1 - I had my car totaled and, like most people in that situation, expected the process of wrapping up related contracts to be straightforward. It hasn't been. Legends Honda has refused to issue a prorated refund on an extended warranty that was canceled when my vehicle was declared a total loss -- a refund I'm entitled to under the terms of the contract. I've been a patient, good-faith customer throughout this process. I've followed up repeatedly and gotten nowhere. At this point, patience has run out. If you're purchasing a vehicle or add-on products here, ask hard questions about what happens when things go wrong -- because their after-sale support is nonexistent. I'd strongly recommend documenting everything in writing from day one. I'm now pursuing this through consumer protection channels. I had such an awful experience here that I almost have to think that the good reviews are paid for by the company. Khalil Cullors is a bottom of the barrel salesperson. He was so slow and so dense that he couldn't really answer questions and my husband had to keep basically reminding him of what we just asked and tell him the next step we needed over and over again. Every listed price is the dealership's out the door price. No grief and no hassle. Financing is still financing, but they do their best to make it as easy as possible. Be careful! I brought a 2010 honda fit to these guys years back and they broke off the front two axle wheel studs when I just needed the driver side wheel bearing replaced. Thats a good way to end up in a money grab situation and my funds were low to even proceed the situation. I hit a pothole in my college parking lot and it damaged my entire driverside wheel. Came in for an oil change. I knew I needed preventative maintenance as my car has over 100,000 miles. Legends Honda had a list ready for maintenance items to be replaced or fixed. I just bought a 2021 hybrid car here and am very pleased with this place. I was about to purchase the same car at another dealer but Esmeralda texted me to work with me. I guess they really aim to get your business and are very competitive with their pricing. I had gone to 4 other Honda dealers and was about to deal but they persuaded me to go with them because of their no nonsense approach to dealing. My time is valuable and I hate driving all around town but sometimes you have to do that to get a good deal. And good deal I got. Micheal, my salesman, was really informative of the product so that helps since I am inquisitive and like to ask a lot of questions. He answered all of them and was helpful in helping me set up my infotainment system. Shawn, you have repeatedly failed to understand the concern I have for my very expensive 2023 Odyssey Elite+, and your service department has even more so repeatedly failed to competently address these issues. You repeatedly wrote "not observed at this time" each time I brought in my van. You document the same mileage number for in/out, even though you drove my van 50 miles, did not put gas in it, and still wrote "not observed at this time" on my service receipt. I can only guess you were running errands in my van. You called me at 10:18 on Saturday to tell me my van was ready. I tell you I will be there Monday morning. I show up at 9:10 am Monday morning to get my van and Kayden doesn't know where it is. He eventually states he's going across the street to get it. I STOOD THERE FOR 40 MINUTES WAITING FOR MY VAN! I had to listen to my speakers buzzing / vibrating for 14 months / 31,000 miles before you fixed it!! You want to tell me the extras I added to my Elite don't necessarily increase the value, yet you had no problem selling me an Elite for $64,000 instead of $35,000. The customer service at Legends Honda is absolutely horrible, and others I've shared my experiences with have told me they too have had bad experiences with Legends Honda service department! Honda wants to continue to put out high-priced Touring and Elite models with faulty technology, and then claim "technology isn't perfect" when there are problems. I have owned four new Hondas in the last 21 years, and will never buy another thanks to Legends Honda. read more

So, I was in a tough spot. I had gotten hit by a snowplow a month ago, which ended up being totaled out and had to find a car. Problem was-My ex bf put me in an awful situation credit and DTI wise so I was terrified that I'd be stuck with either-junk or nothing. Then, in comes Legends Honda. I went in and spoke with Brandon Z (who had been highly recommended by a couple of friends) and told him my situation. He gave me multiple options on what he thought would be best for my needs. We ended up with me in a new car. I didnt have to compromise on the things that I needed and they got me in a situation that worked for me. I have an in home dog rescue so, certain things were HAVE to's! Brandon and Lauren were both amazing to work with. Do not trust LEGENDS to care for your vehicle - there's another Honda dealer just down the road! They cracked my vehicle windshield on an Odyssey with 4000 miles and refuse to replace it. I used their "pickup service" to allow them to fix a mistake they made on a previous recall repair (they disconnected the power doors) and they returned the van with a 6-8 inch crack in the windshield. Their service manager dragged me down there again to "inspect" it, then told me the company has an (unwritten) policy of never paying for windshield damage, even when it is their fault. In this case, they had done the "Honda Multipoint Inspection" during the prior service and noted no defects in the windshield, but tried to say the inspection doesn't look for defects. They either lied on the inspection or are lying now - and as somebody who hand washes his car I can tell you it is the second one. There are too many other places to get warranty service done that actually take care of their customer's property. Avoid LEGENDS at all costs! read more

Don't service your car here. Service is incompetent, careless and not held accountable. They neglect to put things like your valve stems back on and act like it's not a problem. The worst was not putting all if the screws back on the protective plate under the car. I had to pull over, wait an hour and the sent someone without proper gear to help me. Turns out they also stripped the screws that were present so he tried his best to help. An hour later, I am at another dealer with the same issue. I sincerely hope that the mechanic at LEGENDS did not damage anything on my car. I will be having another dealer check for this. Please, for your safety, take your Honda to anyone else. I hope to make contact with the Two stars is for the service advisors & Sales as they are great. Otherwise, it would be zero stars. read more
