I asked to be put on the schedule and I was told I would be contacted Monday with a day and time for our shredding to be performed. I did not receive a call on Monday, so I called back the following day and spoke to a gentlemen who apologized for not getting back to me, say he would see where the ball was dropped and someone would call me back to get me on the schedule. No one called. I called a 3rd time at the end of the day to inquire as to scheduling and the number is apparently a personal cell #, as I was told he was heading into a funeral, that someone had called and left a message regarding my appt and that someone would call me first thing in the morning to verify the time. I did receive a call mid-morning on Wednesday and was told that he believed I was contacted previously, but realized that was an error and that I was on the schedule for Friday. At this point management had already opted to use another shredding facility which was available that day. I am sincerely sorry for their loss, and I do realize sometimes things slip through the cracks, as we all are just human, but it is very frustrating to have to call 3 times and not receive a straight answer. Hopefully, this is an isolated incident for this company, as the other reviewers seemed very happy with the service.
