Very rude and unprofessional manager Arek. Strongly advise not to purchase anything from that store. I called advance cabinets to find out how to pull out the drawers from the bathroom cabinets since we had plumbing issue and we needed access to the pipes. The sales person Renata advised me how to pull them out, but this way didn't work so she transferred me to the manager, hoping he can help me out. I When I told the manager that we've been trying to take them out without damaging the cabinet and that my husband is pretty handy carpenter, he made fun of him saying that "Obviously he's not good enough of a Carpenter" in my opinion that comment was very, very rude and disrespectful. I asked him politely to send me a short video how to pull them out since they have that bathroom cabinet on the floor. He started raising his voice at me . I asked him why he's being so rude and disrespectful when the customer is calling for help with their product he said he's not going to send me any videos, he's telling me how to do it. Stay away from that store because it will be no help when any issue occurs, based on previous comments it is common problem with them. I wish i never bought anything from them. read more

I posted a rating a few months ago and am revising my rating. Advanced Cabinet's response to my rating was absolutely accurate. My issue was with the Installer; not Advanced Cabinets design of my kitchen. Essentially, the Installer did not adhere to the design developed by Advanced Cabinet although he professed to have experience in installing cabinets produced by the firm. Rude salesperson who rushed me with my selection. If my contractor hadn't recommended them, I would have turned around and walked out. In the end, the cabinets were cheap looking. Ask as many questions as possible. I learned the hard way... Cabinets came damaged, over paid for less than ikea quality, took over two months to receive replacement cabinets, paid extra for soft close cabinets because I was never told cabinets don't come with them, only front doors are solid wood, interior is mdf. Purchased cabinets that were notably poor quality, even admittedly by Advanced, who told me at the time, that based on my problems they were discontinuing the line; but the redeeming piece at that time was a very nice, professional salesperson, who assisted through numerous additional orders for pieces, trim, etc. (I think her name was Borgusia). So fast forward 10 years and I return to the showroom for assistance with possibly installing a wall piece to serve as a buffet/storage builtin, perhaps in a contrasting color, in a similar style. Upon walking in, the women looked at me but continued their conversation with no offer at help..i looked around, apparently seeking assistance, and so I asked, "is there a receptionist or some way to request help?" to which one woman responded with a tone of irritation and dismissiveness when I showed her the cabinets. I asked if I was bothering her so she spoke in Polish to the manager, who came out to "help," and appeared only slightly less irritated than the first. Nasty attitude throughout my 5 minutes of interaction. Guess I won't be going there again, which apparently is of no consequence to them! read more

The do not have good customer service skills and are overall rude. One of their designers selected too big of a cabinet above our stove and could not fit a vent hood with the recommended safety precautions, even though they knew the height of our ceiling and stove. Once we realized this problem they were not compassionate to us at all. They did not care to hear us out and apologize for the mistake. Instead we had to make another purchase, and were not allowed and exchange along with no sympathy from them. Their designers and management are not professional and do not know what they are doing. Easily the best in terms of price and customer service. We are in the middle of building our first home and have literally gone to a half dozen places to shop for cabinets (Seigles, Home Depot, Studio 41, and the list goes on). We walked in at 2:45 with no appointment and waited just a few minutes before someone was available to meet with us. We already had an idea of the layout and came prepared with measurements. Kasia was quick in putting together the drawing and made recommendations and where to put drawers versus cabinets and the width of the cabinets. She was extremely patient as I changed my mind five times about the drawers in our island. We ended up ordering the in-stock cabinets for 2/3 the price of the lowest quote we got anywhere else. Everything was delivered within 3 days and installed by our contractor in 2 days. Everything fit perfectly and we absolutely love every part of this kitchen. The only problem we had was with our contractor sawing a piece he wasn't supposed to. We went back to the showroom and true to their word they had the same part (a filler) in stock. read more

After reading the YELP reviews posted for Advanced Cabinets Corporation, I had no choice but to write one. First of all, Advanced Cabinet Corporation is far from a sham, overpriced, or rude. As in anything service related, you get what you pay for and I can honestly say that my family and I are overjoyed with the cabinets we purchased from Advanced Cabinet Corporation in relation to price, product, and service. Based on my experience, I truly find it hard to believe anyone would receive anything less than complete satisfaction from Advanced Cabinets Corporation. When my husband and I initially started the process of finishing off our basement we were referred to Advanced Cabinets Corporation through a work colleague. On our initial visit we were accompanied with our youngest daughter. I cannot tell you how comfortable the staff made both my husband and I comfortable, but my daughter as well. Immediately upon entering the show room we were greeted by the staff and my daughter was immediately offered some candy. This was such a nice touch that it made a positive statement that we were dealing with a "family friendly" company, but immediately put my daughter at ease. We went during the week but I would definitely recommend making an appointment if you plan on coming on the weekend since they have limited hours. On our visit we were greeted by a consultant. Our consultant sat with us and we discussed our options based on what our budget and ideas were and what the consultant offered as suggestions to meet our demands but also being very cost conscience in the process. After our meeting we were shown around the show room and informed what was currently in stock, costs, etc. I was more than impressed. The cabinets offered are some of the best I have ever viewed in a show room. From classic to modern, Advanced Cabinets Corporation has it all. I was immediately drawn to their new modern line cabinets one would see in Europe. They were beautiful, however with us finishing off our basement I did not want to spend on the higher side. Our consultant knew our budgetary concerns and immediately informed us of the cost of the higher line and then steered us to some options within our budget and our tastes. I really appreciate that since we went to a big box store to price out cabinets and budget was NOT kept in mind with those sales consultants. When we settled on our decision, my husband and I were offered coffee, (I a latte and he a cappuccino) who was served by another staff member. Seriously I was shocked and extremely appreciative of the customer service I received. Being offered a coffee is nice, however receiving a latte and cappuccino that is going above and beyond. We were promised and received the cabinets by the date agreed upon. The delivering staff was courteous, professional, and handled the cabinets with extreme care. It was a top notch operation from beginning to end. When I went to call my consultant to discuss my happiness with our purchase, I spoke with our consultant and asked his suggestion/idea to make a desk within the spare bedroom based on an idea I had. The consultant immediately remembered how fond I was of their new modern cabinet line and emailed me within ten minutes after our phone conversation with his suggestion and drawing for my desk area. Needless to say I was sold on his idea and was greatly appreciative in him remembering what I as the customer really wanted. The best compliment that my husband and I receive is that when guests come to my home and everyone wants to know where I purchased my desk from!!!! Updating my recent review. I have used this company for two kitchen designs (both of them for my own houses) in the last year. The manager is rude. I had paid for delivery of cabinets and you would have thought when the salesperson was helping me to design that layout she would have remembered the longer pieces, esp. since I was paying for delivery. But No, she did not. I went to get them on a Saturday and even the warehouse guy thought the company should have delivered. The manager simply stuffed them into my car, and told me that I should have thought about what I needed when I placed the order. I've been buying kitchen cabinet solutions from Advanced Cabinets for some time now and I can have nothing but good to say about the company. I own quite a few properties and every time I stop by my buying needs differ. They really have been able to meet them all. I have purchased both the higher end (30k and up) as well as the lower end (1.5 - 2K) cabinets and never experienced any issues. Even the quality of the lower end product has been great and they were always able to offer me the product and price for my needs. They actually saved my skin at least couple of times when I needed a quick delivery to ready the apartment before the tenants moved in. Ordered supposedly top of the line cabinets (Décor), which should have been made out of plywood, cabinets received were made from press board ('melamine board'), not to mention that majority of slide out drawers are not even, and one cabinet was finished on the wrong side. As expected the sales person flipped everything around saying that we asked for (or were clearly informed that cabinets would be made out of press board). Long story short, we were sold cabinets that we didn't agree on, waited 2 months for delivery, paid top dollar, and in the end got cabinets made out of press board. read more

If there was an option for zero I would, and I never write bad reviews because companies usually make amends or apologize, but even if this would happen here I would still write the same review. STAY AWAY !!! Unless you have the time and patience to deal with people who are rude, and lie to you simply to get your business. We order cabinets beginning of May 2013 they were suppose to be here at the latest the second week of June (take into consideration these were cabinets that they promise they have in stock). The second week I call them they tell me the truck has been late we will have them delivered on the third week of June, third week rolls in, I call them only to get a rude response saying that nobody ever said that. I call the last week of June asking when my cabinets will be here, and they tell me that the truck arrived, but that there is a list of people waiting on cabinets and that I have to wait my turn (I mean really, the only reason we ordered them was because it was promised they will be here no later than the third week of June). The cabinets made it here after many rude comments, and phone calls being ignored unless I used a different number the first week of July. We started making sure that everything was there, we were missing an outside corner (we just received it today after having to drive there again). Not only that our corner cabinet was the wrong one !!! We called and yes maybe I wasn't to nice, but come on how the hell do you give me the wrong corner cabinet, I had a chance to speak to a very rude boy who told me that he can't help me because Renee is the one that took the order, and that she won't be back till Monday (This was Saturday), and we had the counter tops coming in on Monday because we were already 3 weeks behind. Finally someone with some sense told us we can come in and they will exchange the cabinet for the right one. When I got a chance to speak with one of the Managers even she wasn't able to tell me what all my paper work had on it, but realize that I was overcharged. Well that should make me happy right !!! NO !!! I warn you about this company because its a living hell trying to deal with them, and their rudeness, this company should not be in business simply because of the way they talk to people, and the way that they most likely will ignore you and don't give a crap since you already paid for your stuff. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I NEVER write reviews but this time I had to warn others about this sketchy place. They will lie just to get business with you. I ordered in stock cabinets LAVA, and the estimate was given 3 times I was there several times and each time it was the same estimate. We went with my husband a month later after the given estimate and changed from 5 decorative panels to 6 because I was mistaken that there was a wall, the estimate was made with the additional decorative panel. After I sent a deposit of 2 thousand and after they charged the card the sales person informed me that she didn't charge me for a cabinet, I was mad but decided that I will pay half price for the cabinet and she okayed it. I asked for the invoice and she said I don't need it because it is on the last estimate after asking 10 times I said ok , I trusted her ( EWA- sales person) Day of the delivery FRIDAY- the delivery guy gave me an invoice pickup to sign at the day of the delivery which I did not receive a copy from, he just took it with him. I called Ewa the following day and she said she would email me the copy. She didn't. I decided to write her an email so I have it in writing that I want the copy of the pickup. She sent it after writing her an email, the next day I had a person put together the cabinets only to find out that the CUSTOM SINK cabinet was missing legs, I went there the same day and was told that supposedly the cabinet doesn't come with the legs ( BS all cabinets had the plastic legs!) they charged me additional for it. On Sunday the person came in to finish, the cabinet was missing decorative panel. I went in On Monday today, telling them that the updated estimate last one was with 6 panels and on pickup invoice there were 5 , so they charged me for the panel and I had to pay additional money to pay for the panel that I paid for originally. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them, once they charge your card they will find every way to charge you!!! ( by telling you they forgot something) - They scam people into making business with them, they are unprofessional and rude, the manager there doesn't even listen to you, he argues even though he isn't right.
