The office told me to bring it in and that they would resubmit to insurance to see if they could at least get me some coverage, and to wait 30 to 90 days. They then ended up accidentally sending me to collections... Tammy in billing told me she was sorry and that she would try to work with me and Quest. However, after calling the office once a month for 4 months or more, I gave up and will now try small claims courts. In conjunction with my health issue, it was very hard on me and my family. I have no idea if they also submitted to insurance and got a separate payout. Whatever quality of care was definitely not worth all of this hassle.

The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. When I called to schedule, I was asked what I would be seen for. I told them, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Fast for 4 months to the day before my appointment, they call me and tell me Dr Arthur doesn't treat those conditions, so I need to cancel. In the four months of waiting for my appointment, I had called the staff 3 separate times because of issues with scheduling and insurance. Each time, I again stated what I was being seen for. It's absolutely ridiculous that they waited until the day before my appointment to say I couldn't be seen.
