I been coming here for a few years now and all of my experiences have been great. From front desk to the hygienists to the dentists. Shoshana who works at front desk always helped me and she's super sweet. They're very knowledgeable, accommodating, informative, and very nice. I even referred all of my friends and family members too. Recently, I took my 4 year old and was nervous how he would react, but they were super sweet and understanding. They answered all his questions, allowed him to see the tools they were using. He left there feeling great! No crying... also, they had a treasure chest of toys for kids too! And a cute little gift bag for him. Definitely will refer more people and continue to come back. read more

Dr. Trinh has the sweetest and kindest disposition, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist. My fear of vaccines/needles can often make dental work a struggle, but Dr. Trinh was very understanding and patient with my numbing. I appreciated not only her demeanor but also her quick and efficient work on my terrible teeth. Shoshauna at the front desk also does a really great job helping me out with insurance. I find these affairs extremely confusing, but the office is always very patient and explains the different ins and outs very effectively. If you have kids, I think the atmosphere is very nice as well. I myself don't have children, but while I was there the last time, this very young girl who got her dental work done got a toy after completing her work. I could overhear the doctor from the other room while I did my work, and they seemed to be very nice and sweet to her -- way more patient than my dentists were as a kid! Overall, I think that their office deserves a very good rating! If I had to give one tip, I think that it's better to call rather than to email -- the office gets very busy during their business hours, and that can be tough for only one or two people to handle at once, so if you have something you want to discuss, you can give them a call and they'll pick up right away. :-) read more

Easy to make an appointment. Told them I hadn't been to the dentist in about a year. Said it was no problem and the receptionist was nice. Dr Bobba and the associate dentists in the group are professional. I had deep cleaning, filling, crown and general cleaning there and all went well. One star was deducted because of scheduling and that made me never again here. Once you are a patient here, be prepared to have them bombarded you with calls, texts and sometimes emails asking if you can fill their last minute cancellations. I did not pick up for I am unable to use my phone at work. I made my appointment in September for regular cleaning in mid-November and intended to keep my original appointment because I made early leave at work just for this appointment. When November comes, I got a text reminding me of the appointment at 2:30pm. As always, I keep receiving calls and texts asking me to fill their last minute availability, I keep ignoring them for I just want my original. Later on I received a text saying my appointment was changed to 3pm and an email asked me to confirm 3pm. It irritated me for changing my appointment time without my consent, but I was free so I bore with it and clicked confirm. The next day their scheduling said 3pm was an error from their system and asked me to make it 2pm. I really could not make it that early. Carmina insisted they never offered me 2:30pm and asked me to check my record. I then sent them the screenshots confirmed my 2:30pm appointment back in September and the reminder in early November, she told me the confirmations were automated text and they only confirm appointments two weeks to one week in advance. Do you mean that those automated text messages were fake? What a joke! If you really missed my original appointment made back in September just admit it. That's okay things do happen, apology then we will find a way round. It is not nice to treat your customer like they have memory loss. If you just want to push your patients to work with your best schedule, you are trying too hard. Please understand and respect that your patients have their schedules and jobs too. read more

I was disturbed that a young child was allowed to roam freely throughout the clinic during my appointment there on 3/15/23. Children do not belong in a health facility unless and while they are being treated. The child was completely unsupervised and there is no telling what she got into or may have contaminated. She was not masked or gloved while she wandered from one place to another. At one point she came into where I was being treated. She kept popping up trying to see what was going on. I worried that she would bump into somebody or into the dentist's arm while sharp utensils while probing my mouth. It was the most reckless thing I've seen in a supposedly professional office. She initially had no mask on while she did this and only got one after being told to about four times. I couldn't believe that the doctor didn't stop everything right then and shove a mask on her face or, better yet, make her get out of there. Instead, the doctor encouraged the girl to look and see what she was doing! This was a grade school child - what could she possibly learn from this? This was completely unsanitary and unprofessional. If I become ill in the next few days, I'll know right where it came from. The staff's attitude seemed to indicate that this was normal and totally okay. I do not feel the same. This incident means that I can no longer be a patient of this clinic. Please cancel all my future appointments. I will have my records sent for as soon as I find my new dentist. read more

I have been going to this dentist practice for a couple years, the one on blossom hill. I do not have dental insurance, but they always worked with me. The practice changed ownership but the quality of the dentistry and front desk efficiency has not changed . The front desk ladies are absolutely amazing. They are always very patient explaining to me about the procedures, giving me the estimates and answering any question I have. This practice now has a plan for patients without dental insurance which is really nice to have. The hygienists and dentists do a great job and I know where my teeth stand and what I should do. I've done several dentistry work, including getting ready for an implant. They are not oral surgeons, for that work they recommended me to an excellent oral surgeon, but they did a great job with the rest (stay plate, and now, waiting for my crown). I could not be more happy! Also, when my temporary crown came off along with the rest of my tooth they were able to credit that money to other work, making me feel they care for their patients and it's not just about the money. I really want to give a shout out to Carmina and Shoshana for their outstanding work at front desk. I suffer with pretty serious dental anxiety. A recent checkup revealed a potentially serious problem requiring a long appointment and the possibility of the loss of a tooth. I was extremely anxious and afraid anticipating this appointment. I need not have been! From the moment I walked in the door until I left with a heart full of gratitude, I was treated with great kindness and respect. Dominique assisted and stayed by my side the entire time. She was gentle and thorough, kindly answering all my questions and concerns. Dr. Gonna was so very compassionate and empathetic! She fully explained what she would be doing each step along the way, checking on my well-being repeatedly. She was able to save both teeth in jeopardy, taking the most conservative approach while making sure the job was done right. I could simply not be more grateful!
