He could've at least got the manager. Just no urgency, no enthusiasm, no energy. Just dry, nonchalant responses. I felt like I wasted my money getting my daughter shoes from there. I did, however, have an okay experience outside of that. Please be careful who you hire or retrain them because I'm coming there spending my hard earned money. I don't want to regret spending it. That's exactly what I felt and I don't like it at all.

My reward for hitting my Weight Watchers goal of 40 pounds down was a new pair of walking shoes because success begets success - and let the party continue! I first looked at the clearance rack. Sadly, the selection was pretty picked over. So I went to look at New Balance, a brand I consider tried and true. A really knowledgeable salesman explained the features and benefits of four different levels of shoes. I didn't buy by price, I bought on benefit and am really happy with my selection. It's so comfortable and supportive. The salesman measured my feet and - whoops - I've been buying too small shoes for a while. Now with a comfortable expansive toe box, good arch support and a heel construction that feels wrapped around the back of my foot I am seriously happy and walking on. Thanks for the help, Stan's. Neither did he give me the Impression that he hated his job. The second guy charismatically and professionally told me that what they had there was all they had and that he apologized for the inconvenience. There was no miscommunication nor misunderstanding. The second guy that helped me had to apologize for the first guy's behavior. As for me, I went to a different shop to buy myself shirts.

I was greeted the minute I walked in the door and was assisted by 2 sales associates - a gentleman who appeared to be in charge and a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who was in training. Both of them were so helpful and I was able to order everything that day for the groom and groomsmen in less than an hour. The next time I went to this store (a month after my first visit) with my fiance for his fitting Cheyenne was again working and remembered me immediately and assisted us on her own with the fitting and was able to answer every question we had - very impressive considering she was still fairly new- and in such a pleasant, friendly manner!! I again had to visit the store a week later as we had a change in groomsmen and wasn't sure how to do it. I walked in and immediately was greeted with a warm welcome and there was Cheyenne ready to assist and again was able to make all the changes I needed quickly and efficiently as if she'd been doing this for years - it's such a relief as a customer knowing you have someone to service you who knows what they're doing and is on top of everything - having been in customer service for over 10 years myself I have no doubt Cheyenne's abilities along with her personality will continue to be a great asset to the Greenfield store!!!!

They do not even offer a cook book to take care of this overwehelming sludge of spam spew. If this is the best they can to I do not understand how anyone would ask them to do something to literally cover thier asses with clothing. Maybe clothing is not what they do well anymore.
