It's very good food. You can walk up and order from the window... which very much reminds me of Cuba. Everything is very flavorful and their portion sizes are huge. Cafe con leche is mandatory for me in the morning, and the ladies provide great service with a smile.

Poor food quality, we went for breakfast and the ham in my scrambled eggs smelled really bad. The toast was cold and fries were previously frozen, I just eat a little and had food poisoning all the next day, not recommended at all, I'm giving 2 stars just for customer service.

Casi 18 dolares por una pechuga de pollo al plancha pero la pechuga la partieron por la mitad y me dieron esto.

After a full day of work, the last thing I wanted to do was drive across Miami in search of dinner…read more Fortunately, Miami Lakes has its own surprises. One of them is 1910 Restaurant & Bar, a Spanish-inspired restaurant that blends premium steaks, seafood, and a little theatrical flair without losing sight of flavor. The meal opened with an order of Cheese Balls, crisp golden spheres that reminded me of pão de queijo, except they skipped most of the bread and focused almost entirely on the cheese. The exterior shattered pleasantly, giving way to a molten, creamy center. Paired with a pineapple sauce, each bite balanced sweet and salty in exactly the right proportions. My wife ordered the Australian Wagyu Flap Sirloin, a 12-ounce cut grilled over charcoal and served with house-made chimichurri. It was everything you hope Wagyu will be, deeply beefy, wonderfully tender, and rich without becoming overwhelming. The chimichurri added brightness without stealing the spotlight. Then came the dish that first caught my attention. The La Reina de la Casa, or "Queen of the House." At first glance, it almost feels designed for social media, a cheese pizza crowned with an enormous grilled octopus. I would be lying if I said that presentation didn't influence my order. Fortunately, this wasn't style over substance. The pizza itself stood on its own with a crisp crust and generous layer of bubbling cheese. The octopus, however, was the reason to order it. It was expertly grilled, tender without a hint of chewiness, and seasoned with a spice blend the server politely described as the chef's secret. Whatever was in that seasoning deserved to remain a secret, because it transformed an already well-cooked octopus into something memorable. Dessert brought things back to the classics with a crème brûlée. The sugar crust cracked cleanly beneath the spoon, revealing a silky vanilla custard underneath. Simple, elegant, and exactly the ending the meal needed. 1910 could have leaned heavily on flashy presentations and premium ingredients. Instead, it paired both with thoughtful execution. That's a far more difficult trick to pull off. Some restaurants earn attention because they're photogenic. The best ones earn repeat visits because the food is every bit as impressive as the photos.

Unheard of. I found them on TikTok and decided to stop by today and I'm glad I did. When I saw the ad on TT I told myself that the quality was gonna be subpar and boy was I wrong. Perfectly cooked juice-oozing filet wrapped in bacon with chimichurri on the side. The moros(rice and beans) was also a pleasant surprise. I believe they use basmati rice which is different than most restaurants. Crunchy tostones made in house too, not the frozen stuff thank God. And the portions? I couldn't eat it all so there's that. The joint is nicely decorated and it has a full bar as well as a good wine selection. The service was exceptional and even the manager checks on the table periodically so kudos for that too. An 18% gratuity is already included but well deserved nevertheless.

The waiter was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time there, so we needed a few tips navigating the menu. We opted for the Bandeja especial which brings Lamb chops, chorizo, churrasco, chicken wrapped in bacon, picanha and Bbq ribs. Which is great because you get to eat a little of everything on the menu. They did run out of ribs, and doubled our chicken which was okay. The chicken is absolutely delicious! So moist and flavorful! The picahna and churrasco were just as good. And the chorizo,,, you can never go wrong there! It includes 3 different sauces to pair along with the meats which are just as delicious. For side we got the rice, beans, and yucca fries. Do yourself a favor and get the fries!!! They are amazing! Nice and thin and crispy. The perfect bite! We were a party of 5 and we still had leftover meat after we all ate. Great portion sizes for a great reasonable price!

We were greeted warmly and immediately taken to our booth by the bar area- I guess they were seating that area first because ours was almost the last booth. As we were seated with the menues, we were also immediately provisioned with warm bread rolls and honey butter ... mmmm Our waitress came with waters and asked if we wanted something to drink so my partner ordered his beer and I was fine with water and we sat to observe the menu and decide which steak to have. On the entrance there is a big refrigerator with certain cuts of steak and I have to say that the sizes of the meat cuts are very generous so that was great! Did I mention the tables have a baggie with peanuts to crack while you wait and a metal bucket for the skins? That was cute and tasty! Anyway: I chose my favorite a NY strip 12 ounce- because the 8 ounce said "thick cut" and the 12 said "traditional cut" so I went with the tradition. He chose his 6 ounce filet , both medium rare with a baked potato. There's 2 sides but I knew the potato was enough for me. The steaks came out relatively fast and they were on point! And tender! So very yummy that I didn't take a picture of our plates! We dove right in!! So no steak picture but: they were good! For the price: very good! Recommended for a Tuesday steak dinner out! Enjoy.

He also gets the fries unsalted because otherwise they are way too salty. This time, I ordered the grilled salmon with a baked potato and vegetables as sides. Everything is fairly plain and average, nothing to write home about. The best part of the meal is the soft bread they serve as an appetizer. Service is always friendly and ambiance is very casual and family-friendly. Wouldn't be my choice for a date night, more so appropriate for a weeknight that we don't feel like cooking.

From the outside it looks small but once you step inside you realize it is pretty big with plenty of seating. The lighting is dim making it perfect to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, date night, or any other special occasion. We made reservations to celebrate my mom's birthday. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated us right away. We wanted to start with the lamb empanadas but they didn't have any so we had the chicken instead. Nonetheless these were just as tasty. We weren't done yet and the second server removed our plates for the bread and appetizers. At this point our main server had passed by several times to ask if we were ready to order. We definitely felt rushed. We ordered two sirloin steak for our entree. My mom and I shared a sirloin and my husband had his own. This was a pretty decent size to share. Unfortunately my husband's cut was not very good as it was very fatty. It wasn't communicated very clearly that the steak came with 2 sides. However, if sharing among 3 people the sides are pretty small and will not be enough. So we went ahead and ordered two more sides. Despite the confusion, this is one of the best steaks we have ever had! We all agreed that it was so flavorful, fresh, and good quality meat. If you want a good steak this is the place to come to!

Though they have a preset menu for corporate type events, our boss was generous enough to let us select off the open menu. The decor is made to look like the inside of a hacienda with the tile roofs and stucco columns (yes you tell I'm a structural engineer :) The music was mostly 80s ballads, and service was very attentive. They even brought one of the desserts with a candle for a colleague's birthday, and took our group's photo. We started with a couple of baskets of buttered herbed Cuban bread and dipping chimichurri, as well as an appetizer sampler including refried beans, fried cheese and tequenos. The fried cheese was served on a little piece of pita bread and is a must try. I also enjoyed the refried bean soup, especially when dipped with plantain chips. As far as my main course, everyone knows how much I love cows! I enjoyed a sizable piece of churrasco, juicy even at medium well, sweet plantains and moros (here they serve it with red beans instead of black beans) and crispy house-made plantain chips. The Tres leches was also very fluffy, with a lot of cream and perfect enough to send me to a nice little after lunch nap. I also washed it down with Cortadito.
