We went on Mother's Day and they had a special holiday menu with items that they don't have in their regular menu. I ordered the lobster ravioli which is not on the regular menu and omg it was the best lobster ravioli I've ever eaten. They should add this to the menu because it was absolutely delicious. It was lemony and creamy and you can really taste the lobster in the ravioli. Everyone in my party loved their food. The restaurant is beautiful inside, there's a bar and the service was great. They validate your parking ticket so you can park in the nearby garage. My suggestion is to please put the lobster ravioli on the menu as a permanent item. read more

We had a very nice dining experience during happy hour. The food was good too. We stopped here before a meeting and ordered some wine with our meals. We got the Salmon and Branzino. Both were cooked perfection. I really like my Branzino with grilled vegetables. Branzino was slightly crispy and came with a wonderful sauce. This restaurant is located in downtown Doral. The parking is very easy with plenty of street parking and a parking garage. The restaurant inside is absolutely beautiful. We had lunch and it was quite busy. We had a reservation, but it looked like you would be able to get a table without one. We had the grilled provolone cheese appetizer. I ordered a grains bowl with salmon. It was absolutely delicious. One of my guests had the milanesas dish and love it. For dessert we shared the panqueques and the dulce de leche molten lava cake. Highly recommend making reservation as sometimes this Downtown Doral restaurant gets very busy. The main dining area is nicely decorated and has elegant spacious booths and tables with very comfortable chairs! A more casual atmosphere is available at the main entry of the restaurant where a bar offers a fun atmosphere near a DJ and some high top tables. You can also dine al fresco if you're looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. The food is always on point, the meats, pastas, branzino and the pear salad are incredible. From the friendly staff, gorgeous decor, and authentic Argentinian vibes to the delicious food, it was just the right way to celebrate with a big group of friends. We had a little bit of everything. Started with the provoletta which was very sharp, salchicha parrillera which was incredible, and the mussels which were so fresh and flavorful. I really enjoy the food in this restaurant it's fresh, flavorful and the portions are huge... but I have mixed feelings about the service... depending on the day you go you might have luck or not with your server or even the host... I went twice this week, first day was amazing, our server friendly, helpful and attentive but the second day I went it seemed like a diff restaurant, very hard to get help, we got overcharged and I even had to hunt the waitress to get her to charge me so we could leave (even after they were rushing us at the beginning and said they had another reservation)... the decor of the place is really nice is just very noisy during the night so is very hard to talk. As a summary if you want a delicious parrilla and Argentinian flavors this is your place but if you want a quiet place to talk maybe not the best option! read more

We had a reservation for father's day, from the previous customer service while making the appointment to the day of our celebratory lunch, this restaurant was on point. We ordered a Parrillada for 2, it comes accompanied by two sides and we asked for two extra ones from the menu, which comes at an additional price. Everything was super good and the portions were hearty. We didn't have space left for dessert so we will be definitely coming back soon. read more

Great food, ambience and service! From the moment we check in we were greeted and take it to our reserved table. Loved they had live music. The drinks we ordered were on point and nicely decorated. Bread was fresh. For appetizers we ordered a cheese with sausage. They were yummy. I had a ribeye for my main course, meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. My mashed potatoes were great too. My husband ordered the seafood pasta and he loved it, But I do think my steak was better. We ended up the night with the molten dulce de leche which was delicious and the flan. The wife and I go to BAIRES a couple of times a month. We love argentine food, specially their big stakes. We always seat at the bar and the bartenders are very professional, specially Francisco. The wife loves the watermelon martinis and the Margaritas that Francisco prepares for her. Baires is the only place where I drink blue Long island because no one even comes even close to Francisco's magic. The only reason why Baires doesn't get 5 stars is because one of the 2 men's bathrooms has been out of order for over 3 months... Seriously, over 3 months! read more

My buddy Santos and I drove by this locale in Doral, FL (Paseo Blvd. and NW 53rd Street) back on December 1st. 2023. We noticed the beautiful and extravagant holiday lighting shinning over the many restaurants abundant with holiday season dinners and mutually agreed to return here for dinner within a few days. We did just that and returned on December 8th with our merry group of 7 to celebrate amongst other things my mom's birthday that was few days away. Some folks has their sights set on Mexican cuisine, however as we did not bother to have a reservation, the wait time was significant. I suggested the next best thing, what I wished for the others agreed on, Baires Grill. And fortunate for us the wait was timely not long and we were seated at the outside side corner. Our view of the holiday lights and brilliantly lit street was covered by tall plants bordering the outdoor seating and the sidewalk. A seating area once settled down does not allow much standing room or moving about. In between the short distant walk from the parking lot to eventually sitting down at Baires, some of developed a good thirst. Santos ordered the Malma Pinot Noir glass and I ordered the Spicy Mamacita (Herradura Silver Tequila with Passion Fruit Puree, Fresh Lime, Cilantro and Habanero Syrup). Santos' brother in law and the ladies ordered house Sangria. I have to admit, I enjoy a spicy cocktail done right and in this case, absolutely fine (with an extra splash of habanero). - Appetizers - Empanada carne Confit Octopus with Potatoes and Romesco Sauce (This sauce made out of red peppers and/or tomatoes and spices, has origins in Catalonia, Spain can be used as a dip, sauce or spread for different bread, meat and vegetable dishes) Salchicha Parrillera (The Argentine-style Grilled Sausage crafted from pork, thin, spiral shaped, seasoned with spices such garlic, oregano, smoked paprika), a signature dish, even divided into 5 portions, oh my, totally delicious! If we did not order larger main courses, I would have asked for a second appetizer serving, all for myself. -Main Course- Tuna (Sushi Grade, Roasted Jalapeno Avocado Puree, Homemade Citrus Broth, Caramelized Ginger, with Jasmine Rice) Branzino (with Mediterranean sauce) Linguini Frutti De Mare (Black Linguini with assorted seafood and Marinara Sauce) Skirt Steak (Angus 12 oz.) New York Steak (14 oz.) with grilled veggies Roasted Cauliflower with tzatziki and roasted pepper chipotle sauces. Yes I chose an appetizer as a main course because i never had a complete roasted cauliflower. And the dish's presentation is exemplary. And yes, I could not finish the dish and requested a take away box. as we did with the Linguini Frutti De Mare and a bit of the Branzino. I have to say this is one sitting where all six main courses are comparable in exceptional presentation and exceptional flavor. None of us had the slightest wrong word to say about that. Overall, the service is commendable. Dorianis was a friendly, cooperative, suggestive and timely as she could be with the Friday night dinner crowd at BG. That is all dinners can ask for. I had a brief chat with one of the managers while ordering my Spicy Mamacita at the interior dinning and bar. Will not even try and describe the spacious and elaborate interior. Just look at the attached picture. Please note that a 18% service gratuity is added to the final dinner receipt, with an average spend of between $45 to $50 a person, excluding gratuity. In conclusion, we had a beautiful evening that Friday with friends. My third time eating Argentinean cuisine (first in NYC, second in Las Vegas, many years apart of course). In researching BG story and journey, I wish to point out that BG has 7 locations in Florida (Brickell, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Los Olas, Sunny Isles, Weston and Doral) and another in New York City. Over the past 25 years, the proprietors claim to have brought the best Argentinean dinning experience to South Florida. With that being mentioned the Doral restaurant remains the least reviewed BG locations on Yelp, with 44 reviews. The Sunny Isles and Doral restaurants both are under 4 stars, while all the locations in South Florida have double and triple the reviews than Doral. Baires Grill in Doral is worth a visit, anytime.... personally the holiday season serves as the best time to have some delicious Argentinian cuisine. read more

This was my first experience at a Baires Grill location. Loved the ambiance of the place. The menu has lots of options so you should be able to make just about anyone happy here. My friend and I ordered the empanadas for our appetizer. They brought us the wrong filling for one so we lucked out with one on the house--all were delish. I ordered the mushroom pappardelle pasta with chicken, which was very simple but yummy. My friend ordered one of the milanesa options and was pleased. Service was ok up until the end of the night. We asked to see the dessert menu just in case we wanted to order something and then no one ever came back. I had to stand up to get a server's attention to come bring us the check. I hate leaving a review like this, but tonight was the second time I was not seated because the "restaurant closed early". I can't understand why businesses will have posted hours and then close arbitrarily. I dine at this restaurant probably once a week if not once every other week. The last three attempts I've made to dine here, over the last three weeks, two of them I was sent away by 1030 because the restaurant closed. Why have hours to 11 if you're going to close earlier. It's a real shame because the food is great. The ambience is great. I attribute it to poor management and poor leadership. If you're not making enough business to carry the cost of remaining open, then change your hours. It shouldn't be a game of roulette every time your customers want to come for a late dinner.
