We were also not too far from an urgent care facility (which I had to unfortunately visit on Saturday), but they took me right away, and I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Lori with LVR was excellent. I know I ran her crazy with my antics, but she was very patient with me, and provided excellent service. My hubby said he will never be able to stay in a hotel every again...We loved it here. Thanks Lori and LVR staff. My bday was awesome.

Although the houses can be a few miles from the Strip, they are absolutely luxury homes and well worth the money. We found the service to be good, the house was magnificent and perfectly appointed, meticulously clean and the check in and check out was a breeze. I will do this kind of vacation rental again without a second thought. Staying here really made the trip so much better, and we even hosted a very successful business party because there was a palatial kitchen, pool tables and a putting green by the pool!

We had lots of fun the the game room too. And the kitchen is perfect for group cooking sessions ! Advised them there would be three adults and an infant. Tuesday night prior to our stay (the 27th), I was contacted by the host with the following message: "Hi --- We have been informed there is a wild fire in the mountains and the street to get to the cabin is currently closed. We will keep you informed, you may stay at a later date if unable to get to the cabin on Thursday. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!" I responded that I was sorry to hear about the fire and hopes they would be able to get it under control soon and that we would make other arrangements as we could not wait until we arrived in California (as we were coming from Florida and traveling with an infant, which they already knew) to see whether house was accessible, and what did I need to do do obtain a refund. While waiting for a response, we booked a couple hotel rooms that night as there were very few left in that area, and hardly any hotels. No response until around noon EST the following day when I was advised by the host that the road was open "for now" and that they would keep me updated if that changed, but could still check us in on Thursday "for now" (whatever that means). He also added that even if the house is inaccessible on the day of check in, they do not issue refunds and instead they would hold our deposit for a year and allow us to rebook the property. No joke. I ended up calling Airbnb who reviewed our communications and gave us a full refund. Stay away from these people!

Me and 7 guest stayed in 2 of the penthouse suites and were disgusted by what we discovered…read more shortly after settling into the room, one of my guests discovered a USED CONDOM in a vase in our room. I immediately contacted Signature Rental and their response was less than desired. They told us no housekeeping staff were on location and they would be back at the hotel at 11 am the next day. Me and 3 of my guests were then forced to sleep next to a used condom with a smell of bodily fluids wafting from the vase. In the morning, we left as soon as possible to get out of the filthy room and waited for the room to be cleaned. I got a message from Signature Rental around 1:30 asking me to send a picture of the condom to prove there is an issue... i was floored. Not only have they still not cleaned our room, they need picture evidence to give the room a once over...After i told them i did not feel comfortable taking a picture of someone's used condom, they sent a snarky message about leaving our do not disturb light was on... Sorry, was in a bit of a hurry to get out of our petri dish of a room to check the do not disturb light. Later when returning to the room, we saw there was no signs of actually cleaning that happened, not even the beds were made. Surprisingly, the condom was gone. And the worst part? Not a single refund or anything comped. Am i crazy, or does forcing guests to sleep in a room with a condom not justify a free night at least? I assumed rental companies had some sort of morals for having people sleep in decently cleaned rooms, but not these guys.

Unfortunately, recently has been unforeseen financial burdens with repairs. I often get through these times by stopping and thinking of what I am grateful for.
