I ordered the tortellini and requested delivery. It arrived 40 minutes early, the tortellini was not fully cooked as the pasta was chewy and it was temperature was cold. Also the delivery bag was wet and torn as the delivery driver must have it sitting on it's side. Apparently they don't know how to schedule deliveries because EVERY delivery I have had from the Villa is always is delivered outside of the delivery window. Very disappointed......i'm done with this place. read more

We were excited for a night of take out and this was a huge disappointment. we ordered a variety of dishes and every single one had some glaring issue. The pizza crust was way under cooked. The meat was okay but the mashed potatoes were clearly from a box, maybe direct from the 50s. the garlic bread was a sandwich bun with butter and garlic salt for almost $5.00. My friends and I were arriving at Sweet Minihaha campground on a Friday night and were looking for a place that would deliver pizza. We googled and found this place. We were not sure what to expect, but we were extremly pleased and surprised by this place. As I mentioned, we got it delivered so I cannot really speak about their location. They allowed me to make an order on the Slice App and stated that they would deliver to the campground. I was a little concerned that they were going to have a hard time finding us/cancel our order, but they were nothing, but professional. They were a couple of minutes early and called me to confirm my location on the campground. Luckily, we were in a pretty easy area to find so the delivery driver found us really quickly! We ordered a bunch of pizzas, garlic bread, and cheese curds (its Wisconsin after all). The pizza was actually very good! It was well cooked, the crust was crunchy and a little fluffy at the same time and the toppings were fresh. The tomato sauce tasted like it had some red pepper flakes in it which made the sauce a little zesty. I loved it, but I could see it maybe being a little spicy for some "wimps". The garlic bread was only so so which was a little disappointing because garlic bread is pretty easy to make. It wasn't terrible, but I was expecting more. The cheese curds were really good and definitely a favorite of the camp group. You got quite a lot for the price so I would highly recommend them! I think I might have gotten a little too much, but that was on me. Its better to be over than under. It didn't come with dip which was either forgotten or I didn't ask for it. We assumed it would have come with ranch, but we will check next time! The camp group was so impressed, they wanted to get the pizza again next year! We are all from Chicago so we know a little bit about pizza. This pizza stacks up with some of the family places in Chicago. I was super impressed. We were at this resutarnt tonight and were totally taken aback by the behavior of the front of the house manager, Kayla. She was extremely unprofessional and foul-mouthed She clearly is unqualifed to be in this position as she thought it was okay to call out another waitress infront of all the customers telling her if she didn't shut her mouth she would be fired. While we don't know the entire situation, what we do know is that this should have been addressed behind closed doors and after her shift was over. Kayla fired this waitiress midshift. We were in this restuarnt for 40 minutes and watched the entire thing unfold. Then Kayla started to clear a table from a party of 6 and said infront of the entire dining room (only 6 people remained) that they left a 2% tip - $5, their bill was $100 wow, that's real nice. After we finished our meal (which was subpar) we asked to speak with the manager Frank, who a caller on the phone was told had already gone home (lie by Kayla) and told him as the manager, he should be extremely ashamed of what went down tonight and Kayla's actions were unaccepatble. We initially asked to speak to the owner, but he was not there. This use to be a go to place for us, but on a Friday night at 745-8am only 12 customers in the place really says something about this resturant! We should have gotten up and walked out before we even got our food, however, we stayed and had to witness total unprofessionalism from those in charge.We will never return to this establishment, nor will we recommend any of our friends/family/acquaintances to either. read more

We went to Villa one evening to eat dinner. We sat down next to a couple that were eating and there was one other table of 2 people in Villa. We sat and waited for about 10 minutes (2 waitresses were cleaning up a table, the cashier was talking to another person). We were about to leave when someone finally noticed us and gave us menus. I ordered shrimp scampi with a baked potato. I couldn't eat the shrimp because it tasted so fishy and old, it was awful. I decided to just eat the baked potato, however, it was cold. I was going to ask the waitress to heat the potato. I ate some bread while I waited for the waitress to come and ask how things were...she never came to check. Just brought the bill. She didn't even ask how anything was. I was also put off by the inappropriate interactions of the kitchen staff and the rest of the staff goofing around. Pizza is the safest selection from Villa, imo. read more

I only downloaded this app to make this review. I have had nothing but problems ordering from here (wether that be by phone or the slice app). Something always missing, wrong, or takes much longer then expected to show up. Tonight was the final straw for me, I've never called and complained about something being wrong but that's changed now. We placed our order through the app thinking this time things might be different. After almost three hours of waiting, our payment being accepted, and the app saying they were getting thing ready with a delivery time nothing showed up. Once we called they had no clue what we were talking about. So we regave our order and it was here in under 40 mins. Great I was thinking, but I was so disappointed when I opened the boxes and got the wrong pizza, mushy fish, and black potato skins. Nothing about our ordering process, delivery, or food was enjoyable. I don't plan on ordering from them again and if I could give a lower review I would. My wife and I came in to eat after the Fire and Ice Festival. We sat for 20 minutes with nobody saying a word or giving us a menu or even a glass of water. There were a couple of families that came in after us and they received water and menus. The place was at 50 % capacity with a lot of employees sitting and standing in the background doing nothing but talking between themselves. Nobody can say they were not at full staff. On our way out of Villa Pizza we stopped to talk to two groups that were on their way in and told them that they stopped serving food. They ended up not going in too. I've never been treated like that before and I will never go there again. Stopped at Fibs in Orfordville and was welcomed as we walked in the door and was eating by the first 20 minutes there. Maybe I can suggest that Villa Pizza call Fibs and find out how they can treat their customers better. read more

Food was garbage. The owners were even worse. There was rat droppings in our carry-out bag and hair in the food. The food had no taste and the ingredients seemed to all be frozen and stale. The restaurant was very dirty. Everything in the place could use and upgrade. Old-world-Italy doesn't mean the food and the decor need to be from the 1800s. I met a friend there for lunch since she lives nearby. We walked over and I enjoyed the convenience of walking a few block and not worrying about parking my car. For a drink, I asked if they had lemonade. What I received was more of a "Country Time" fountain style lemonade flavored drink. Very sweet and nothing like Minute Maid type lemonade (which is what I was hoping for). The side I selected was French Onion soup (choices are soup or salad). The soup was very good, however, I would have been more impressed had there been a few large croutons as well as Swiss cheese baked over the top. It would be quite tasty and warrant another star because I'm a huge fan of French Onion soup when made well. For my entree, I selected the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. I was served an ENORMOUS portion on an extremely large plate. I felt bad, because my dinner partner ordered cheese manicotti and her portion of food was about 1/4 of what I was served and we paid the same price. The fettuccine Alfredo was littered with broccoli and the chicken was chopped quite small making them dry. There is something off about the sauce. It has ample garlic but some other major seasoning is missing. I just can't pinpoint it. It tasted very much like a frozen Lean Cuisine chicken fettuccini Alfredo I purchased from the market. Our waiter was nice. A bit over solicited, as he kept coming to the table before we were ready to order and continuing to ask if we were ready to order. Near the end of the meal, he was trying to offer us more soda or bread or anything else he could think of. After we had already received our check and paid our bill, my friend and I continued to talk and about 10 minutes later, the waiter came by to remind us our meals come with either a scoop of vanilla or vanilla/chocolate swirl ice cream. My friend had swirl and I had vanilla. Mine tasted very much like it had been in the freezer for about 18 years and was just brought out specifically for this occasion. Plain vanilla ice cream should not be crunchy. The decor was dark/drab. Looks like it was updated in early 1990. All in all, I may go back for a second try - but I think I'll stick to pizza. Great pizza! When kids come home they always insist on a Villa pizza. Sandwiches and meals are all excellent !
