Nestled near warehouses is this gem of a place. We went for dinner, which is only on served Saturday evenings, and I'm so happy we did. The ambiance was charming and inviting and I absolutely loved the live keyboard player. The walls were decorated with photos of guests (many famous who I recognized) who had come here. The service was phenomenal. Our server did an excellent job providing recommendations and helping us select our appetizer and meal. We ended up trying the salchicha parrillera and it was so delicious. Served with chimichurri on top and on the side, you can't go wrong. For the main course, we got the bife gaucho which was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was so tender and full of flavor, certainly one of the best steaks I've had. Good parking, great service. Food was just okay. I ordered the special of the day, but it wasn't really special. It was overcooked, and the stuffed eggplant just tasted salty. I felt like I was drinking ocean water instead of eating a meal. The French fries are frozen, like the kind you'd make at home. I had the opportunity to visit this lovely place thanks to my nephew who lives in Miami. I have to say from the moment we opened the door with my mobility-limited mom in tow to getting seated, served, and waited, the service was top-notch! Our server made the best, who also had the best personality, made the best recommendations for alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments, food, sides, and desserts. The decor in the restaurant was amazing. It made you feel like you were visiting another country if only for a little while, and the bathrooms were very clean as well. Hubby and I have been here a handful of times for date night and came for a late lunch yesterday afternoon. It never disappoints. Delicious food paired with excellent service and a chill ambience makes for a great experience every time. We prefer to sit outside in the covered front porch with pretty lights. We usually share the bone-in ribeye with mashed potatoes and fries along with a bottle of Malbec. The steak is cooked to perfection every single time. The fries are crispy and delicious and the mashed potatoes have great flavor. I want to try other things on their menu, but the ribeye is so good that it's hard not to put it on repeat, though I am sure we will eventually try something new. It is a little on the pricey side but because the flavor and service are always on point, it is well worth every penny. I don't mind paying a little extra for a great experience and fortunately, that is what you can expect here. I am sure we will be back soon because this place is definitely near the top of my favorites list for date night spots. read more

Came for dinner and it was dark and located in a light industrial area so thought I was lost but then saw the lights and it was like an oasis in the desert. Crazy location for sure but once inside, it was very cool that it is hidden away. The restaurant is very pretty inside in a genuine way versus fancy corporate pretty like a Catch LA by way of comparison. The chef owner was there and the entire staff were warm and attentive even though their English was somewhat limited. That didn't take away but actually added to the wonderful dining experience me and my gf had. The restaurant seats approx 24 inside and another 12 on their outside patio which would be perfect to dine when the weather warms up again. We dined here in late January 2022 and it was damn old for Miami (like 49 Fahrenheit). The food was amazing. Had the grilled octopus and the buratta and prosciutto to start/appetizers. Octopus was cooked perfectly, fully but not over cooked. It was still juicy and tender and not dry at all. And the seasoning was great and flavorful. The buratta has some pesto like sauce on top and it went nicely with the prosciutto. For the main, got the New York steak (1 pound and enough to feed both of us) with potatoes in truffle sauce. Cooked perfectly and I mean perfectly medium rare. Slightly charred and crusty outside and still deep pink/red in the middle. Steak came seasoned so no need for steak sauce but their classic argentinian chimichurri was too good not to eat with the steak. They also served us an Argentine Malbec which was amazing given it was their "house wine". Overall, we loved this genuine, warm and charming restaurant. It's only a matter of time before this place becomes known and difficult to get reservations for! But I wish them well and all the success because they are a wonderful restaurant. When you think of "foodie " neighborhoods in Miami, you're probably saying Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Lakes right? Well for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights you have to add Medley to that list!! I heard about La Cosecha from a local blogger I follow and decided to try them for dinner Friday after work. It had been a usual hectic week and I could definitely enjoy some gourmet "comfort" food. They're usually just open for lunch but have dinner Friday and Saturday nights both inside and on the patio. My dinner started with a complimentary dinner roll and amuse bouchée of white beans with herbs - tasted like cilantro and lime (look at my disclaimer, I eat out because I never learned to cook :) it was a great start and I was even brought an extra serving because I forgot to photograph it. They could sell this as a standalone appetizer and I'd certainly order it. Next up was my plate was a fresh bed of greens, cherry tomatoes, perfectly salty prosciutto, a creamy truffled ball of burrata and a touch of balsamic garnishing the cold cuts. It was as tasty and filling as it sounds; beautifully presented too! My main, their Milanesas Trio, was meatatarian heaven. You're looking at three medallions of tender and lightly breaded veal Milanese each with its own flavor: one with a Sunny side egg, the other prosciutto and arugula and the last with what tasted like marinara sauce. Crispy fries and a sweet ketchup (or chino hurto) provides a side. Surely you need to leave room for dessert, like the jiggly mango pannacotta i enjoyed with fresh mango slices and red berries. Add in a shot of black espresso and dinner was delicious. Everyone from the kitchen staff, waitresses and Chef Rosana herself were pleasantly attentive whether a birthday group or my table of 1.
