This is a hidden gem. My coworker told me about this place. The staff was nice and everyone can do nails. The prices sign are the wall. The shop is very clean and smells good when you walk in. They also have a wide selection of nail polish. You can even get waxed on different part of your body. Even the bathroom was clean. You can get a message in the big chair while getting a Pedicure and Manicure. I bought my sister and my mom and treated them both to a Manicure and pedicure. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Needed nails for a wedding, my usual place was closed, so I went here. The first red flag was that one of the workers stopped doing my sisters nails halfway through, had her wait for another stylist to get done, because he didn't know how to do the design. If he was upfront and honest it wouldn't have been a problem, but he lied, and had her wait 20-30 min behind another customer. Next, the lady who did my nails applied the acrylic incorrectly. It came out chunky and VERY uneven. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her finish. But no, it did not get better. If anything the matte made it look worse. I asked for square and instead I got a very chunky/rounded version of that. (Pics below) I tell her it's chunky, she shrugs and basically blames it on me. I asked for a discount at the very least and again she ignores me. The man who worked at the front saw I was dissatisfied and tried to take a picture, fake hyping it up. They posted it, but anyone with eyes can see they looked horrible. TLDR: $55!?!? For ugly lump nails? Never again! Stay far away from this place. read more

Went here for the first time. Walked in with no appointment on a Friday morning for a full set and got sat down right away. I had Cynthia and she really took her time. Most places are rough and sometimes making my cuticles bleed but she was super sweet AND gentle. They removed my gel polish and gave me coffin shape for no extra cost, $20 flat. I been taking my younger sister here to get her nails done and this place does a really nice job. I got a pedicure today and they did a really good job compare to most salon in the area. Pedicure was about 25-30 minutes. Love the hot stone massage and warming towel at the end. Staff members are really polite and friendly. Place is really clean and tidy compare to most of the salon around the area. They also gave me a few minutes of back massage while waiting for my toes to dry. read more

I found this salon through a friend who goes all the time and her manicures are always gorgeous! They recently renovated so everything is new & high quality. The staff is super sweet and patient, willing to make sure you get exactly what you want. The spa pedicure is amazing! They do a sea salt scrub that smells so good along with a hot stone foot massage...it also includes other exfoliants & such that you can read about on their menu. The salon has always been very clean and bright and doesn't have a super strong polish remover scent which is great. I highly recommend as these ladies are wonderful!! read more

I went to get my gel manicure removed and the service was fast and friendly. I called in just a few minutes before showing up on a Sunday there was no wait when I arrived. I will be back again to get a pedicure and manicure because the pedi chairs look very comfy. And there are a lot of colors to select from. I've gone to this place three times with each time getting worse. Did terrible job on the polish! Never even reached bottom of nails with polish. Sloppy leaving polish on fingers. I tried this place again for a second time...WHY DID I DO THAT?! Everything was so rushed. I feel like they spread every inch of any product so thin you don't even feel it on your skin. My first coat of polish was so thin I said something so then I got more for a second coat, but then after the clear it became clumpy. Because I was paying with a credit card my mani and pedi together would be $30 instead of the advertised $22. Pause, honey please go to the ATM since your mani and pedi was all of twenty minutes combined. Yes they give you a little hot stone and massage...as you should for the horrible a$$ service we received. Don't waste your MONEY or your TIME patronizing this establishment TRUST ME! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DONT GO!!! I went for the special my pedicure was COLD, SLOPPY & RUSHED. My polish was thick and clumpy. To emails cut crooked barely filed. A MESS. FANNY is the one who serviced me. The are suppose to have a special for $22 mani/pedi, but I was charged $20 for a mani after I complained about the polish being horrible. I will NEVER GO back or recommend anyone to go here. AWFUL. I always worry that these nail spas aren't clean, but I observed them scrubbing out the soaking tub, and I saw the tools get sprayed off and sanitized. The worst place to get your nails done. My pedicure was well done, however my fingernails were atrocious. The design I payed extra for was so outdated and looked like something my 65 year old grand mom would get done back in the day. The nail polish was so dry that the girl had to add polish remover to dilute it a little. all the colors looked old and dry. Never again. read more

I will never go back to this establishment ever again! I live in the area so I try to patronize local businesses. I've been going to Vikki's for the past few months, Fei would do my nails (she did a good job). Today I went for a refill and Fei was busy. She told me to go to another tech which was fine...until the Tech fixed my broken nail. The shape was incorrect an uneven. I asked the Tech to fix it all of sudden she became very rude. I keep my composure, and told her all I want is for her to fix the nail and for it to be even with the rest. The Tech continued to be rude and not do her job. I typically visit this salon not expecting much but because its never many people in at once its more my style. I don't like noisy salons and it's hard to find quiet ones during summer months. I recently went on a Friday afternoon and as predicted it was not many customers there at the time. I got a mani & pedi and the pedi was extremely rushed (I'm not sure why because again there wasn't many customers there! Once she was done with my pedi she sat on her phone for the rest of my time there). I had to remind the tech to scrub the bottom of my feet right before she burned my leg with the hot stones. When it was time for my mani I was going to get tips added to my full set since my real nails were uneven. I was advised by the tech Fei (blue hair) that since I didn't want my nails long that she could do a overlay and even out my nails, so I agreed. Not only are my nails still extremely uneven she cut one of my fingers in the process and said "ooops I cut ya." Because of the cut on my finger the shape is awkward and underneath of the nail is butchered. I had to get her to fix the shape and length on my nails several times and eventually gave up because she just wasn't getting it. When it was time to pay for the service she gave me my total and I asked if she could discount it since she didn't shape my nails correctly and since she cut me in the process. She then began to act as if she could not understand the request so I repeated it for her. She then said she couldn't discount the service because her manager wasn't there, which certainly isn't my issue. I proceeded to stare at her until she figured out what she could do, she then offered a $2 discount which is a slap in the face. What am I to do with an additional $2 in my bank account?? To avoid getting out of character I simply paid for my services and left. I definitely wont be returning here no matter how quiet it is. Just do me a favor and save your money. It is currently 3 days since my services there and my finger is still sore from the cut. I try to keep it clean and hope that it wont lead to a hospital visit. read more
