After pushing, I received a $2,266 manufacturer rebate and a $611 refund from the company -- but that still left me paying over $3,100 in labor. No itemized invoice was provided. They hid behind "flat rate pricing" and refused to explain the charges. I was told I couldn't speak to the owner and that the Operations Manager was "as high up as it gets." They also falsely claimed they paid full price for the replacement unit -- even though it was covered under warranty. I've since confirmed that's not how Bradford White's process works. If you value transparency, accountability, or fair pricing -- go elsewhere.

Andgar was the original contractor for our office HVAC, but once individual office walls were…read moreerected and furniture/cubicles moved in, the airflow and climate control went completely out of whack. People in their offices are sweltering and those in cubicles are either freezing -- wearing coats, hats, and blankets indoors -- or sweating and stripping off layers. These temperature extremes are only 5 to 10 feet apart. Also, the system for regulating temperature and fans is clunky: thermostats near a vent actually operate vents across the room and they're not very intuitive. It takes an engineer to program it, and I work with engineers. We're still freezing/sweltering. Makes no sense. Anyway, just wanted to put my 2 cents in while my fingers still have feeling.
