Everything had to be dairy free and gluten free, and because our daughter has severe Celiac Disease, it was critical that extra care was taken during food preparation to avoid any cross-contamination (just try to find a caterer that will agree to that...not so easy!!) On top of that, they were very attentive to guests with additional needs, including allergies, kosher preferences, and vegetarian options. We had a buffet set up for the kids and a plated dinner for the adults, which worked out really well. Chef Dora and Stuart were both great to work with. We connected with them months ahead of the event, met multiple times to plan, and also had a private tasting, which helped us feel confident in our choices. They were extremely professional throughout the process. During the event itself, both of them were present and even helped with small coordination items that came up, which we really appreciated since we did not have a day-of coordinator. The food itself was excellent. Sometimes gluten free food can be hit or miss, but that was not the case here at all. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. Some standout dishes for us were the kalbi beef tacos as an appetizer and the turmeric chicken with lime rice and vegetables.
