more he could possibly need, and he told me that I had to make some very big life decision and it needed to be done in person. At this point, I told them just to give me my deposit back. That took 4 days to show up and me threatening to call the police to get it back. The rude finance manager called me and acted confused as to why I would be canceling the deposit, then the owner called, then the salesperson called, and then I threatened to call the police and was told the refund was completed. The money didn't actually show up for 3 days. Would not recommend this place unless you're someone who is spending a lot of money and have great credit. Otherwise, you're not worth their time. read more

I bought a used car from this firm,sorry I did,I've had nothing but problems with them ever since.I bought the car on Thursday.I could pick it up on Tuesday at 5 o'clock.We drove to the dealership Tuesday,The car was not ready.{it had a few minor adjustments to make}You would think 5 days would be plenty of time,or they could have at least called.Then they lied ,and said they didn't say it would be ready on Tuesday,{they did} Due to the fact the car was not ready I was told they would deliver it to my home the next morning. Another lie I waited until almost noon,then called to find out what the problem was.Another lie,they claimed the car needed brakes so they had to order them{imagine that}.Then the salesman told me they would deliver my to me at 4:00 that day{today}.I foolishly said ok but I want the car or my money back.He said it would take 4or5 days to get my money.I said that's strange,it only took minutes to cash my check,he then said they could give me a company check.I said fine,but I don't trust them.I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.................................. read more
