I took my dog here and he looks awesome. The service was simple, dropped him off within 2 hours got a text "his ready". They clean his ears, bath,trim his nails and more. i wanted to take my kitty to get her nails trimmed for the first time because they were just getting too crazy to handle. it was kind of a last minute thing but we decided to call ahead anyways and ask if we can bring her in. we take her and they take her to the back, and within five minutes they were done with her and handed us her back in the kennel we brought her in. everything seemed fine until we noticed on the way home that she was bleeding from one of her paws. as soon as we got home we had to check and that's when we saw that her quick had been cut. the rest of her nails were fine however, i think it was ver unprofessional to not notify me that my cats quick had accidentally been cut. they just handed her back and said a price. my kitty continued to bleed periodically throughout the rest of the night. read more

if I could leave 10000 stars I would. I took my baby her for the first time this morning and all I can say is he will definitely be back. The young girl that helped me was so so sweet! She did an excellent job grooming my pup! in my two years of having my pup I feel like this is the first time a groomer has actually completed the task they were asked to do. Did not pick up phone calls or respond to texts. Despite it being Vida's request to text, she was unreachable. Not a good sign for boarding let alone grooming if you ever want updates on your pup. Edited with update from 2/28/22: Vida reached out after the review was posted and apologized. We moved on and scheduled an appointment for the following week. Before I could send the vaccination records to her, Vida cancelled the appointment the day before the scheduled grooming. She said I could reschedule with her but I declined as I did not want her to cancel on me again. It isn't fair to my dog to have to keep rescheduling and it already took a while to get an appt. Her mishandling of this situation was enough for me not to bother anymore. read more

I've tried so many groomers for my Springer Spaniel Poodle mix. Some were ok - some were awful. She can get nervous around water & grooming has stressed her out before. But Vid Pet was excellent! My dog enjoyed it so much that she fell asleep ON THE TABLE while being groomed. And, her haircut was beautiful! They did such a good job and seemed to genuinely enjoy working with my dog. I have been looking for a trustworthy groomer since my kittys groomer moved. I found this spot and I really hope everyone reads this carefully because what I am about to share is real and the truth. I dropped my kitty off in the afternoon Saturday Jan 23rd to get groomed and all I asked for is the usual nothing crazy or new and mind you this was my second visit since I have my kitty cleaned once a month. Anyways long story short I told Vida what I needed. once I picked her up I noticed my kitty looked very different and as in like all her hair has been removed without my consent! I go back in and confronted VIda about it. I started to cry because I was so sad and upset why would she do that. She apologized and had misunderstood but that is no excuse. I come home to also notice red severe patches on her tail. She made my beautiful Luna look like a cartoon. I have no idea what this woman was thinking not only did she cut all her hair off she hurt her. Thank god it wasnt worse than this. This place does not do any kind of paper work or sign anything.
