Nobody likes going to the dentist but everyone here is so nice and made me feel really safe + comfortable. Receptionists are so kind and helpful with any questions / concerns that I had. She even answered my concerns with dental anesthesia and anxiety. Dental hygienist Juliana (I think!) was great with the xrays and cleaning. She was really quick and efficient I unfortunately had 3 cavities.. after not going to the dentist for the last 2 years. I was dreading my filling. But Dr. Trinh was AMAZING. She did 3 fillings in 30 minutes. I went without anesthesia and it was manageable because she was so gentle, explained every process when she didn't have to, offered jaw breaks (we need those!), and I loved that she was humming while working -- it totally made me feel more reassured. No unnecessary procedures or products were pushed on me while I was here. I got in, did my cleaning / fillings, and I was out. So professional and highly recommend! Thank you! I haven't had a teeth cleaning in awhile due to covid so I wanted to try this place out. The staff were friendly. The 2 star is for the billing error. During my cleaning I was informed I had a cavity so I needed to come back to get that completed. I was quoted $x amount for the cavity and paid there and they said I'm all set. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for double the quoted price. Confused by this, I had to call and ask which they confirmed that my insurance did not cover as much as they anticipated so I will need to pay the remaining owed. That lacks professionalism. Finally went for my overdue in person appointment. Shawna was so helpful when i asked about their covid procedures. I was very comfortable before going in. You call once you are in the parking lot and they let you know when to come in. The back room staff is in full ppe (gown, hair covered, double masks, shields, gloves). They have air purifiers all around as well. Sanitized large glasses are provided for you and you wear your mask up Until it's time to start the cleaning. Very much relieved to get checked since grinding your teeth during these stressful covid times seems to be more common! read more

I decided to try this practice since my husband goes here and it's closer to home than my previous one. I was a tad early for my appointment but my wait time was so long. The dentist later told me there was a patient that came in for emergency which was fine. She was nice and apologetic about it. But while I was waiting, I had this one assistant that worked on me. She was short and had a Vietnamese accent. From the start I really question their cleanliness because of her. She did my X-rays and initially she was doing things without gloves. Then she put gloves on and started touching a ton of other things with the gloves that went in my mouth. I asked particularly if they sanitize things and she said yes. After my X-rays, to my horror, I saw how she sanitized it. She took a wet wipe and wipes a few spots on the machine that she thought she had touched. She did not wipe lots of places that she had touched with my gloves that had my saliva all over it from trying to stick the X-ray thing in my mouth and adjusting it. (At my other practice, they bagged the whole machine and changed the bags after each patient) Ok, what is done is done and I tried to calmed myself down all the while texting my husband my complaints. The dentist came and did my cleaning and this same assistant helped her. I have never experience dental assistance this rough. She constantly stretched my mouth open to her side with the suction while the dentist was stretching it to the other side to work on. I had to ask for Vaseline mid cleaning cause of lack of common sense of the assistant. She also constantly poked the suction into my gums which hurt. The cleaning didn't hurt at all. Dentist was great, but the assistant was horrible. The dentist was in a hurry after the cleaning and asked the assistant to polish and floss my teeth. The polishing was so half-a$$ed. She polished the side she was on correctly and barely touched the other side. During flossing, she skipped the parts where my gaps were tight and the floss couldn't go in easily. I had indicated the only medical condition that I have on their new patient form, which was I'm prone to cold sores. Don't know if they looked at it at all, but lo and behold, I start to develop a cold sore the very same night. Not sure if it was due to the trauma the assistant imposed on my lips or due to poor sanitation. Poor sanitation is totally unacceptable especially during covid! read more

I DON't recommend this dental for the Kids. My kids go there for filling, when she got one and half injections of anesthetic, the dentist told us she can not do the filling today, due to our time is up. And she has another patients, she recommended us to another kids dental. IF you don't know how to treat for the kids, DO NOT injected anesthetic to her. If you injected anesthetic to her, please try to arrange your time to finish. My kids is very brave to got anesthetic, but she need re-inject anesthetic when we go another dental. She needs to be brave again. Choose another dental, that will be better for your kids. read more

I've been to a few in my time and haven't found the right one until I walked into this one. This office truely treats you like how your supposed to be. I've been here twice so far and have a few comments to share. THE PROS The front office staff here is incredibly friendly and professional. I received a phone call a few days before my appointment from Jesse to remind me and just received an EMAIL (awesome) reminder from Pamela for another appointment. Both ladies are very personable and seem to have a real handle and attention to deal when it comes to the patients and calendaring. Everything seems pretty modern compared to my last dentist office - so that's nice. I had a filling last week with Dr. Aslani who was GREAT. She administered the shot like a pro - sure there was a "pinch" but she warned me. She took her time dispensing the numbing agent and then gave it about 5 minutes to really kick in. THE CONS The assistant was awful. I'm sitting there, mouth wide open, and she's practically jabbing me in the gums with the "sucker" tube. I'm all for getting saliva out of my mouth while my teeth are being worked on - but GENTLE!! She also didn't seem very cognizant of her body, because she knocked the tube with her leg as she spun around in the chair. She also didn't seem to have a full grasp of the English language because when the Doctor left the office to check on another patient, I asked the status of what was going on and she sorta mumbled something unrecognizable and then turned around and started doing stuff on the computer. **SUGGESTIONS** Better communication. I personally don't mind if you have to multitask but communicate this with the patient. Don't leave me hanging (leaning back in a chair) wondering what's going on. A quick, "I need to check in on another patient and will return in a few minutes" is better than dead air space. Will someone PLEASE explain sensitivity to the assistant? Less is more. Accept more dental insurance carriers. Who doesn't accept Blue Shield? Honestly. Last I checked, it's not difficult to be an in-network provider. read more

I have a 4 year old who needs to see a dentist. I tried taking her to royal dental and they refused to work on my daughter because she wouldn't stay still. A few weeks ago I visited sweet tooth and the staff was all so nice. They made my daughter feel like home by letting her play in the play area and pick out toys. I called to make an appointment for my husband a day prior. I was able to get him an appointment for the next day. My husband showed up for his appointment 30 minutes early. He figured since he was a new patient there would be paperwork to fill out so he wanted to be early. He showed up at 1 and no one was there. No receptionist in sight. He called out for help, no one. I tried calling their phone and no one picked up. I left them a voicemail letting them know he was there for his appointment and there was no one to help him. After waiting for 20 minutes he left. They called him back and made him feel guilty for leaving. They said they take a lunch from 1-1:30. I looked everywhere and no where does it say they close for lunch at all. If they do it's fine but at least put a sign up or close your office so patients don't walk in expecting help. My husband being the nice man he is rescheduled his appointment. But I called them back and canceled it. Don't give this place your business. read more

I found the dentist here to be so very nice. The main thing for me was she didn't try to upsell me stuff. I was scheduled for a filing on one tooth and I changed my mind, for different reasons, and she was soo flexible. She said that was fine she had another tooth she could work on that day and with absolutely zero frustration in her voice she re set up the station and did her job beautifully. I am extremely afraid of the shots. I told her that and she was so good with giving the shot, that I didn't even feel it. I always feel it and freak a little. She was amazing. The last dentist I had, the main problem with her was her reception and office staff. Not so here. The lady I spoke with at the counter was so super nice. She is also the same person I made the appointment with, and it was such a relief to not feel like I was an inconvince because I have a question. I still have some work to be done, and I am so super sad. I had just found her and now I am moving to FL. I wish I had found her 2 years ago and I would Gladys have gone to her. Sweet Tooth Care is great - the two ladies working at the front desk are sweet and awesome and the dental staff is equally awesome. I have a small jaw and I obviously struggle with keeping my mouth open during the entire duration. They were able to help work around my struggle without me asking... this is the first time EVER that a dental assistant has noticed and offered to help. My kids go there as well and they love it (probably because of the toy chest at the end). Both my kids had multiple fillings there and we have no complaints.
