Paradise was very kind and reassured me that their rug-repairing ladies have many years of experience. The whole process was very quick and I was out the door and on my way in no time. About a week or so after, I got a call that my rugs were ready. There's a very nice seating area with water and some cookies where you can sit and relax while they get your rug from the back. Everything in the store is very neat and clean and the staff are very friendly. I'm glad I worried for nothing because my smaller rug was seamlessly repaired and both look brand new!
