I scheduled an appointment for recalls on my vehicle, said drop it off at 7am on a certain day and they'll get as much done as possible, did exactly what they asked, should have got a clue when the guys we're extremely rude in the service department, called at 3pm and they still hadn't touch it. They wanted me to reschedule with them lol, said they got busy, never again, they knew their schedule. I took my truck to victory ford service to have my sunroof glass replaced and block heater chord replaced. Repairs took about a week which I thought was pretty reasonable. I inspected the sunroof functionality and the heater chord install prior to paying my invoice, everything looked good. When I got on the interstate I noticed a loud air noise coming from the engine bay on acceleration. Took it back to the dealer and explained that it didn't make this noise before. The service manager admitted to test driving the vehicle, state "I heard the noise, but thought you modified your turbos". They kept the truck another day and discovered that an air line removed for the heater chord replacement had not been reinstalled correctly. Very frustrating that the problem was noticed and just completely overlooked especially by the manager of the service department. read more

We should have never purchased a vehicle from Victory Ford. We are completely disappointed in our car buying experience. It has been a nightmare. In November 2024, we purchased a 2022 Expedition with just over 20,000 miles on it. In the Carfax report, we were told that the vehicle had been in a "minor" accident but that all issues with the car had been fixed except for the automatic button on the tailgate which we were to set up an appointment and fix at a later date. We still aren't sure why it wasn't fixed prior to being put on the lot for sale. However, we were reassured multiple times it would be a minor fix. After owning the car for only 10 days, we manually raised the tailgate and something malfunctioned in the tailgate resulting in a hole in the roof of the car. We took the car back to Victory Ford where we were told that the bumper to bumper provided warranty wouldn't cover the tailgate or the damage to the roof of the car. When questioned about it, the sales manager even went so far as to say "You bought a used car." We cannot understand why a dealership would not stand behind the cars they sell. We then took the car to Shawnee Mission Ford who treated us with respect. They looked over the car and said that it was very apparent that the "minor" accident was a lot more than Victory Ford informed us it was. They said that there had been extensive damage to the tailgate prior to us owning it. We then took that report to Victory Ford and they stood their ground that we were somehow the cause of the damage and would not honor the warranty to fix it. Keep in mind, we had taken it to a Ford certified body shop who had told us the damage was extensive. We are shocked and extremely disappointed with how Victory Ford has treated us and will be telling all of our friends and family to stay away from them. read more

Recall work never completed in 2 weeks they had my vehicle. It's bad when the customer service manager tells you they have bad customer service and they do not care! They are too busy to care. ZERO STARS Early March of 2024 Victory Ford had a Black 2022 Ford Expedition with only 14000+ miles on it for sale. After a few days of looking around, my wife and I decided to go to the dealership on Saturday, March 9th to purchase it. We were told by the salesman that the vehicle was a manufacturer buyback with the reason being a "clogged sunroof drain". Didn't make a lot of sense, and was certainly concerning, but we were assured that this was the only reason. To further assure us, they showed us the Carfax report which clearly stated "clogged sunroof drain" as the ONLY reason for the car being a buyback. We were paying cash, so the process didn't take exceedingly long. After we had signed all the paperwork and they took my check for many tens of thousands of dollars, a man leaned in the room and told the finance guy, "hey we still need to do that other paperwork." I assumed that he was talking about another deal. A few minutes later that same man came back in with two sheets of paper. Turns out he was the new car sales manager, and the paperwork was the warranty work that had been performed in Texas by Ford on the Expedition. It officially detailed why it was a company buyback. The new car manager folded up the paperwork and slid it in the paperwork folder and laughed about how he just couldn't believe that the car was returned for a clogged sunroof drain. I was never shown this report until they slipped it in my folder, and it was the ONLY paperwork my wife and I did NOT have to initial or sign. Slick. They all looked me in the eye and shook my hand as I told them I was looking for honesty and to maintain an ongoing relationship with their dealership. To their credit, they did it with straight faces. The car wasn't quite ready yet, they were going to "detail" it and touch up some spots, so my wife and I left. They were to call when it was ready to be picked up. It had less than ten miles of gas in it, so the salesman said they would put a half tank in. WOW! I'm paying cash for a car, and they won't even fill it with gas. I started to have an inkling about the kind of cheapskates with whom I was dealing. The first thing I did when I got home was to read the warranty report. Guess what? Victory Ford bald faced lied to me the entire time. Within 14,000 miles of being purchased, the main screen had failed three times, the battery failed at 4 months, the brakes and rotors had to be replaced at 13,000 miles, the sunroof had a loose bolt and plastic bracket that was broken... Oh and one more little thing; the transmission had failed! A clogged sunroof drain was NEVER even mentioned in the report. So the original owner had taken the car in for service five times in the first year and was finally fed up, reported it as a lemon and Ford Motor Company bought it back. I was NOT HAPPY. We immediately drove back to the dealership, and I got my check back, to which they immediately agreed with no hesitation, as they knew they had been caught in their lie. They told me that they had no idea about those other repairs. That even though they bought the Expedition and had the warranty work paperwork in hand, they had never read it. What BS! They waited until all the paperwork was signed and the check handed over before they pulled their little scheme and put the warranty report in the paperwork folder. A guy came in and stated he was the owner, which was yet ANOTHER LIE, he was only the GM. He was rude and raised his voice to me, and I called him on it. He told me he could do whatever he wants because it's his dealership. Look up which professions are the least trustworthy, and car salespeople are always at the very scummy bottom of the report, next to politicians. No surprise. Victory Ford is the poster child for why everyone knows that car salespeople are slimy, sleazy, scumbag liars. How these people can sleep at night or look themselves in the mirror is beyond me. As of 03/12/2024 the Expedition is still for sale with the intentionally added false reason for the buyback listed as "clogged sunroof drain". They will probably get their sucker; it's just not going to be me. Like I said, Victory Ford from the GM down are sleazy, slimy, scumbag liars. read more

If you want rounded out lug nuts and cross threaded drain plugs this is the place for you. After an overpriced oil change you will leave with more problems than you came in with. Last oil change they told me that my battery was weak and wanted to sell me one. Now this oil change I asked if the battery tested good? Yes the battery tested fine. When I get home and popped the cover on the terminals they had a huge amount of corrosion on the terminals. I'm pretty sure they never checked the battery and once again they sent me out the door with rounded out lug nuts. The only tool these technicians know how to use is an impact driver and let me tell you, they drive it home. I'm pretty sure they go home and watch Days of Thunder every night. Someone should teach these technicians how to use a torque wrench. I can't even say how bad the customer service is in the Quick Lane. Probably the worst customer service I've seen and I'm not just comparing them to other quick lanes, it's the kind of service you would expect in a drive through trying to get a $5 value meal. Avoid as all cost. Bait and Switch operation. Read carefully all email offers for "the works" service package or anything from them. There is no such thing as a $49.99 "works package". You have to purchase $100s of dollars of other items to get that price. Avoid unless you enjoy having your time wasted. Also, they take forever to do service, last time it took 2 plus hours to change my oil and failed to follow instructions. Asked for full synthetic oil and put in semi synthetic oil. Then they tried to charge me for the full synthetic price. I watched the service tech put the semi synthetic oil in the truck. read more

Jason was my sales advisor and made this by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle, Despite the time zone difference Jason worked with my schedule to be able to call me and run some numbers before I flew out, he was very fast at communicating back and forth with me. My flight had also been delayed and the dealer would have been closed by the time I landed but Jason assured me he would still pick me up from the airport and stay after hours no matter how long my flight was delayed. After finally landing he got me in and out of the dealer within 20 minutes so I could be on my way back to California. The truck I purchased was just as he described and like the pictures he had sent. Never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional, arrogant, spiteful, rude, threatening, service manager. No one in the service department communicates anything to others. I called multiple times, spoke with service advisors, had my original dealership call, and set up for me to come in for warranty work. I was told the part was still under warranty by an advisor there. When I arrived, no one knew anything about it. They finally get me in, and after a bit, the manager comes in and tells me the part wasn't from them originally, that they had it brought in from a parts store, so it wasn't under warranty anymore, as the part store warranty was shorter. Tried to sell me a replacement for more than they cost. Was mad, do I got my kids and started to leave when he said "well you should have called". I snapped back at him that I did, that no one there knew how to relay anything, and that I was told that it was covered. He gave a sarcastic sorry, and I told him to f off. He then proceeded to follow me out, saying "I bet you wouldn't say that to me outside of here" I said did you just threaten me? He said no sarcastically. So I said he was f-ing incompetent and walked outside. My car wasn't there so when I asked where it was I got a very sarcastic "I dont know" it pulled up a few seconds later and then words were exchanged that I honestly can't remember as I was so angry I couldn't think straight. I threw my coffee down, had my 2 year old stand next to the car, while I loaded my infant into the other side. While I was doing that, he walked up to my 2yo, and said to her "I'm sorry for your dad." At this point I was shaking I was so furious. I came back around, put my daughter in the car, said f you, and got in my car. He then started trying to shame me because my car is a Hyundai. He was saying "nice hyundai" "enjoy your hyundai" that's a cool hyundai. I pulled out quick as I could before it could escalate any farther. Did I maybe overreact a lil bit, yeah. Should he as a manager handled it differently, 10000% He should have never blamed me for the situation, and should have just asked me to leave, not follow me threatening and then taunting me. Though if he wouldn't had blamed me, I wouldn't have ever got upset to the point I did,, and nothing would have happened. But in NO WAY, should he have EVER walked up to my daughter, especially in the middle of what was happening, and say something to her that intended to upset me more. That was so far beyond unprofessional and unacceptable, and the dealership should be absolutely ashamed on behalf of him, if nothing else, just for that alone. I will be calling to speak with the GM, and I will be reaching out to Ford corporate to file a formal complaint to let them know what happened, and how their manager handles things. read more

I would definitely pick another place to take a vehicle to and I'm never going back. I took my 2011 F-150 XLT in due to it making a loud grinding noise while driving. I was speaking with a man named Jimmy, and this is what i was told.... "to fix the noise, you need to replace part (A), which is going to cost $750. However when we get in there you might also have to replace part (B) as well. If that's the case it would come to $1050." When I heard that I told them to go ahead and replace the part and call me to update. I received a call the next day informing me that i needed part (B) as well. I told them to go ahead and replace part (B) and asked what the total would be. Jimmy informed me that it was going to be around $1950. I told him that's not the price I was given yesterday and that it would only be around $1050. He kept trying to tell me that he said the day prior "the $1050 would be in addition to the $750." However he most certainly did not say that and if i knew that i wouldn't of even had them do the work. Now I'm stuck paying or part (A) and my truck still makes the grinding noise. On a road trip this past weekend we discovered that the climate control system is faulty and running the air conditioner causes the fans to quit working. We took it in today, just to be told that the warranty we purchased doesn't cover that little electrical issue. My husband looked the man who sold him the "bumper to bumper - includes everything" warranty in the eye and asked him how he could sell an "includes everything" warranty that apparently DOESN'T INCLUDE EVERYTHING. Their response was to offer to split the cost of the repair. Unacceptable. The fact is that you LIED to sell a warranty. Would definitely do business with Victory Ford again! We had been searching online at dealerships throughout the U.S. for a GMC Canyon SLT for a month. We knew exactly what we wanted and spent a substantial amount of time finding the best deal possible. Victory Ford had one that was a trade-in with only 10k miles. The day after we returned home we received a call from Wes checking in that we made it home safely and confirming we were happy with our purchase. Great dealer,service department is AAA+. John, Randy and rest of the guys are honest and do what they say. Example, I took my truck in for regular oil chang,ask John to check my breaks, I was convinced I needed new break shoes at least on the front. Service checked them said they were still good didn't need changed. They could have put breaks on and charged me and I would have been fat dumb and happy to pay the bill. They said they would advise me when they needed attention. They found two TSB'S, fixed them both at no charge. Out the door when promised, charged just for the oil change. Brought my truck in for service since service engine light was on. Drove over an hour one way. Service stated vehicle had an evac leak. Ford pass stated Engine control system detected electrical fault with fuel tank pressure sensor or associated wiring. After 4 hours of labor and almost $500 bill they stated I had mud in connectors causing the issue. Tech even states he didn't clean all mud out. I will admit I threw a fit. A gentle man that worked in service was rude to me and I had just been told it wasn't under warranty and bill was my responsibility. Paid bill and said a few choice words. Forward a week later an entire cluster of lights come on. Call dealership.....They basically say they don't want my business but was to have service manager call me. No return call. I took to local Ford dealership near home and within 15 minutes issue resolved. Victory had not seated the wiring correctly and had jimmied it on there. I again searched for everything I could on the internet for all the vehicles I was interested in with in a 200 mile radius. I went to see Scotty Wells again hoping that he would help me again. He showed me 1 car, already knowing what I liked and wanted. The price was priced below what could again be found on the internet. I tried to get even more out of them but no luck. Scotty even showed me the same car on other lots. Nothing came close to the price. Even a bigger advantage is that my new car is certified. I was able to get all the extras for just a little more than what I was paying for my other car. As I was already in the car and about to drive away, the finance manager came out to tell me they got me an even lower interest rate. To me, they didn't have to, but they did. Guaranteed credit approval is a crock. Yes, my son got approved with no credit but not for the down payment he wanted. They wanted over $2000. The first salesman kept pushing him to get a cosigner after being told multiple times he couldn't. Billy was nice but we were not informed of anything during the process. Not the price of the car, the interest rate, the payment amount, nothing! We were there for hours with very few updates on how the process was going. I strongly advise you not press that button unless you want a high pressure sales person, from their corporate office to start calling you. I had just begun my car shopping and had no idea what I was even looking for or if it was going to be a Ford. I was really just looking into price points at the time. So I told the person on the phone that, but she kept pushing me to tell her exactly what it was that I wanted and asked me at least 3 times what day and time in the next two days I could come in for a test drive. I was no where even close to test driving yet, which I also told her. She would not take no for an answer. I finally had to hang up on her. The people at the actual dealership called (I missed their call) and e-mailed me. I responded to the e-mail Jude B sent and I asked him a few questions and then told him about their high pressure sales tactics and that I prefer to have them answer questions, but asked them to give me my space when it comes to making a decision, as I know time is money to a sales rep and I didn't want to waste their time until I had made up my mind. My questions were never answered, as I never heard back from Jude. In the end, I did end up buying a Ford, it just wasn't with Victory Ford. read more

this dealership is tied with crossley as being the worst. I had a appt. to get the maintenance done on my truck. I had purchased the maint.pkg when I bought my vehicle.i had told John the quick lane manager that the tech isn't to mess with the tires and wheels on the vehicle(they are aftermarket wheels and tires) and I would taking them off and putting the factory ones back on for my trip I was about to take. I mentioned that to him 3 separate times and I thought he understood cause he assured me that they wouldn't touch them.as a back up plan I even took the special socket that you need to take the wheels off and gave it to my wife and she put it in her purse.so as we waited in the waiting room looking out on to the shop floor I see the tech starting to take my wheels off my truck. I went out there and told them to stop and JOHN the manager informed me that it was a mistake and that I was over reacting and I quote I was beating a deadhorse to death., then I informed him and the tech not to overtighten the lugnuts. anyway when I got my truck home I went to switch my wheels around and put the factory ones on of course they torqued them way to tight and I snapped one stud because of it.i am a ford employee at the kcap, unfortunately if this is how treat us I can only imagine how they treat people who don't have to buy a ford.so now I'm on a search for a good dealership who wants my business read more
