I canceled Naked Lime in Nov of 2012. The 2 years were fulfilled July of 2012. 2 years after my GM left, Naked Lime Sales Rep had no idea. Naked Lime said, I had to continue til Nov of 2013, because I did not cancel prior to July of 2012, and it rolled over for another year. The Naked Lime rep, did so little customer service, he didn't no who I was, nor did he know the old GM had been relieved of his position in Dec of 2011. The contract apparently was tossed out by the old GM. When web was added to my position in late 2012, I had to go on our website to see who was the host. When I realized nothing was done to the website, I contacted another webhost, and canceled Naked Lime. Still no one contacted me, they just continued sending bills, feeling confident they would collect monthly fees with no customer service. READ THE FINE PRINT, AND PUT A REMINDER ON YOUR CALANDER TO CANCEL, BECAUSE YOU WILL WANT TO.

Was sold the "Search Engine Optimization" monthly package. Prior to switching I was ranking in the top 10 for certain keyword searches for my industry. In 3 months I fell out of the top ten to below top 20 and completely off google maps. For $5000 a year this is unacceptable. The only work I am generating now is through word of mouth. They completely killed my web presence and refuse to do anything about it but, scream because I cancelled my card and they want their $400 a month. As a small business owner, if I did this to my "customers" I'd be out of business. After multiple emails with spread sheets showing the search engine data, Ive gotten no response.
