The RV lots differ dependent on where you park but this is the cleanest resort we have ever been to. We went to the February concerts, they were amazing. The pool and hot tubs are very clean. Lots of friendly neighbors, both owners and renters, lots of dog walking. The weather was spectacular, it only rained 1 time in 2 months, lots of shopping close by, and many good restaurants to choose from. Nice enough, but no amenities were open because we went during off season. Very old park that's quite outdated and needs quite a bit of renovation. The front desk staff was very nice and she explained that the clubhouse was being remodeled and that there was only one dumpster available to us, once again, with it being off-season. Quite a few single wide trailers that are used during on season by regular residents that sat empty, the center area was reserved for trailers, it seemed. Like I said, it's okay.
