I'd like to point out that the instructor isn't a medical professional/practitioner nor are they medically qualified to diagnose a child and worse suggest medication to resolve something that hasn't been medically diagnosed. Overstepping boundaries with children are a no-no in my book. If this business has to address medical concerns. Have medical staff. That way HIPAA is not violated. Which is where I will also be reporting this incident. Lastly this didn't happen to my child but the child it did happen to was extremely embarrassed and discouraged from returning. Please please dont sign with this gym . Make them print out the contract, make them go item by item and dont sign for trainers they are not efficient anyways. They made signed a contract and told me I had 3 days to changed my mind about canceling the trainer s sessions. I canceled the after the first one, that BTW was supposed to be free. I talked to every signaled people in charge they gave me proof that the contract was canceled, and here we are 6 months after calling me and sending me emails with 3 times the balance of something I dont owned. I have to go to court, enough is enough
