Took care of things the way I liked by not doing expensive work if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Then I needed an implant because of a fractured root. The person who was subbing for him sent me next door and I gave it a look, but decided to go to someplace close to me for all the work (implant and crown). I came back for my normal yearly exam and he absolutely tore into me and didn't want to even perform an exam let alone look to address any concerns I had. Told me to go the same dentist I had my implant for besides he could help me since I didn't go to the oral surgeon they recommended. I've never returned and I never will. Not sure what happened to him, but he's not the same person I knew. If he treats a patient of nearly 25 years like that, how's he treat new patients? Really sad and disappointed in him.

Charges included $200 for mouthwash ($50 times four, for upper/lower left/right) and "special cleaning" techniques not covered by insurance (higher price, no doubt). After they finished, they billed EACH of my kids over $300 when our TRICARE DENTAL PLAN should've PAID THIS IN FULL. My honest kids paid their respective bills ($676.18 that I will not be able to get reimbursed). It is my opinion that this association is engaged in DISHONEST PRACTICES and I can only assume all providers in the association give approval to it. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. I recently had a tooth extracted and it was probably the worst tooth extraction I've ever had. I have had a total of 7. 6 of them by other dentists and one at this dentist. What should've been a routine extraction has resulted in the most pain I have ever felt. Dentist was extremely rough in removing the tooth and did not section it like she should have given how difficult it was to remove. Instead, she just pride and pride and pride and Hurt most all my other teeth on the top in the process. Her response to the pain was "it is normal". Based on my experience with other dentists, this is not at all normal. Some pain is expected. Given the severity of the pain I would have expected, and in fact, asked for a prescription painkiller to deal with it. Their response was "take Tylenol". They have no after hours number and the phone does not even go to an answering machine after hours. You are just stuck with whatever happens or you can find somebody else. I'm incredibly unimpressed with my experience here.
